- Rana (10/5): Unforgettable Stay for Santa Rita - I stayed at this hotel in Cascia for three nights with my parents during the Feast of Santa Rita, and the hotel and its wonderful staff made our visit even more memorable. Jayda and the lovely lady who worked the second shift were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Jayda gave us so many useful tips and helped us understand how the Santa Rita festivities were organized over the three days, which made our experience much smoother and more enjoyable. The rooms were extremely comfortable, modern, beautifully designed, and very clean. What I loved most was the contrast: when you enter the hotel, you immediately feel the authenticity and charm of the place, and then you are pleasantly surprised by the modern and elegant rooms. The entire staff was always smiling and welcoming. Every time we entered the hotel, there was a beautiful fresh, clean smell that made the place feel even more comfortable and inviting. The breakfast was also excellent, generous, fresh, and much better than what we often find in many hotels across Europe. I kept comparing it to some 4- and 5-star hotels where breakfast can sometimes be disappointing, but here it was truly satisfying. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is right in the heart of Cascia, literally in the middle of everything. During the Santa Rita festivities, the activities were happening right at the doorstep. Everything is within walking distance, shops, the supermarket, the town center, and the main religious sites. And whenever we needed guidance, the reception team was always ready to help, whether it was for finding a supermarket or planning visits to nearby villages. My parents and I kept praising this hotel throughout our stay. Thank you for such beautiful hospitality. I would be very happy to return every time I visit Cascia for Santa Rita. n/a

Per la colazione forse si potrebbe rendere le sale un pò più confortevoli e anche il buffet un pò più ricco considerando i prezzi delle camere. In generale un'ottima esperienza. forse la moquet non è l'ideale sopratutto per chi ha problemi di allergie.

- Claudia (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Assolutamente tutto meraviglioso, in primis dalla cortesia di tutto il personale, come sentirsi accolto a casa ma con un livello di eccellenza. Nulla, era tutto perfetto
- Volker (1/5): Sehr kalt! - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Allerdings gibt es kaum Tageslicht im Zimmer durch die Lage mitten im Ort und den Innenhof. Die Beschreibung der Zimmer ist nciht korrekt. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Die Angestellten waren nicht in der Lage, das Problem zu lösen. Im Flur und in der Lobby war es warm, die elekronische Steuerung in den Zimmern funktioniert aber nicht. Die Heizkörper wurden für ca. eine halbe Stunde warm, einmal täglich, ab ca. 9:00 Uhr. Dann wurde es wieder kalt, und wir hatten viel Regen bei ca. 5 Grad Außentemperatur. Das Frühstück war rudimentär. Es gab sehr kleine Brötchen, anscheinend aus einer Tiefkühlbox, die am ersten Tag sogar essbar waren. Am zweiten Tag waren sie adelig (von Gestern) und am dritten Tag entstammten Sie dem Hochadel (von Vorgestern) und waren steinhart. O-Saft gab es nur auf Nachfrage, ebenso Croissants, die aus der Tiefkühltruhe kamen und 20 min gebacken wurden. Qualität unterirdisch. Gekochter Schinken war auch am dritten Tag aus. Die Angestellten konnten zwar freundlich lächeln, aber leider nur ein paar Brocken Englisch, wenn überhaupt. Fried egg, boiled egg, weich oder hart liessen sich nur anhand einer Speisekarte, die in der Schublade der Rezeption versteckt lag, klären. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation nur mit Google Übersetzer möglich. Das ist ein Armutszeugnis für ein Hotel, das von vielen Gläubigen Katholiken aus europäischen Ländern und aus Nord- und Südamerika besucht wird.

Cascia è un paesino piccolissimo e non c’è una struttura paragonabile a questa. Lo staff in tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente impeccabile e gentile. Buona la colazione, servita in una stanza molto graziosa e confortevole. Niente

Banho quente, chuveiro bom. Café da manhã péssimo, com itens velhos, de vários dias. O café não fica pronto no horário previsto. Muito atrapalhado. Não há a possibilidade de 2 camas de solteiro.
