• Ana (8/5): Lovely flat just steps away from the Arsenale. - Great location, kind hosts, clean facilities. We were in town for the opening of the Art Biennale and noise from late night events in the area kept us awake. Some items would have made our stay better (paper towels, a working wine opener, a vegetable peeler, a couple of ice cube trays).

Accès facile depuis « Arsenale » Un peu juste en équipement (seulement quatre fourchettes, pas de poêle, pas de produit LV). Manque un lave linge. On a dû demander un étendage qui était pourtant dans la description. Langue italienne un peu approximative de notre hôtesse.

• Tamara (10/5): Comodidad y tranquilidad - A parte de que se ve que el mobiliario es moderno y está bien cuidado, me gustó que está literalmente a 10 minutos andando de la Plaza San Marcos. Está situado en la plaza del Arsenal. Es una zona muy tranquila y hay un restaurante al lado del apartamento donde puedes cenar. Añado una foto de las vistas desde el apartamento. No hay nada que no me haya gustado pero recomendaría al personal que dejen en los armarios una manta por cama por si lo huéspedes tienen frío. No fue mi caso, pero una de mis acompañantes tenía frío y echó de menos una manta.

• Tihomira (9/5): Incredible view and a great location in a quiet neighborhood - We spent two nights here and loved it. The view of the Arsenale right in front of the apartment was breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for the whole family, and having a small elevator to reach the third floor was a plus specially in a city like Venice! N/A
• Annaïck (9/5): - L'emplacement est super! A la fois calme et tout près de la place San Marco. Le personnel est très accueillant et très gentil. On a pu laisser nos sacs le jour de notre départ car notre avion parfait dans la soirée. C'était très appréciable. Juste un bémol : le canapé n'est pas très confortable. On a du mettre le matelas par terre car mon fils avait mal au dos. Le reste de la literie est très correct.

Inoltre non è una zona affollata ma tranquilla. L'appartamento è ampio, con due bagni grandi. Molto pulito e ristrutturato recentemente. Niente. Solo un consiglio per noi italiani: aggiungere uno scolapasta 😂

• Antunes (9/5): - O apartamento está numa zona excelente, a 10–15 minutos dos locais mais conhecidos de Veneza. É muito confortável, com cozinha e WC bons e tudo limpo. Em relação aos quartos, são dois, havendo ainda um sofá-cama na sala. Num dos quartos a cama é excelente; a da sala e a do outro quarto poderiam ser melhores. Gostei e recomendo. Convém lembrar que, além do pagamento do apartamento, é necessário pagar posteriormente uma taxa de ocupação de 4 € por pessoa por dia e de 2 € por dia para crianças com menos de 10 anos.

Obiekt położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, jakaś 15 min od placu św Marka więc blisko, a mimo to troszkę w oddali od tłumów co jest dużym plusem. W mieszkaniu dostępne wszystko co potrzeba włącznie z pyszną kawą. -Dostępny tylko jeden klucz to bardzo przeszkadza szczególe z większą ilością osób -Drzwi wejściowe do mieszkania słabo zaizolowane więc podczas deszczu czy wiatru jest zimno i mocno słychać wiatr co nawet utrudnia spanie -Nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience

The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (cheese grater please), perfect really in most respects! Genuine neighbourhood! Pillows, too hard and no option for two! A couple of extra pillows in the wardrobe is always a plus.

Nonostante la vicinanza alla piazza San Marco qui di fronte all'Arsenale regna una grande tranquillità. Appartamento Celsi luminoso, accogliente, caldo , pulito, c’è tutto necessario. Sicuramente tornerò 🥰 -

Buena relación calidad precio. - Apartamento muy cómodo, bonito y completo, está cerca de la parada de Vaporetto de Arsenale que llega la línea 1 y Alillguna y a 15 minutos andando de San Marcos. Como llegamos pronto pudimos dejar las maletas y visitar la ciudad cómodos, lo que agradeckmos mucho. Anfitriona agradable. Cafeterías y supermercado cerca. Lo unico que agradecería que el ventanal sobre la puerta se pudiera tapar porque por la mañana entraba algo de luz.

• Carmen Monika (10/5): - L'appartamento è pulito, silenzioso, con ambienti ariosi. La cucina è ben accessoriata. La posizione è perfetta, in una zona tranquilla, cosa che abbiamo apprezzata particolarmente. Alcune finestre hanno piacevoli affacci sul canale. Eravamo quattro persone e siamo rimaste quattro notti nell'appartamento al terzo piano, servito dall'ascensore. Ci ha accolto il signor Gillo con grande disponibilità. Gillo è sempre stato puntuale nel rispondere alle richieste. Tornerei senza dubbio in questo appartamento.

• patricia (8/5): Bel appartement seulement un lit - Très bel emplacement calme et proche de la place saint marc et confort de l appartement . Le site indiquait deux lits. En réalité il n y a qu un lit matrimonial deux places. Pour un lit supplémentaire il fallait rajouter 40 euros par nuit. Nous avons réussi à négocier avec beaucoup de mal à 15 euros par nuit. Payable en espèces. Il faut également payer en espèces 40 euros supplémentaires de conciergerie.

