- Amélia (10/5): Cozy cocoon in Paris - We stayed 1 night in Paris. We were looking for a quiet and pretty spot to sleep well. The rooms are very cozy and super clean. We had everything we needed and more. The terrace is perfect and the lobby/bar area very nice! The neighborhood feels safe and there is a lot of good places to eat close by

- Richard (10/5): Perfect for a city break - Really lovely, compact and well located hotel. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, even taking time to investigate the nearest Bubble Tea place for my daughter sand ringing them to see if they were open! A lovely touch. Room was very modern and well maintained, beds were very comfortable. The only minor problem was that there was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, not remarkable since the area was very small and the pastries were not super fresh. All in all this was a great hotel that I would recommend and return to.
- Richard (10/5): - A pleasant welcome and able to use the pool straight away which was a big draw for this hotel. We used the pool every day (apart from day of departure) which really added to our trip. The room was big enough, very clean and well equipped. The terrace area was a very nice area to relax in (but maybe a sign to remind guests to keep the volume down on personal devices!) and plan for the next days activities. Recommend the local Italian, Gioco, where we had a lovely pizza, and Eric Kayser bakery (around the corner) for patisserie! A very enjoyable stay and wa a great base for our first visit to Paris - we will be back I am sure!

- Kizzy (2/5): - My stay at your hotel was from June 6th to June 9th, 2025. Upon discovering the absence of my expensive sandals after checking out on Monday the 9th, I emailed your hotel around noon on Wednesday. I received a response at 6 PM indicating the sandals were not found, despite my certainty that I left them in the room. I then had to follow up the next day I followed up with the manager because no one reached out to me and she then informed me that after investigating they didn't find the sandals. I now know that it was stolen by the cleaning staff and was told that they are known for stealing. The manager isn't trying to find a solution. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here because their cleaning staff isn't trustworthy and the manager doesn't care about her customers.

- Joanne (10/5): - We loved our stay at Les Jardins de Mademoiselle! This was our second stay. We stayed in the Eiffel Tower suite. It was so great to see the Eiffel Tower twinkle every night. Such great service and friendliness from all the hotel personnel- from the people at the front desk, to the breakfast ladies and the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was great for the variety of French food- the baguettes, crepes, pain au chocolate, and the fresh squeezed orange juice and yogurt. My husband loved the huge Chocolate chip cookies for breakfast! We loved the authentic French experience that your hotel in the 15th arrondissement offered. We will definitely return to your wonderful hotel!
- Jacqueline Ann (8/5): - Really enjoyed staying at this small and friendly hotel which has a nice ambience, helpful and welcoming staff who assisted me with using public transport. Alexi, the lady on reception was wonderful and made me feel very valued as a guest. I loved the pool Spa and roof top terrace. We booked 2 adjoining rooms which was great for my nieces on level 4. We were disturbed by noise from locals and traffic twice during our 5 day stay so felt the soundproofing was not quite adequate for road facing rooms. Great supermarket, good choice of bars, restaurants, shops, metro station ( Commerce ) close by. Line 8 takes you to a retail paradise, a Park, Louvre museum, place de la Concord, Jardin Tuilleries, Champs Elysees. I would recommend this beautiful hotel for singles and couples and would love to return.

As for the staff, very polite however I found mysel and other residents that also booked with this place waiting outside for a long time in the middle of the night because for whatever reason the reception staff locked the entrance door and left their desk for a long period of time. Was not nice waiting.

- Verified traveler (10/5): A nice hotel in Paris - The room was very comfortable with a view of the Eiffel Tower above the neighboring buildings. The bathroom was very good as was the shower. Towels excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a very nice rooftop patio. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk. A grocery store was a 1 min walk. Very nice restaurants short walks. The breakfast was ok. There was an indoor pool that we did not use. The atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, well lit, with flowers and potted plants around.

Breakfast at the hotel is rather expensive but several restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Commerce metro station just a few blocks away which is very convenient to all Paris has to offer. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

- Gary (10/5): - An exceptional place to stay. The pool is surprisingly bigger than expected with nice steam room. The room was really spacious with sitting area. Staff were incredibly helpful polite and welcoming The local area is great for restaurants and cafes. It's about 20-30 minutes stroll to the Eiffel tower and only 5 mins to nearest metro to go further afield. We'd definitely stay here next time we visit

- Phoebe (8/5): - Upon arrival, we found a handwritten welcome note and a box of macrons on our bed. This was a lovely surprise and a great personal touch. The room was cleaned twice a day and restocked with anything we used (e.g. milk). The property has a fantastic bar on the ground-level, and you can get some delicious 'happy hour' cocktails from 6-8PM for €10. You can have these delivered to anywhere on the property, but we chose the lovely sun terrace on the 4th floor. The hotel is well situated near the 'Commerce' metro station, about 5 mins walk away, so it makes travelling anywhere very convenient. There are some decent shops and restaurants nearby too, with the supermarket Franprix a couple of doors away from the hotel. The spa was a welcomed feature after trekking around Paris city centre all day. There's a pool (with jets in it) and steam room. It never got too busy - the most amount of people we found down there was 6 people! The steam room worked the first evening and was very warm, but didn't seem to get 'steamy' or warm again for any of the rest of our stay, which was a shame. The pool is a cold water pool, and it did feel very cold. Although you soon adjust to the temperature, we did think it could benefit from being a tad warmer - especially because it's in the basement and therefore has no light to naturally heat it. The waterfall feature in the pool also didn't work, which was a shame. Overall though, a brilliant stay. We would consider staying here again in future

