• Riccardo (9/5): - Appartamento molto bello per 8 persone 4 stanze con il bagno per stanza, posizione super centrale, il proprietario molto disponibile. Inoltre abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in custodia, con un piccolo supplemento, in quanto il nostro volo era la sera tardi. Tutto perfetto.

• mariola (8/5): Idealna lokalizacja.Zdjecia ze strony niestety nie oddają faktycznego stanu .Ale do Palermo nie przylatuje się aby siedz - Lokalizacja oraz fakt że każdy pokój ma osobną łazienkę Praktycznie brak okien,te które są wychodzą na sąsiedni budynek oddalony może półtora metra.

• Anna (8/5): miły czas ze znajomymi - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, byliśmy sporą grupą więc zależało nam na bliskości apartamentów. Atutem jest to, że oddzielne apartamenty mają swoje łazienki i wspólną część, gdzie wieczorami można było być razem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który był zawsze dostępny i chętny do pomocy, przychylał się do naszych próśb. mogłoby być bogatsze wyposażenie kuchni ale daliśmy radę

• Justyna (9/5): Świetny apartament w super lokalizacji. - Bardzo fajne mieszkanie dla dużej rodziny bądź grupy przyjaciół. Każda z 4 sypialni ma oddzielną łazienkę, co jest mega wygodne. Jest też salon z kuchnią. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja oraz możliwość pozostawienia auta na prywatnym parkingu. Mało kubków do herbaty (Włosi chyba nie mają świadomości, że są ludzie, którzy nie piją kawy :), i brak noża do krojenia.

Host gehaast en onverschillig. - Locatie in de stad Haastige onvriendelijke host die ons de indruk gaf dat hij wilde dat we de volgende dag zo vroeg mogelijk zouden uitchecken. Informeerde hier 2x mondeling naar en terwijl wij duidelijk aangegeven hadden pas om 10.00 uit te checken ( conform informatie op de site) kregen we ‘s avonds opnieuw de vraag via what’s app hoe laat we uit wilden checken. Ook bij het inchecken was hij erg gehaast en nam nauwelijks de tijd om op ons te wachten bij het lopen van de parkeerplaats naar het appartement

• De Pascale (6/5): Soggiorno con amici a Palermo - L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Palermo Lolli, molto utile per chi arriva a Palermo in aereo e vuole prendere il treno per arrivare in città. Zona centrale, vicina al centro storico raggiungibile a piedi. Appartamento molto bello di 4 stanze con bagno privato in ogni stanza, nonché zona cucina e salone. Check in molto agevole anche se a distanza con il gestore. Prezzo molto conveniente visto l'appartamento, la zona e il periodo di agosto in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Nella prenotazione su booking era indicato che vi fosse il parcheggio privato ma nei fatti non c'era. Abbiamo prenotato con la formula 'casa vacanze' e vi era l'aggiunta di 40 euro totali su 4 camere da letto per asciugamani e lenzuola, di cui alcuni asciugamani abbiamo chiesto di cambiarli perché sporchi. L'informazione sulla spesa dei 40 euro non è segnata su booking. In ultimo la tassa di soggiorno su booking non è stata aggiornata, anche se deliberata dal comune già a luglio.

• Jiawen (6/5): Not wow - but we just stayed the night - Overall okay quality for the price. Location was okay, still half an hour walk to the city centre. Private parking was too expensive: price/quality wise. Bed linen were not clean on one bed. Airco didn’t work in one room. At night still some street noise and the alarm in one car was going off at 4 AM for half an hour.

Security of the building was also a bonus. There were no utensils so we couldn’t cook our own food. We wanted to cook breakfast and dinner some nights as we were there for 5 nights, but had to cook pasta using a fork… little frustrating. Every shower head had an issue, either leaked crazily, or showered water everywhere. Needed to use the low hand held almost everytime..
• William (10/5): Excellent base for Palermo. - Good location, walking distance to many attractions in the city. Bus stops and train station nearby. Sergino was great, kept in contact, and was waiting for our arrival, and willing to assist when we had travel complications due to really bad car rental company. He was always on hand if needed. Apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious at a good price.

With AC which helped with the hot weather! Bonus points for the owner who allowed us to keep our suitcases in the apartment after check out for a few hours as we had a late flight and for arranging a taxi to the airport! Thank you!

You're a 5 min walk from the metro which takes you to the airport, and about a 20-min walk in any direction of some of the main sites (e.g. Norman Palace) or city center. - Relatively quiet area. - The main light in my bedroom was not working. This was not a major issue, since there were several other smaller ones. I'm sure if there had been enough time I could've brought it to the attention of the owner, but we were only there for one night.

Più che un b&b sembra un piccolo hotel, moderno , pulito e dotato di tutti confort. stanza spaziosissima e ben arredata con un bagno comodo e molto carino. Ho trovato anche la bottiglietta dell'acqua in camere e caffè a disposizione per tutto il soggiorno e wifi ottimo. inoltre anche una zona soggiorno in cui mi hanno permesso di fare una piccola riunione di lavoro. i proprietari, Sergio e Ina molto disponibili e simpatici. ci ritornerò sicuramente per le mie vacanze estive con gli amici e prenoterò tutto l'appartamento. lo consiglio soprattutto per la posizione e l'eleganza della location.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Stanza sporca, posizione poco ottima ... - Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti ... il b and b e tutt’altro per quanto riguarda le foto riportate ... non si puo usufluire della cucina, ma solo della macchinetta del caffe , e per di piu è spuntata fuori una bratta ... la stanza era sporca e poco fornita, non c era ne il phon, ne la carta ... per non parlare del letto .... era meglio dormire su uno scoglio .
