From the moment we stepped through the door, we were captivated by the panoramic, unobstructed sea views that truly took our breath away. Quiet and private, yet conveniently close to local spots and beaches. The villa was perfectly clean, modern, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. I would highly recommend this villa. Nothing.

- Dzuric (10/5): - The location is very interesting if you have an adventurous spirit. To reach the first beach, you’ll need to walk about 1.5 km downhill — and the same distance back uphill. Of course, going by car is the easiest option. The road is a bit demanding, nothing too difficult, but for someone who only drives in the city or on highways and lacks experience, it could be a bit of a challenge. If you’re coming during the high season, and swimming in the sea (i.e., going to the beach) isn’t essential for you, and you’d like to avoid the crowds, this is the perfect place. Each apartment has its own pool (some larger, some smaller). Don’t expect to swim in the large pool shown in the photos, as that one belongs to just one apartment. It’s very important to note that this is a truly quiet place, located high above the main road with no other roads nearby. The bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, so at night you’ll fall asleep to the sound of birds only. As for the accommodation itself, you’ll find everything you need to feel just like at home. There are several apartments (so you’re not completely alone), but they’re architecturally very well designed and perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings. The host made an effort to preserve the existing vegetation as much as possible, while also planting new greenery, creating the impression of a beautifully maintained garden. Some comments mention that the interior looks a bit outdated — we’d rather say it’s classically furnished. All the furniture is of very good quality. On the terrace, there are teak chairs and a table — not cheap plastic ones — and everything inside is also carefully chosen and of high quality. You can buy groceries at a local supermarket, and if you need a wider selection, the town of Lefkada is just 12 km away. You’ll find everything there — at least five large supermarkets, bakeries, fish markets, butcher shops, pastry shops, and restaurants. It feels just like being in a big city.

- Hannes (10/5): Gemütliche Villa mit privatem Pool in äusserst gepflegter Anlage - Die 4 Villen liegen oberhalb von Agios Nikitas, was generell als Ausgangspunkt zur Inselerkundung gut ist. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und man hat jederzeit Privatsphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gleichzeitig diskret - mehrmals erfolgte in der Woche während unserer Abwesenheit eine Reinigung/Handtuchwechsel. Ausstattung der Küche ist prima - lediglich Basics (Öl, Essig oder Spülmaschinentabs) waren nicht vorhanden, dafür aber ein Wein, Saft, Wasser und die ersten Kaffee Kapseln. Besonders das Sunset Licht ist herrlich und man fühlt sich hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Ein PKW ist zu empfehlen, einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt es auch. Tatsächlich nichts.
- Anthony (10/5): Perfect - This property was amazing. So peaceful and quiet, amazing sunsets, spacious inside with AC if needed. Bed was comfortable, host was extremely responsive to any needs. One of the best sunsets we have ever seen. The pool was amazing to jump into during a hot day. We felt at home here and did not want to leave. Also easiest access to the best beaches in Lefkada, and still close to town. The drive up to the property is adventurous but well worth it. There is also a kWh limit to be aware of but it was not an issue for us.

Would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful resort. Iconic views of the island and you have your own personal swimming pool. We would definitely return when next visiting Greece.

I tried 4G but seems like internet on island is not stable all time.

Perfect for us. Is up a steep hill (which we knew before booking) so a car is recommended.
- Dominique (10/5): Highly recommended !!! - We stayed 4 nights in Athina villa. It is a 10 minutes walk to Agios Nikitas village and around 20 minutes to go back as it is up the hill. Very convenient in summer when I guess it becomes very busy with few parking available near the village. The Villa is very well renovated with good taste, very well equipped in the kitchen with all cleaning products provided for a few days . Also a Nespresso machine and coffee for a few days. Good quality sheets for the bed and towels. The villa has its own cosy pool , which was very clean . We loved this place and would have liked to stay longer exploring Lefkada Island . We highly recommend it !!! Great view !! Parking in front of the villa is better for a small or medium size car. It might however be possible to park one larger car at the end of the property where there is another parking.

- Manolo (9/5): Excellent stay in the northwest side of the island. - Wonderful view, excellent and friendly staff. Everyday the apartment was cleaned! Wow, like a hotel (you should advertise that!). Private pool and installations. The owner went above and beyond to reply to our complaints at check-in, which at the end ended up in a great deal (we got a nicer apartment with a better view). Thanks for that. No hot water: at best it was lukewarm, at worst cold! Showers also only with old curtains, could be replaced with glass to improve comfort. Dangerous for small kids, as the pool is directly accessible from the terrace.
- Mike (10/5): Beautiful and highly recommended. - Firstly I will mention Dora, the owner's mother, who met us at the bus stop at the bottom of a steep hill which leads to the accomodation and kindly took our bags and us in two trips (vehicle was a van with two only seats so could not take us both at the same time). She did the same two trips in reverse when it was time for us to leave. Dora is a lovely kind lady and was always available to provide help if it were needed. We did not meet Dimitrios, the owner, but communication with him via text was very good. This accomodation is of a higher standard than places we would typically stay at and therefore more expensive, but not excessively so. But I have to say it was well worth it. This place is is beautiful. We had the one bedroom villa. It is modern, spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen has all you could reasonably need to be able to self cater. The private pool was cleaned regularly. I passed lots of time on the outside terrace admiring the lovely views across trees and the sea beyond. I cannot imagine anyone staying here being disappointed. This is not a negative but more of an observation. Agios Nikitas village and beach are lovely but about half a mile from the villas. Unless you are looking to spend all your time at the villa, (which would not be a hardship), you really need to have your own transport. We had a 300cc scooter hired from Moto Center in Nydri, where we stayed prior to here and I have to say a 125cc scooter, two up, would probably struggle to climb the long hill leading to the villa as the hill is very steep in places and poorly surfaced. Obviously a car would be ok. So, quite a climb, especially from the beach to the villas, but this is a price you pay for having such a beautiful view. You can of course walk it but that would be difficult for somebody with mobility problems.