- Joanne (10/5): - We loved this hotel! It is in an authentic residential area of Paris with a 8 minute drive to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed in the Versaille suite. We could see the Eiffel Tower twinkling from our small deck. We had plenty of room in this suite. The only thing that was not perfect was the high bathtub with the shower. As a short person I struggled to get into it and there were no Safety bars to hang on to, I did provide feedback to The hotel as a suggestion to maybe change this to A walk in shower or have a lower bathtub. This hotel was remodeled in 2018, The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of croissants, French bread, crepes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, chocolate muffins, scrambled eggs, cheese, cold cuts (ham deli meat), fruit and bacon. Everything was so delicious! I was so happy with the small crepes and Nutella toppings. The bacon is true European style that is baked and cut differently. It isn’t like the American bacon and would be the only item I did not care for. The fresh squeezed orange juice was wonderful! The staff was awesome! They did not all speak fluent English but did their best to provide great service. Loved the terrace and all the green landscaping in the back. We stayed for 4 days but wish it was longer. Great value! It is a gem of a hotel!

- Arun (10/5): - Lovely little hotel. Great and very helpful staff. Very clean rooms, clean bathrooms and great selection of products in them. Rooms were a little small but as we had 2 connecting rooms this was good for us (2 adults and 2 kids) The swimming pool was great. Kids had a great time in there. Steam wasn’t really powerful but wasn’t too much of a problem as the swimming pool was perfect. There was some pavement work going on outside so unloading/loading was a little awkward but luckily it’s a one way street so we could park to the side. Car park is a 5 minute walk away. Location is great. Few minute walk to the nearest metro. Great restaurants and shops around the area too.

- Darren (10/5): Exceptional Stay - The hotel is situated in a convenient location with plenty of amenities close by. The reception area has a pleasant smell when you enter which is very welcoming. We used the spa facilities which were fine for our short stay. The weather was terrible, however the staff were very attentive and provided us with umbrellas to avoid getting wet. We had a issue with our room key, but this was professionally dealt with by the staff by offering us complimentary drinks while we waited for the key card to be updated. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you

A little disorganised in a few minor areas such as no bottle opener in the room and requiring a trip to the hotel bar to borrow the only opener in the hotel, so had to return immediately and the plug in the bath was broken so no bath and a couple of other tiny things, but overall I was very impressed and happy

- Evan (10/5): - I loved the fact that there was an on site spa in the basement level with a full size heated pool in the heart of Paris. Even though we did not use the services, it was elegant and exceptional. The roof terrace, the ground floor terrace, the foliage and live strawberries on the railings were all such an amazing touch. The staff was quick, courteous and knowledgeable in helping us find the proper train to visit the south of France by train. Experience 10/10

- Patrick (10/5): - This made my third trip to Les Jardins de Mademoiselle. I love Paris and love this hotel. Pools are uncommon in Paris so finding a location with one is unique. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area near restaurants and shopping. It’s close to metro lines or just walk. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and it was only about a 30-40 minute walk. The hotel staff is so nice and helpful.

There are lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The hotel itself is clean and modern and having its own indoor pool and steam room is a massive plus. Overall great hotel for a weekend in Paris.
- Drpret (10/5): - Great place to stay. It is very clean with all modern amenities. The pool is fantastic and heated. Very quiet in the rooms and you cannot hear any street noise. Lots of eating places around. Easy to take Uber to all tourist attractions. The shower was great and no drainage issues. Loved it and will go back if in Paris.
- mary (8/5): Great room! - Overall amazing stay! We booked the terrace suite with Eiffel Tower view. Great room And service once we got our room. Check in was disappointing because we used the hotel service for airport pick up, but when we arrived it was before 3 pm (1 pm) we did not have a room. We hung out, found some lunch, checked in again and no room was available, came back again and room was unavailable at 3:30 pm. We would have been happy to return at 4pm if we could have been told when room would be ready and or offered use of facilities while we waited. Communication and expectation setting is key! That aside- great room! We got treated well. Amazing view from terrace! Clean and comfortable!

Bed extremely comfortable and great pool. Also the terrace garden offered a comfortable Oasis to relax when needed. Would definitely return when next in Paris

The staff couldn't be nicer and the amenities are wonderful. We only stayed a night and didn't get to enjoy the indoor pool, the spa or the gym, but they all look very nice.

Very convenient for the metro and carrefoure express (also walking distance to the Eiffel Tower) but seemed like some nearby shops were closed (visited in August).

- Sara (8/5): Rude and lazy service - At first, they were very accommodating.y plans changed and I had to book another night. They were able to squeeze me in. The room was a little small but I didn’t care because it was just me and I’m small. The indoor pool and steam room was very nice! Gym was okay. Roof top is cute but lots of bees. Ac was very good as well. This is where it starts to go down hill. The breakfast was very small and kind of gross. So I wanted to splurge on myself and get a 90 minute massage. I call to book and then he calls back saying we need to make it an he earlier. I said okay.. so the masseuse comes in the room and looks at the room. She said this is the smallest room and doesn’t think the table will fit. After fifteen minutes of us setting up the table she finally starts. It was one of the best massages ever. She did amazing and does not deserve to work there. An hr goes by and she stops. I told her I reserved a 90 minute. She said they told her I could only get 60 because they had other reservations. No one told me this! I would have booked for a different time. This wouldn’t have been a big deal but the front desk people were very rude about it. They just kept saying “ there is nothing we can do”. Yes there is something you can do! You’re just too lazy and don’t care to have good service. Didn’t offer anything. Not even a free coffee.. overall terrible service. It’s good if you don’t plan on talking to anyone there lol. About a twenty minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
