- Thommy (4/5): Wer nur ein billiges Bett ohne weiteren Ansprüche braucht wird zufrieden sein. - Mitten in der Stadt Pforzheim und der Preis ist ok. Wir haben im Voraus geschrieben, dass wir einen Parkplatz und Frühstück wollen. Beides ist gemäss Buchungsplattform im Hause vorhanden. Parkplatz mussten wir in der Umgebung selber suchen und Frühstück gab es angeblich nur, wenn mehr Gäste da seien. Der Mann an der Rezeption war zwar freundlich aber schlecht informiert. Die Zimmer sind alt und baufällig. Ein Kippfenster liess sich nicht schliessen.

- Reinhard (4/5): Absolut überteuert für ein runtergekommendes Zimmer - Die Lage des Hitels. Zentral in der Innenstadt. Wobei die Stadt nicht gerade sehenswert ist. Zimmer sehr runtergekommen. Schimmel im Bad. Fernseher gibt es zwar, jedoch nur Empfang über Amazon Stick wo die meisten Kanäle auch noch gesperrt waren ( und damit meine ich nicht nur kostenpflichtige Filme auf Amazon). Möbel und Ausstattung des Zimmers waren sehr runter gekommen. Für ein Preis von 107 Euro absolut überteuert. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Es gab eine funktionierende Heizung. Personal war nett. Es war ruhig bis auf einige Geräusche die der Kühlschrank machte. Die gesamte Ausstattung war nicht mein Geschmack, so 70iger. Das Bett war zu niedrig und hatte einen Holzrahmen, der störte. Auch hab ich noch Haare im Bett gefunden. Es gab kein Frühstück, die Heizung war dreckig.
- Felix (1/5): Abzocke. Keine Empfehlung! - Laut Booking kann man jederzeit einchecken. Ich kam um 23 Uhr an. Ich hatte die Unterkunft zu einem Preis von 58 Euro vorab in Booking.com gebucht. An der Rezeption wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich 20 Euro „Late-Check-In Gebühr“ in Bar zahlen muss, obwohl in Booking nichts davon erwähnt war. Eine Rechnung über diese Extra Gebühr habe ich nicht erhalten! Eine absolute Frechheit und Verdacht auf Schwarzgeld-Masche. Ich überlege, ob ich Anzeige neu der Polizei erstelle.

Wir haben das Zimmer zwar bezahlt, haben aber dann doch ein Zimmer im Ibis Styles gebucht und dort unseren Aufenthalt und die Nacht verbracht.

- Susan (4/5): - I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last 20 yrs. I haven't been since 2019. It apparently has new owners. Breakfast can not be added the morning of. It used to be included the rooms are very outdated. Beds are so uncomfortable. Linens are horrendous. Towels and wash cloths are so rough you dont want to rub them across your clean body.I am American and speak pretty good German. They do not speak much English. We booked for 5 nights left on the 3rd day and will never go back. The old owners made it feel like home. These owners have done nothing to make it better since 2019. Being an Army brat I loved this area but I will definitely never stay here again

The cleanliness is questionable, mold in the bathroom due to insufficient ventilation in the rooms. The blinds do not darken the room enough to comfortably sleep in, the curtains - even though in place - are not helping either. Overall I would not stay here again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Heel droevig - Vriendelijke jongeman achter de receptie, wel direct betalen. Aangekomen op de kamer snapte ik dat er geen restitutie gegeven zou worden. Alles is van 1958. Kapotte Lamp, tv heeft geen signaal, deur valt bijna uit elkaar. Omschreven ontbijt bestaat niet.Schimmel in de douche, roest aan het handvat.. Dit hotel heeft betere tijden gekend maar moet zeker eerst renoveren.

- Grace (4/5): Poor service, rude staff - The location was very close to the train station. I arrived close to midnight so the location was important in my choice. The staff was rude and dishonest. I arrived at the hotel around midnight and was promised by the night staff I could check out at 1pm the next day. Next morning at around 11am, I was woken up by a phone call. This staff (different from the one the night before) refused to honour the promise and asked me to vacate my room asap. I didn't even have time to take a shower but had to check out two hours earlier than promised.

- Andrew (2/5): I won't go back to this hotel and wouldn't recommend anyone going to this hotel - the only thing we liked was the location the stair carpets were torn on some of the steps, the entrance hall to the room and the toilet stank of urine, the water from the hot tap on the sink was red with rust and the flow rate was very slow and when the manager was shown this we were told to leave the tap running for 2 minutes altho the manager was taken Into the bathroom (which Is very small) as the flow rate from the shower was very slow and 5 minutes later when the manager returned to the sink the tap was still running red water so he took the filter of the tap and cleaned all the rust out of the plastic filter but It was wasn't much better, In my view this Is a health hazzard and I feel Booking.com should review this hotel ASAP to stop anyone falling Ill altho I don't think they will, the shower head had to be laid on the shower floor as the shower dripped all night which echoed on the shower tray, once past the hallway the room was clean altho the window blind didn't seem to work and this Isn't any fault of the hotel but there's a nearby church and the bells ring loudly from just after 6.45 which I found to be annoying, breakfast wasn't available as we were told the kitchen wasn't working so we had to eat at the local bakery
