• Koen (5/5): - Kamer ok, maar niet meer dan dat. Is het normaal dat als je plaatsneemt aan het voeteinde van het bed dat één lat van de lattenbodem valt? Evenmin zijn wij tevreden over het ontbijt, de mogelijkheden werden ons pas 's anderendaags meegedeeld. Daarvoor hebben we gepasst en een refund gevraagd en gekregen. Bleek ook dat ontbijten op een andere locatie goedkoper uitvalt.
• Kössler (10/5): - Die schöne Wohnung liegt in Bahnhofsnähe und nicht weit von der Innenstadt. Sie hat absolut alles, was man braucht - sogar Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer und Bügelbrett/-Eisen! Toller Support, alles blitzsauber. Für mich als Alleinreisende war die Wohnung perfekt! Vielen Dank 💖!

El self check in con algunas vueltas. No me dieron información acerca del desayuno que estaba incluido a pesar de haber escrito hasta q me contacté por teléfono, por lo que prácticamente no pude usar ese servicio.

Apartamento limpio, muy bien equipado con cocina, frigorífico y microondas. Cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y de una magnífica heladeria, Crema di Latte, con los mejores helados de toda Bolonia (pedir el sabor de pistachio sal di mare). Quizá el sistema de desayuno: hay que ir a una cafetería cercana con un cupón.

Pochi passi fuori dalla stazione e siamo arrivati Un problema al sistema idraulico dell'appartamento faceva si che ogni volta si usasse un ribinetto o lo sciaquone del WC si avvertisse un forte rumore proveniente dal bagno
• Stefania (4/5): - La posizione L'assistenza: sono a disposizione dalle 8:30 alle 22:00 preferendo le comunicazioni su whatsapp, al di fuori di questi orari i gestori non rispondono né al telefono né su WhatsApp. Trovandoci in difficoltà col riscaldamento della stanza non funzionante, appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto assistenza tecnica o un cambio di stanza. In tutta risposta, ci è stato solamente suggerito di effettuare delle manovre tecniche da svolgere in autonomia.

• Aesha (8/5): This is a good, functional space for a stay in Bologna that is comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful. - The room was comfortable and had what we needed. It was nice to have a balcony as well and an elevator so we were not needing to hike up seven floors with luggage. The check-in staff was helpful. We booked last-minute as a result of other accommodation not working and they worked hard to get things to us in a timely way. The bed was comfortable as well. The room was quite small - it was a good use of a small space, but a bit of a challenge for getting luggage out of the way if you also wanted to use the kitchen facilities. The coffee machine came with two pods for a two-night stay and it was an unusual machine that we could not find other pods for. It’s okay, it’s Italy and there is a coffee shop downstairs that made good cappuccino and espresso. The sponge for washing dishes was very worn, but again, was fine for the purpose. It was just very flimsy.

The system with electronic tax payment, online registration and entrance codes is taking some time so if you book a room 2 hrs before arrival get ready to wait for all these emails. The room is small, toilet is right to the bed. For few hrs there was a noise from the bathroom during the night. Maybe it was water pumping from the neighbours. The bed is small with very thin blanket.

(5/5): - Bom dia, Conforme expliquei em mail, a estadia de 2 dias resumisse a uma só, pelo facto de não me terem enviado os códigos de acesso ao prédio e à habitação para o meu telemóvel e por isso só conseguimos dormir uma noite, tendo recorrido a outra estancia hoteleira. Enviei mensagem e ninguém me respondeu para o telefone que estava no contrato de aluguer.

Wir konnten unser Gepäck schon vor dem Check-in ins Zimmer bringen. Das Zimmer wird nur bei der Ankunft gereinigt und man bekommt nur ein großes Handtuch. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, wobei ich in der Nacht nicht gerne alleine hinausgegangen wäre.

Bardzo cienkie ściany z sąsiednim pokojami - można wspólnie słuchać rozmów i oglądać telewizję :-(. Dość głośno z ulicy. Fatalna łazienka, wąska, drzwi otwierają się do wewnątrz ciasnej łazienki jeszcze bardziej utrudniajac korzystanie.

Recomand aceasta locație pentru ca este foarte aproape de centru aprox 10 min de mers pe jos ,la 5 min de mers pe jos de gara unde poți lua trenul de mare viteza și tot la gara ai expresul care te duce direct la aeroport. • Louise (7/5): Well thought out apartment, clean and tidy right across from the train station. - The apartment had everything we needed ( and more). Very clean, lovely bathroom, washing machine, kitchen utensils. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately someone either next door or above us was having a very noisy party. Lots of noise, chair shifting across floors and loud voices. Until very late. Nothing the owners of the apartment could control I know, but it was very annoying. The area is also a little rundown, but the fact that it is right across the road from the train station balanced that out for us, who were just transiting. I wouldn’t recommend it for ladies who may want to dine in the old town and walk home late.

Waschmaschiene Der Checkin war leider sehr mühsam, da niemand vor Ort war. Man musste zuerst Formulare ausfüllen. Jedoch funktionierte das bei meinem Handy nicht. Nach Rücksprache hat es dann doch noch geklappt. Man braucht zwingend Internet und ein aktuelles Handy sonst steht man vor verschlossener Tür. Dahe r ein Punkt abzug.

It is a short walk from the central train station and is very near to a bus stop that serves many areas of Bologna. The studio is very clean. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning is quiet and efficient. There is a lift and a walk-in shower. There is everything you need to cook. There is a small balcony. The linens are of good quality. All in all, a very pleasant stay. The washing machine was a bit of a mystery. But after I consulted YouTube, I figured it out. Also, the check-in website was difficult to use, so I had to contact the management. They responded very quickly.

There was a washing machine in the apartment that was not listed in the room description. Equipment for hanging clothes to dry on the balcony. Room was pretty warm although the A/C was on full power, but Bologna experienced very high temperatures during my stay. No info on washing machine and clothes hanger from the owner. Awkward location of washing machine in bathroom.

• Nicole (7/5): Great place to stay, just slightly far from the city centre - Size and space was lovely, clean and had everything I needed! The area didn’t feel that safe as a solo female traveler, it wasn’t that bad either but I’d have felt safer if there were more people around. It is also slightly far from the centre, but very walkable. The room was secured by code entry, but having a lock from inside would’ve made me feel safer. Anyone with the code could’ve entered. I asked the host about this and they mentioned there’s a camera to monitor the door, but that’s not helpful if an unwelcome individual enters the room.
• Antonio (9/5): Convenient and clean; made easy transport in and out of Bologna and for day tours that left from nearby piazza. - Convenient location next to central station for ease of travel via train (or monorail to airport); clean; comfortable bed; clothes washing facilities; and cooking facilities. No clear information upfront about how to get breakfast that was included in our booking. You need to contact the property and ask. However, the answer and instructions were prompt and easy: go to nearby cafe where there is a basic breakfast available. Expensive luggage storage if need to drop off bags before check-in time or after check-out. We appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier because apartment was ready.

Esta bem perto da estação central de Bolonha, e dá para conhecer a cidade e arredores tranquilamente ou a pé ou de trem. Tem comércios e mercados próximos. O Alessandro responsável pela reserva, responde as questões muito brevemente.