No nos dejaban montar con el bebé y tuvimos que subir los 4 pisos andando todos los días y el carro en el ascensor apretando desde el piso de arriba o abajo el botón continuamente.

• Benedetta (10/5): Clean, huge, in a perfect position. - We were in the third floor in a beautiful White apartment. It was big, with the view on the campo dell’arsenale. There was everything, also the coffee for the morning. There cleaning was very good. Honestly nothing

• Adnana (7/5): Nicely located apartment with potential to improvement. - The location is perfect - not far from some of the main attractions, but far enough from busy streets. Quiet. Nice view from window (top floor in our case). Possibility to make it pitch dark in bedroom. AC. Most decorations. We didn’t use the kitchen, so i can’t say anything about that area beside that it was spacious. Old and squeaky furniture, broken mosquito net. Host was very hectic, unnaturally friendly and hard to understand. Bed and pillows were not comfortable for us.

• Carla (10/5): Molto piacevole, - La posizione è ottima, 13- 15 Min a piedi da piazza San Marco. Dalla stazione Venezia santa Lucia abbiamo peso vaporetto e siamo scesi ad Arsenale, da lì sono 3 Min a piedi. Molto comodo. Comunicazione eccellente con host. La cucina provvista di tutto ( pentole, bicchieri, utensili, olio, sale, caffè, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde). Spazi molto grandi. Bellissimo il salone Da migliorare chiusura interna del portone dell'appartamento

• Giusti (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione dell'appartamento , vicino al.supermercaro, alla stazione del traghetto Arsenale, a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco. Appartamento datato ma funzionale molto pulito e caldo (soggiornato dal 27 al 29dicembre 2025). Bellissimo affaccio sul canale Mancava la lavatrice ma non ne ho avuto bisogno
• Inna (1/5): - Локація і вид з вікна. Дуже хамське і грубе відношення до мене було зі сторони менеджера. Я забронювати апартамент на 4 персони і оплатила за 4 персони, також оплатила додатково сіті податок готівкою. Але менеджер, який мене заселяв почав вимагати додатково ще 40 євро готівкою. Нібито за 4 людину. В описі вказано 2 спальні та вітальня з диваном. За диван треба було заплатити окремо, хоча в мене була ціна за 4 людини і були написані всі ці спальні місця. Коли я сказала що я нічого не буду оплачувати зверху він почав на мене кричати, схопив валізи і почав їх викидати зі сходів. Я була одна. Мої друзі були в дорозі. Я злякалася такої неадекватної поведінки. Я подзвонила в поліцію. Знайте наперед: ніхто до вас не приїде тут з поліції поки вас не вб'ють. Поліція сказала щоб я прийшла сама до них. Але я не могла покинути апарти бо ключа він мені не давав, гроші не вертав, бо бронь була без відміни. Я написала в букінг. Букінг відреагував через місяць, хоча я писала що це терміново і мені загрожують. Він довів мене до сліз. Комусь дзвонив і розказував що я не хочу платити, хоча з мене зняли всі гроші наперед. І податок я оплатила. Тільки після того як я звернулася за допомогою до місцевих знайомих мені дали ключі, дали постіль і він покинув приміщення. Ніколи не бронюйте ці апарти. Хто їм пише гарні відгуки я не знаю. Напевно просять знайомих. Я дуже жалкую, що не прочитала до броні погані відгуки, де описували такуж ситуацію багато інших гостей, а повелося на загальний рейтинг. Це місце небезпечне для вас.
• Nathalie (9/5): Séjour idéal avec un logement qui est un petit havre de repos. - Emplacement très joli, calme et proche des commerces, cafés, restaurants (via Garibaldi). Appartement restauré avec goût et très confortable. En cas de froid et vent, arrivée d air par une petite porte (en face du lit) qui donne certainement sur le toit, il suffirait juste d isoler cette petite porte avec un rideau ou tenture devant.
• Ulla (10/5): Excellent lo ation. Spacious. Perfect for family - Excellent location. Quieter area of Venice but still only 2min walk from ferry and 10min from.San Marco. Large apartment perfect for family Need more cooking utensils but otherwise a very comfortable home away from home

• Mariagrazia (9/5): Sicuramente da consigliare - Posizione eccellente per visitare la città. Pulizia molto accurata, presenza di due bagni. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con molta cortesia permettendoci di accedere al l’appartamento prima dell’orario del check-in Se devo segnalare un problema è quello della porta di ingresso. Nei giorni del nostro soggiorno c’è stato mal tempo (pioggia e soprattutto vento molto forte. La porta non chiude molto bene per cui entrava aria nella prima stanza che risultava difficile da riscaldare. Se viene risolto questo piccolo problema la struttura è da 10 e lode
