The document they provided said 2.5%, but what they added was way more than this. Sure this was just a comunication issue, but not nice to receive surprises like these.

• Adetutu (6/5): Location is good, staff are ok, corridors are dirty, the room was actually good. I could watch the sunsets and sun rise. - The location is great and central The corridors and door ways were dirty. No clean markers of the building, I was so confused when I first arrived.
• Tite (8/5): Beautiful modern rooms in an older building, with great staff. - The room design, layout and furniture are excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The building and infrastructure (elevator, hallways) are quite old — but the rooms themselves are renovated and great.
• Helen A (9/5): A clean, modern and quiet apartment in Plateau with good staff and the best view at night. - This studio apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. It was good to have a mini kitchen, large tv screen (with Netflix!) and lift. The highlight was the fantastic view of the city at night. One of the hosts (Charles) spoke English which was helpful. They organised airport transfers for me (for a fee). Daily cleaning was included. The location is in Plateau, which is near the Pyramid. It is very quiet and empty on Sundays there. The amenities list included a washing machine and coffee maker, neither of which were there. To his credit, Charles offered to do my washing for free and attempted to get a coffee machine for me to use (I ended up using my own strainer though). I recommend the amenities list is updated to be accurate.

J'arrivais et quittais Abidjan a des horaires compliqués par rapport aux checkin et checkout traditionnels, mais les intendants de l'appartement ont été très flexibles et disponibles. J'ai beaucoup apprécié. En outre, la vue était magnifique et relaxante, tout fonctionnait parfaitement bien dans la chambre, SDB et kitchenette. La TV tes grande et avec accès à tous les programmes (Netflix etc.) est très agréable. C'est un appartement mais avec les avantages d'un hôtel. J'ai vraiment apprécié le format. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute là-bas la prochaine fois que je suis amenée à venir à Abidjan pour le travail. RAS
