• Malin (5/5): It is not a fancy hotel but is ok to sleep one night. - The location is great and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We booked the cheapest budget room and we just got what we paid for. The room smelled a bit old and the pillowcase felt used. Perhaps you can blame this on the cleaning or the room had not been used for quite some time.

• Dola (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is in a good location. Lots of good restaurants, cafe and ATMs close to the hotel. The place is good value for money. The room was clean, pillows and beds are comfortable, and the staff were helpful.
• Ricky (2/5): - Unterkunft hat die Buchung über Expedia nicht erhalten und hat auch keine Kooperation mit Expedia. Hotel war ausgebucht und man stand leer da. Jetzt versuche ich gerade mein Geld von Expedia wiederzubekommen

• Ilyasse (10/5): The hotel is located in a point of interest all shops and ATM are around you to snag some cash if needed, it is located - The property is a 10/10 nothing to say about it the cleaner were very respectful regarding our things and the cleaning is high tier, if you’re a property maniac this hotel is for you I promise you you won’t regret it. Got nothing to say everything is clean to scratch, rooms are deep cleaned I can even see my reflection in the bathroom walls with how clean the walls are, one word : perfect !

• Yoshkova (5/5): Passable - Great location with plenty of cafés and restaurants in walking distance. The whole building including our room smelled like cigarettes. Our bedding, blankets the pillows, everything smelled like cigarettes and the duvet and pillows also smelled like sweat. Very unpleasant. We tried to spend as little as possible in that room. The windows didn't close properly which let noise from the busy street in. It was also cold at night and no option to turn on the heating. The bathroom was not in a good state. I dreaded using the shower as it was obviously not cleaned properly for a while. The shower head where water comes out was mouldy.

We, then stood at the door, booked a room on our phone and a room magically turned up. I completely understand that some rooms are reserved for booking.com. could he not have suggested this to us, using the WiFi in the hotel and booking through booking .com. that is absolutely disgusting. It was pure lie. It really put me off.

Also booked a room with double bed and got with two single beds - we havent complained anymore because we didnt want to go looking for another hotel :)