- Zsófi (10/5): Wonderful 10/10 apartment with exceptional hosts - The apartment was well equipped with cute welcome package. Everything was neat and clean. We got a helpful itinerary from the hosts so we got there easily although its a relatively remote but fascinating location in the middle of nature. Bathroom window couldn't be closed and the weather was quite windy so there was a bit of air draft during the night but that didn't bother us that much.

The overall location on Lefkada was perfect for visiting both the main town and beaches along the western coast. Agios Nikitas is a great little village (avoid the beach though). The only minor detail is that the road out is very rough.

The host went out of their way to help us with anything we requested. Highly recommended. The only negative I can think of is a short patch of narrow and steep road leading to property. You need to use a car to go anywhere.
- Vlado (9/5): All in all, we loved our week spend there and if back in Lefkada we would love to stay there again. - The Villa was really "cute" and spacious enough to accommodate 4-5 people. Kitchen was equipped really well and you have everything you might need. Great yard, private pool is also great and you have all the privacy you need for reasonable price. You are surrounded with nature and trees and you can partially see the sea. Complex of villas are almost at the top of the hill. Hosts welcomed us with white wine and some snacks and a note, which was a nice gesture. IT was really good value for money. Nothing much to not like, but just to mention that road to the villa is very step and narrow and I would never go there if I am without a car. So, car is a must. Having on mind that you are surrounded by nature, insects are something that comes with it, but its not that difficult to deal with them and you will have to shortly clean the surface of the pool before using it.

The property was very clean and had multiple linen changes during our stay and the pool was kept clean also. The property is very remote, a car is definitely needed as there is no footpath and not much transport available in the local village. The pool/outside area can get a lot of bugs and insects as the planting and tress is very close to the pool. The area of Agios Nikitas can get very very busy and has very limited parking, you will have to arrive early.

- 33clare (9/5): Villa is wonderful, location is challenging - It is a self catered accommodation well set up for this. It is modern and comfortable with a small but very welcome pool. The location means it is very private and quiet. The team servicing the apartments are efficient and friendly. Agia Nikitas is a very pretty village well served by small supermarkets and a great choice of tavernas. The location provides for privacy and lovely views however it is a very steep and quite long road up to the villa. We like walking but this proved challenging and we only walked to the village once during our stay due to the distance, steepness and heat. This should not be underestimated. The village itself has very restricted parking facilities and is hugely popular so parking is very difficult if you take your car down to the village. Essential to use mosquito repellant at all times when sitting outside the villa!

- Francine (9/5): Lovely stay in a small villa with a spectacular view. - We loved the view from our small villa. The houses have a lot of privacy and the shared pool is very nice, surrounded by olive trees. Our villa was equipped with everything you might need. We were very happy with our choice! Everything was perfect for us! One remark: to reach the villa's you have to drive about 5 minutes over a very narrow winding road. We didn't mind at all (more privacy), but it might be something to consider!

We liked the sea view, swimming pool and possobility of making bbq 😀Everything was nice, clean and wellorganised. Kitchen was fully equiped with all neccesary things👍 In the Village Agios Nikitas there was cool restourant Taverna Nikitas, higly recommended to visit if you stay there

- Anonymous (9/5): Beautiful villa with lots to explore on the Island - well equipped and clean secluded tricky drive up hill but worth it for the peace and quiet a walk in shower would be good easy walk down hill but need a car to get back up unless pretty fit the trees in front of the terrace need loping to make most of the outstanding views

- Clare (9/5): Beautiful relaxing place to stay. - beautiful spacious pool area overlooking the sea and surrounding mountains. spacious and clean living areas with private bathrooms. a little hard to find in the dark and a heavy going walk back from the beach and village being high uphill. A car is needed for those who struggle will walking.
- Ruth (8/5): Great stay in a wonderful location - Fabulous view, quiet location, great villa, friendly staff Had no Wifi for the 4 days we were there as a result of heavy rain- the hosts tried to rectify this but no technician was available. This was an issue for work and because we hoped to use the internet to organise activities and search for sites to visit.

Towels and bedding refreshed too! Looked after by a such friendly and helpful team. Highly recommend. Can not fault a thing! Our holiday came to an end ☹️
- Massimo (10/5): - Il posto è veramente bello lontano dal traffico immerso nella natura con bellissimi appartamenti e una piscina che dopo una giornata di sole e spiaggia ti rigenera. L’unico aspetto diciamo dolente è che per arrivare agli appartamenti ci sono 3.5 km di salita in macchina abbastanza impegnativa, in mezzo agli uliveti con svariate curve e abbastanza stretta la strada tanto che l’ultima Curva la si fa in retro.... però il posto è veramente bello con vista mozzafiato!!
