- Như anh (2/5): Phòng ẩm, ko sạch sẽ, đèn tối, ko xứng đáng với giá tiền. Nếu 200-300k thì hợp lí. 400-500k ko oke -
- Jean-Marie (10/5): - Joli hôtel, patron sympatique, emplacement calme
- Tomás (1/5): Worst experience ever, run away from this place - Nothing This place is an absolute nightmare. Nothing, and I mean nothing, is like the pictures. It’s by far the worst room I have ever stepped into. The walls were covered in mold, absolutely disgusting. The bathroom light was broken, with only a tiny mirror light that barely illuminated anything. The main room light was also broken, and the only one that worked flickered non-stop. The bed sheets were filthy, full of stains and covered in cigarette burns. The pillows had nasty, questionable stains. The floor was disgusting. The balcony was a complete mess, covered in dirt and trash. The air conditioning and TV remotes didn’t even have batteries, making them completely useless. There was actual garbage in the room—empty water bottles, trash under the bed, trash on the balcony. There wasn’t even a trash bin anywhere in the room or bathroom.
To make things even worse, there was no toilet paper. The only thing provided was a nearly empty pack of tissues placed on top of the toilet—as if that was supposed to be enough.
And the worst part? There was no one at reception to even complain to. Throughout our entire stay—just one miserable night—the only person we saw was some random kid who showed up 40 minutes after we arrived, after we had been sitting in the lobby completely ignored, and casually asked if we wanted to go to our room. That was the only interaction we had with any staff.
This place should be shut down immediately. It’s a complete disgrace. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs.
