• Noel (3/5): Vastly overpriced at £186.00 for two nights, not a pleasant experience. Needless to say won’t be going back. - Onsite parking. Location for access to Railway Station. The room was tiny, impossible to get down one side of the bed to the fitted wardrobe, barely room for one person let alone two. The smallest double bed I have ever seen. Bedside lights would not work. Breakfast was abysmal, no care taken in preparation. Scrambled egg was dreadful, not mixed enough, tasteless and dry. Poached eggs served floating in the yoke of one egg, presentation appalling. Sausages were disgusting.

• Cheryl (5/5): Not awful but wouldn’t stay here again. It felt like a conveyor belt system. - The welcome was perfunctory. The reception person was not interested in pleasantries or giving a warm welcome - I’d commented on what a long journey I’d had but their response was just about payment and check out time.
• Lagoyu (7/5): Okay for a short stay. - Location good, free parking. TV could sign in to own streaming profiles. English breakfast was good. Low price compared to other options in the area. Bedding was quite basic, just two pillows with no spares in the room if you would prefer two. 1970 furniture & decor. No heating on though the weather had cooled off.

• paul (8/5): I thought the property was good value. The location was excellent and the room was a good size. - The location was excellent. The included breakfast was very good quality and there was a good selection of food and drinks My room was at the front of the property so I could hear the traffic. The windows could be triple glazed in order to help with this, plus there could be blinds on the windows to prevent light coming through the curtains.

• Mandy (3/5): Not great no sleep and full of bites - location All 3 of us are covered in flea bites! The rooms were at the front and it was very noisy busy road we hardly slept. Very strange smell in the hotel and dining room.

• Gill (9/5): Great stay and would recommend it to travellers. - Good that it had free parking. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. In a room at the back so it was very quiet. Close to a bus stop and a co op store. Good there was a kettle and free tea and coffee. The shower was great, hot and powerful too. Could have done with an extra towel as ladies like to tie up wet hair while using a main towel. Also somewhere in the shower cubicle to put your shampoo etc instead of on the floor. Also a second pillow would have been good.

• Mary (9/5): Good value rooms convenient for us visiting family in Kingston. - Good value. Very clean. Warm and cosy. We knew that there was a shared bathroom but we didn’t know it was shared between 5 rooms. It didn’t matter as we didn’t see or hear any other guests.

• Rebecca (7/5): The location was perfect for my purpose as I was going to the Epsom Derby. Parking was available a - The room was quite small but was comfortable and I slept well. I didn't have breakfast which was my choice. I used the wifi and did iron some clothes, which was all readily available. Staff very helpful and friendly. I just felt the room was a bit small but totally adequate for a two night stay.

• Ali (9/5): Great value and so convenient - This place was so handy. Really near all the places we needed to be and to ha e the parking available at the front was so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. No frills but we did t need those. The breakfast was fantastic and the manager on duty was so helpful and friendly.

The hotel and rooms are very clean, comfortable bed and very quiet room - couldn't hear any traffic noise at all despite being on the road side of the hotel. The cooked breakfast was delicious :-) The water pressure in the shower was a bit feeble, but still worked OK.
