It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Nothing. It was perfect.
Stefan (9/5): Prachtvoll - kann aber gerne etwas persönlicher sein. - Prachtvoller Palazzo in einer wirklich ausgezeichneten Lage. Sehr schönes Bad mit toller Dusche. Perfekter Taxi-Service. Das Apartment war trotz Sonne im Mai ziemlich dunkel. Der WhatsApp-Kontakt war gut und persönlich , vor Ort aber fehlte der persönliche Bezug::: Keine Begleitung und „Einweisung“ ins Apartment, Kommunikation teilweise über vorgedruckten Zettel, der unter der Tür durch geschoben wurde.

Perfekte Lage, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Etwas hellhörig, war aber nicht schlimm. Wasserkocher und Teekanne wären noch wünschenswert.

It was plenty spacious for the two of us to home-base in the Citta Antica neighborhood of Verona for a week, and it was very tastefully and comfortably furnished. We were impressed by the state of maintenance and the level of cleanliness of the apartment, and pleasantly surprised to learn that a mid-week cleaning was included in our rate. The location was terrific, on a quiet street a few minutes’ walk from all key Verona sites and providing a convenient on-ramp to the passeggiata. Silvia, our host, provided us the highest levels of service and care prior to, during and following our stay. The property and its management exceeded our expectations, and were a big part of our fantastic week in Verona. The property was perfect. Silvia was fantastic.

Nous pouvons faire beaucuop de choses à pieds. Nous avons également été très bien accueilli par Sylvia et qui est restée très présente durant notre séjour.

The place has an amazing atmosphere with high design of the rooms and has a perfect location in the inner city when you are meters away from all the tourist highlights, yet still feel more like living among the locals and meet nonas in the morning Honestly, probably not the properties fault entirely but we got spammed by booking.com messages allegedly from the property that were a scam which was very uncomfortable

Jonathan L (10/5): Wonderful, Great Space and Location - This was a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Nabucco Apartment which is a great studio with a nice open kitchen and living space, spacious bathroom and laundry. The condition and the historical decor are exceptional. The location is a huge plus as well, walking distance to so much of Verona's attractions and eateries. And the staff attention and responsiveness was great. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Verona!
Preston (10/5): - Charming property in the old city very near the Duomo. Fantastic attention to detail in decorating, lighting, furniture, etc. Excellent location within easy walking distance to almost everything. A bit far to walk from the train station with luggage in hot months, but would be no problem in nice weather. Excellent and appropriately attentive host. Attended to all of our needs even when I didn’t yet know we had them. Only regret is that we could not be there for longer. Could not recommend more strongly.

Michael (10/5): - The building itself is evocative of a superb historic residence, with a beautiful interior "courtyard" lit by the sun. The appointments in the room were quite comfortable. A nice walk to the Duomo, and to the Piazza Erbe. We would return without hesitation.

Richard (10/5): Wonderful stay made exceptional by the concierge - Charming beautiful room in a villa in the centre of the old town. Easy access to all the main attractions of the city. What made this stay beyond exceptional however was the concierge Mattea, for whom nothing was too much trouble. As a result, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and a big thank you to her for being so helpful. Bed was a little hard for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference.

The bed was a little too soft for my taste but that’s really the only thing I can think of that could be improved. But then again, some people seem to like softer beds… so this is more a note and not a criticism.

Georgina (10/5): Perfect retreat in Verona - We had the most fantastic stay at Residenza Palazzo Brenzoni and it far exceeded our expectations. Everything was easy, our hosts were helpful and polite, the room had everything we could have needed and the bathroom was stunning! Being heavily pregnant it was the perfect oasis for us to return to after our cold walks around Verona. We honestly did not want to leave. Some specific points we enjoyed: - The luxurious bathroom - Netflix was an unexpected bonus! Given the season it was lovely to come home and watch a movie before bed - Clean, functional and well-equipped kitchen with kettle, induction hob, glasses etc. - Large, comfortable bed - Ample mirrors making getting ready before dinner easy - Great location - close to Piazza Erbe but the street itself was quiet - Given the age of the building we adored the beams and exposed brick. It paired well with the modern furnishings. - Everything was very clean and well maintained. Thank you so much, Gee and Tom Nothing
David (10/5): The apartment and Verona lived up to all our expectations. All round a fabulous holiday. We hope to return soon. - An exceptional spacious apartment well appointed and maintained. There is a reception facility open usual office hours. All the staff were very helpful. The accommodation is located in a very quiet location in the old town close to the Duomo. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Try Bar Caffetteria Al Duomo Verona just around the corner. Nothing to dislike. We would have no hesitation in returning.
David (8/5): - Great place to stay for a weekend with very nice staff. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated, but it is not made for 4 adults and it was a bit sad that the spa facilities cost an extra 25€/per person for two hours.

Siu (10/5): A romantic stay at a 700-year-old building, in the heart of Verona ! - We were very pleased with the clear communication from the host and staff (especially Mattea! 🙂) via WhatsApp prior to our arrival. We received detailed guidelines and tips for our stay. We drove to the property, and Mattea was already there waiting for us. We were greeted with a warm welcome and given a small tour of the apartment. During our stay, Mattea answered all of our questions. The apartment was immaculate and very well-maintained. The host's photos accurately represent the property. This is a very romantic apartment, situated right next to the Duomo and the Ponte Pietra, and it is a 7-minute walk to Castel San Pietro (plus the cable car). Nothing! We understand that due to the restrictions of Verona being a 'Limited Traffic Zone,' parking is not easily available on the nearby streets. The host's garage was available for a fee, and we were driven to pick up our car whenever needed. 🙂

Caroline (9/5): Perfect. - The building is historic and the owners have maintained beautiful features such as exposed brick, shutters and beams on the ceiling. The upgraded parts are in keeping with the style of the building. It is close to the Duomo at the end of the street and not far from restaurants and shops. Can easily reach the other side of the river too. Controlled entry to building for security. Spacious and quiet too. Staff very attentive and friendly checking in via text to accommodate us with taxi bookings etc. we loved Verona and will definitely stay again. Nothing not to like .
