Dóra (8/5): Good vibes & comfor - I only stayed one night at Free Hostels Roma as a solo traveler booking last minute. The customer service was perfect, the staff were lovely, with an opportunity to leave bags before check in and also have a super early check out due to 24/7 reception coverage. The hostel itself has a great vibe, with a bar downstairs and a space set up outside to enjoy some drinks and the sun. When I arrived, there was also an opportunity to sign of for free pasta night, a great addition to the whole vibe and engaging with people. The cabins for sleeping were great; I love when there is a curtain or a sliding "door" solution to have some privacy. I stayed in another hostel for a night during the same trip in Rome and it's safe to say that Free Hostels Roma was the more comfortable option in all sense. While there is a sign on the frequency of the bathroom being cleaned and possibility for asking for more cleaning, I felt that the shower could use a more thorough cleaning and maintenance, with also replacing the shower curtain.

Irina (8/5): - Близость к культурному наследию, до Колизея 15 минут пешком, можно на транспорте — метро в 3 минутах ходьбы от хостела, прямая ветка до Ватикана, точно не запутаетесь. Дружелюбный персонал, всегда придет на помощь в трудных ситуациях. В хостеле есть свой бар, что немаловажно для девушек, путешествующих одних, вечером можно никуда не выходить, выпить несколько коктейлей по приемлемой цене и в безопасности. В шаговой доступности супермаркет, буквально 5 минут, можно приобрести свежие овощи. Так же в 3 минутах в сторону метро расположена замечательная кофейня с очень вкусным кофе. Рекомендую для проживания, компанией и в одиночку.

Additionally, the staff member I asked to replace the soap in our bathroom never handled the request, so I had to ask another staff member instead a day later. Thankfully, she resolved the issue very quickly, and I appreciate her help.

Marie (8/5): - Das Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich und die gemeinsamen Abendessen sind wunderbar. Die Duschen im 10er Zimmer haben nach Schimmel gerochen und waren auch sonst sehr unpraktisch. Das 10er Zimmer ist grundsätzlich sehr eng. Meiner Meinung nach passt dabei das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

André (6/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ganz ok aber für den Preis findet man besseres - Ruhige Lage mit vielen guten Einkaufsläden, Restaurants und Eisdielen in unmittelbarer Nähe Die Bettmatrazen waren sehr unbequem zudem kann ich das angebotene Frühstück sowie das angeblich vorhandene Fitnessangebot welches sich in einem Multigerät äußert welches im Aussenbereich der allgemeinen Aufenthaltsbereiche steht nicht rühmen. Auch für eine Wäsche wurden ganze 12 Euro verlangt.

La struttura mi ha dato subito una sensazione di sicurezza relax Un ampia terrazza ti acvoglie nel silenzio se come me si preferisce. Musica in sottofondo crea un ambiente festoso e nello stesso tempo offre relax grazie alla grande area colazione e la terrazza che ti accoglie nelle fresche serate d'estate. Ottima posizione. Vicino a p.zza San Giovanni e centrale per chi ha voglia di immergersi nella routine cittadina romana. Un grazie va' al sempre gentile Manager Paolo e alle calorose e sempre disponibili ragazze e ragazzi studenti del personale. Un bacio grande. Grazie 💛💛💛

La almohada parecía la cobija de lo delgada que estaba, me cambiaron de habitación 2 veces debido a que desde en un principio la chica de cabello chino morena ignoro mi solicitud. La ubicación no es buena, todo muy oscuro de noche, sin lugares para cenar. Solo cuenta con un enchufe y en mi primera cama no servía la mesita que tenía. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Фен має надто мало потужності, тому сушити волосся неможливо, це затягнеться на півдня.

Non è stato risolto il problema dell'acqua del wc Il bagno extra in fondo a una scala che è anche ripostiglio è davvero male organizzato. Negli ostelli ho sempre apprezzato la possibilità di avere un bagno in più nella struttura. I bollitori erano incrostati di calcare L'asciugamano, benché pulito, per far sgocciolare le stoviglie non mi sembra la soluzione più igienica. La colazione a 6 euro può essere migliorata.

The room was not clean and the overall condition of the hostel did not meet my expectations. I also did not feel safe during my stay, and unfortunately my AirPods were stolen from the room. When I reported the issue, the staff were not helpful and there was no proper response or support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place and I would advise others to be careful before booking.

Quiza reforzaría en la limpieza. - La ubicación es buena, tenés cerca la linea A del metro que es fundamental para moverte a los principales destinos. Si bien esta cerca de Termini, para los que tienen que conectar con alguna otra terminal (Tiburtina), encaja perfecto con combinaciones. Los recepcionistas atentos. La limpieza de los baños (el mio era un solo baño para 6 camas), se dificultaba.
