• Sarah (10/5): A wonderful, peaceful, quiet stay at Managua Hills. - This is a beautiful property. I wasn't expecting it to be so gorgeous. Also, I really appreciated how quiet it was. Although this is in the heart of Managua, only a 10 minute drive to a very nice large shopping mall, the fact that Managua Hills is tucked away on a side street in a quiet neighborhood provides much needed peace and quiet from the busy city. That was really nice. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the area. The vegetation/plants and layout of this place were all beautiful. The pool was clean, refreshing, and relaxing. And the staff was very kind and welcoming. I stayed for three days/two nights, no complaints. When I requested transportation to the airport on my last day, they were very flexible with my schedule and offered me a safe ride with a reasonable charge. I really enjoyed my stay at Managua Hills. Thank you! I was busy working in the mornings, so I did not take advantage of their breakfast. But this is my fault obviously, not theirs.

• Kate (6/5): Pleasant - The location and staff were very nice. AC in the rooms. The AC was dripping onto the floor and the room needed some improvements like repainting, fixing wall, etc. The hotel is very old and could use some touch ups.

A Bit Remote, However. - Very friendly staff, super helpful (they'll even sell you beer when you arrive, $1 or 80 cordoba, great value and much needed when I arrived). Lovely pool, strong wifi. The hotel staff will arrange taxi travel to see downtown or to get to the bus station or airport. Breakfast is really nice at a shared table with other guests, do not oversleep. The location is not ideal. It is very quiet, very serene, and great for families (kids love the pool). But it is a solid 15 minute ride to downtown if you want to see the museum and stuff. There is a convenience store a few blocks away to buy snacks and water. But the location is not ideal and if you get a taxi there, you may need to have a map ready to hand the driver or have the phone number in case directions are needed.

My family was very impressed and loved the property and breakfast and the Hospitality was great👍 The fact that I/We had to share our breakfast table with complete strangers. Would love it if there were separate eating tables and or areas.
