I believe the hotel could improve its attention to cleanliness. Even if not daily, the bed sheets should be changed at least every two days. There was a stain on the sheets when I arrived, and they were not changed throughout my stay, which was disappointing. It’s not because the housekeeping staff is bad there were lovely and helpful but the hotel should improve the cleanliness in the rooms.

• Sandra (6/5): Comfortable apartment spoilt by excessive outside noise - The location and facilities were excellent We were directly above the club which vibrated through our room until 4am on both Friday and Saturday. The noise from revving cars was also excessive, though we acknowledge that’s not the hotel’s fault. It was our third visit, but based on the above it is unlikely we will return.

Breakfast not very convenient, no indoor enclosed dining area - not comfortable during inclement weather. HVAC system very noisy, and proximity to nearby roof-top bars made for very noisy & sleepless night. For the high cost, expected a more luxurious stay. Onsite parking very expensive, wouldn't recommend this location for visitors traveling by car.

• Berger (3/5): - Nous avons été privés d eau chaude pendant 3 jours …..a part offrir un déjeuner de compensation pour 1 adulte et 1 enfant, un départ tardif 15h au lieu de 11 am et des excuses aléatoires……deposit important et obligatoire a l arrivée de 200 $ par jour pour le minibar c’est abusé. Cet hôtel est toujours complet donc les clients sont peu considérés .
• porscheluv (2/5): Horrible experience - !!! WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!! For even one night if you want to get more than one hour of sleep. The hotel sits over directly over a club they have no responsibility for, or discretion over. The club has no consideration for the hotel patrons seemingly playing the worst selection of “music” at maximum volume from opening to closing at 4 AM. It’s as though every song was chosen to maximize window rattling bass lines and vocals. I imagine the equalizer on their set up has the treble turned all the way down and the bass turned to the maximum levels. I happened to be in room 201 which was ground zero for the assault I endured until after 4 AM. It was impossible to sleep because I didn’t happen to be comatose at the time. I don’t understand how the hotel can, in good conscience, sell any room within earshot of the club. I wouldn’t pay any price, or even accept the room for free, to be subjected to the endless barrage for another night.
• leslie (10/5): Lovey stay and perfectly situated in Brickell. - We have stayed several times. The location in Brickell is walkable. The pool is sublime. The staff is service oriented and lovely. There is no request that goes unanswered. The parking situation & fees change every time we stay.
• AnnakTU (10/5): Fantastic hotel with a great location. - Fantastic Hotel with a great location just in the centre of Brickell. Small understated lobby, but the room was beautiful with a nice seating area and a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Nice bathroom with a large rain shower. The roof top had a beautiful children's and adult pool next to eachother with sunbeds and a nice bar where they served light bites and delicious cocktails. My room was unfortunately not ready when I arrived although I checked in after the designated time but the rest was so good I will overlook that. The location is great, walking distance to most restaurants, bars, shopping etc. I would however recommend to book a room on a high floor as you can hear the cars outside at night from a lower floor. I highly recommend this hotel and will most certainly be back.
• Anna (10/5): - The lobby is very small and does not make the actual hotel justice. For some reason my room was not ready when I arrived although I arrived after check in time. The room itself was wonderful, spacious, with a seating area, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, mini bar etc. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean with a great shower. The bed, duvet and pillows were fantastic. However it was not soundproof and the noise from the traffic outside was quite annoying. Excellent location in the centre of Brickell with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

• leonardo (2/5): - The stay was ok. Location is great. The one star is because imI used valet parking and my car was returned reeking a smell of weed. I did not noticed it as soon as I got in but after a couple os minutes I was getting sick because of the smell. This is so terribly wrong and disgusting. This just shows how poorly the supervision and training of the valet drivers are. The hotel has high end and upscale customer but the service is subpar.

Victor was friendly and went above and beyond to assist me as i was waiting for an important delivery. He checked for my package every half hour and contacted me immediately once it was delivered. Thank you Victor! My husband and i will stay here again when we're back in Brickell.

• Hans (2/5): Hoge hotel prijs, maar geen hotel ervaring - Locatie midden in Brickell. Te weinig handdoeken, kamersleutels werkte keer op keer niet, toilet was continue kapot, warm water werkte niet, geen föhn op de kamer, te weinig kussens, geen donze kussens, balkon was vuil, er werd alleen decafé cups gegeven, geen slippers aanwezig, maar één badjas voor een kamer van tweepersonen, lift werkte niet.

They did give us a different room but we had to wait until the following afternoon. The elevator also kept breaking down so we had to walk from the 7th floor multiple times. This is very unusual for the SLS Lux. I’ve stayed there many times and did not have this problem.

We couldn't go up to our room or get out unless an employee from the hotel takes us through the service elevators. Terrible experience especially you are on holiday. Also one morning there was no water and TV was on and off. Other then the location, I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. You would be paying only for the location. Totaly mismanagement.

During the heat of summer, this made walking up and down several flights of stairs an absolutely horrible experience. The staff was nice enough about it, but it’s clear that the property is poorly managed, if being managed at all.

• Amber (2/5): - I stayed in this hotel from July 19 to the 20th just one night thank God . I understand bring in the city center. Will bring a lot of in and out traffic & quick turnovers. Unfortunately, that should not excuse the fact of cleanliness and sanitation, especially in the times we are in . I showed up at 1 PM for a massage and some pool time before checking into my room. They said they would call me and place my bag in the room when the room is ready I went down at 4 PM after no text or call. Upon going into my room, I immediately noticed cup rings & food stains on the tables from previous guest, as well as clothing, tags and stickers in the restroom and miscellaneous things on the floor. You can tell that nothing was really wiped or even cleaned . Again, considering the high turn and burn at this location, I thought just be reasonable. Let it go and move on. It’s your birthday weekend. Upon approaching the evening night after a very uncomfortable shower I go to lay in the bed and there are literal blood stains on the sheets. I was in disgust. I had a double bed so I moved over to the other bed to sleep the rest of the night but honestly the room looks like it was just put back together not actually sanitized or clean in any form . Very disappointed, considering the price and brand of this hotel to fall so short of the bare minimum cleanness.

• ERIC (8/5): Nice place but noisy - If you are looking for location at Brickell this is the place, but if you want quiet and relaxing nights probably would be a good a idea to look some other location. You can hear the noise of vehicles and motorcycles from the street into the room and even in the bathroom throught the ventilation ducts.
• Hair6509 (2/5): - I was charged for a stained towel that they didn't attempt to wash. 30 minutes after my departure they emailed the bill. That was a first in my life experience of traveling to be charged 45 dollars for a hand towels. Seems ridiculous and I hope the 45 dollars was worth this review and us never returning Secondly, upon arriving to the property and exiting our taxi. 3 hotel service attendants literally watched us unload bags from the taxi. The taxi driver even mentioned the bad service. As we entered the lobby the service attendant standing by the door just watched as we rolled in 3 bags.This was not the expectation at this price point but it's the towel charge scam that really got me. And after reading through more reviews I am not the first guest to be taken by the towel charge scam. It's just the principle. I call it a scam because there is nothing in writing that explains that policy and no one verbally expressed the stain on the towel charge policy. You people need to work on that
