- Verified traveler (2/5): - My wife and I looked forward to staying at this B$B but when we arrived there was a closed sign on the facility and despite numerous attempts to contact the facility we got no response. We even asked a local coffee shop owner what was happening, he said they will be there at some point in time. Not good enough.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The owners of the Tea Rooms Lisa and Grant are fantastic - attentive and efficient with a kind and lovely nature. The room I stayed in was huge, with inset exposed beams, comfy bed and everything in its place to make for a very comfortable two night stay. The tea rooms has character and soul and a place to return too within very beautiful Abbotsbury.
