Cleaner attended one morning and left dirty towels behind in room. Shower tiles grubby and mould on tiles. For a two star ⭐ hotel lm disgusted by the service provided. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Booked a double bed and was given to single beds, not acceptable. I would like a refund?

• Fernando (2/5): - The hotel is cheap but awful and very old. The room wasn't that clean, with a massive cobweb in a corner of the ceiling. The bathroom was tiny, old, very uncomfortable with tiles detached from the wall and an old dirty shower curtain. The plumbing was making awful noises all the time and you could hear the room next door using their bathroom. The window was broken, once opened it couldn't be closed, and once closed it couldn't be opened. The whole hotel smells bad, from the moment you enter into the reception area, in the corridors and inside room. Avoid this hotel!!

Impossible de se faire rembourser une honte. Traces d'excrements sur la maquette du couloir. Je ne comprend pas les " bonnes notes"

• BIKA (10/5): Sejour formidable - Sejour agréable et fantastique dans un lieu sain et propre enveloppé d'une grande tranquillité très loin du bruit. Service de qualité couronné d'un petit déjeuner de haute qualité. Franchement j'y retournerai.
• Kelly (2/5): Pas bon séjour - Même si le prix de la nuit n’est pas cher, il y a un minimum de propreté à avoir, comme vous pouvez voir (et j’en suis désolé) les toilettes n’étaient pas du tout propre, parmi tant de choses que vous verrez sur les photos, les portes, les murs et la douche pas propre du tout ainsi que les produits utilisés par le ou les personnes avant nous était encore dans la douche.

• David (8/5): - I had a pleasant stay at the Petit Majestic hotel. The reception staff were helpful and courteous and the breakfast was reasonable. The room in Petit Majestic was okay. Definitely a budget room. Bed was comfortable and all the amenities worked fine. The room itself is small and dark and not well ventilated but if you are not in it for long. ie. Spending all the time in the sanctuary and grotto, it is fine. The noise was a little annoying outside from other guests and plumbing also was noisy, expecially at night. Lourdes is a special place to visit.

Staff were very unhelpful we had to ask 4 times for fresh towels and had to dry the used towels out the window to use again.Had to buy toilet paper as we were left with none even though we kept asking for it.Only for I had it prepaid there is no way we would have stayed we bought disinfectant wipes and had to clean the rooms ourselves absolute disgustingly hotel stay away the pictures they show are lies absolute disgusting

Situation touristique au top. Grotte accessible à pied.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Bonjour, Je préfère vous prévenir qu’il faut éviter d’aller dans le petit majestic: pas très bien nettoyé, Beaucoup de punaise de lit. A 3h du matin j’ai du appeler la réception pour qu’il fasse le nécessaire, et ça s’est très bien passé. On m’a donné une autre chambre dans l’hôtel majestic 3 étoile qui est juste à côté. Par contre là-bas c’était propre. Sinon j’ai passé un bon séjour. Merci

It’s also halfway between the Sanctuary and the train station, so is in an extra-convenient location. The staff was super friendly, they provided luggage storage after my check-out, and the price certainly cannot be beaten! I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

A mon arrivée, la lumière de la SDB était allumée et la fenêtre ouverte alors que le chauffage fonctionnait. Pas top ! Petit-déjeuner ok. En revanche pas de tri selectif. Il serait bienvenu de faire le necessaire pour trier les déchets dans cet établissement et de communiquer en ce sens.

• RAMON (4/5): - El agua caliente es lo único que se salva. Da cosa tocar cualquier parte de la habitación, especialmente esa bañera manchada del suelo de vieja y con moho en las esquinas. Encima hay una tapa mal puesta con unos cables de corriente que corren por la pared y que pasan por la ducha. Me duché mojando y tocando esos cable. Diré que al llegar no había nadie en recepción y la señorita que bajó lo hizo a desgana. Nos costó entendernos por el idioma pero un cero en cuanto a ayudarme a usar el código de la puerta de acceso (hay que salir a la calle para acceder a la habitación). Tampoco me dieron clave wifi ni nada. Decir también que por la noche, es de las zonas más inseguras de Lourdes por lo que me parece a mí tras conocer estos días. En cuanto a distancia no está tan cerca, pero hay que contar que hay hoteles a casi 2km, así que está bien.

• andree (4/5): hotel en cours de restauration - je suis etonnee car durant tout le sejour le service de chambre n'a pas ete fait . les servicette , les gobelets en carton le savon .... les poubelles rien n'a ete fait ... j'ai fait mon lit moi meme ... la chambre comme l'hotel est en pleine refection , la salle de bain est tres ancienne et merite d'etre refaite le plus rapidement possible .... prix eleve comparativement aux autres hotels et compte tenu des travaux necessaires

Main problem for me was distance from Domaine as I was working there and long walk - particularly back as all uphill! Staff helpful and courteous.

• Lori (2/5): Totally unreliable about reservations! - I arrived at approximately 6pm at the Petite Majestic the eve of Pentecost Sunday, a crowded time for Lourdes. I had made a reservation and had a confirmation code with this hotel through hotels.com. When I arrived they told me they had no rooms despite my having a confirmation code. I was told the problem was with Expedia and hotels.com. I don't know why! The problem was with them giving people's rooms away or over booking! The girl at the desk even saw my reservation on the computer and acknowledged my confirmation code with hotels.com but told me simply "we have no room for you.". To add insult to injury she pointed me in the direction of the tourism office which she must have known full well had already closed. On my way out a couple of Spanish couples accosted me and asked me what happened. I found out that this happened to them also and they knew of 6 reservations that were not fulfilled. This is unacceptable! Perhaps if we chosen the pay ahead option they would have kept the room for us. Imagine what it feels like to fly in from Toulouse, drive 2 hours, traveling with an autistic child no less, just to find out you have no room! I was peeved when I returned from my useless attempted visit to the tourism office. To their credit, the man who was then at the desk, who now claimed he did not see my name under the reservations, at least tried to call and find a room in Lourdes. I told him don't bother get me a room in Tarbes at Citotel de la Marne, which he finally did
