The room was clean and well furbished and the common area has a microwave, toaster, basic kitchen utensils etc. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. Location is good with nearby local eateries, 7-eleven, ATMs, bike rentals and walkable to the beachfront.

• Büsra (10/5): Das Wynn House Guesthouse überzeugt durch seine ideale Lage, große und saubere Zimmer sowie einen überaus kulanten und h - Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Wynn House Guesthouse und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten für fast zweieinhalb Wochen zwei Zimmer gebucht. Da wir uns beim Datum vertan hatten und einen Tag zu früh buchten, zeigte sich der Host überaus kulant. Uns wurden die Kosten für ein Zimmer für diesen Tag freundlicherweise erlassen. Die Lage ist ideal. Man ist nicht direkt im größten Trubel, aber dennoch nah genug am Geschehen. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Auf Wunsch werden sie jederzeit ordentlich gereinigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Team. Die Dame am Empfang ist sehr lieb und fleißig und auch der Zimmerservice macht einen super Job. Unser Host war insgesamt sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Auch der sehr frühe Check-out verlief völlig unkompliziert. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für alles und liebe Grüße an alle Mitarbeiter. Die Matratze und die Kissen waren für mein Befinden etwas zu hart, aber für meinen Partner wiederum perfekt. Also ist es eher ein persönliches Empfinden, als ein generelles nicht gefallen.

The host was really nice, and the kitchen was convenient for making coffee or tea and snacks, etc. Location was good too, as the local market was within walking distance. The property was on the road, so sleep was disturbed by the noise of the vehicles outside, and the walls were thin, so we could hear the people staying in other rooms. The room was smaller than our expectations. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush in the bathroom.

• Marko (10/5): Fantastic accomodation near Karon and Kata beaches - Rooms are nice and clean, there are towels, soap and shampoo, hair dryer, fridge, safe, mini balcony, AC... Stuff is super nice, always ready to help with anything you need. In common area there is complementary coffee, tea, snacks, hot water. Nearby you will find fruit shop, laundry and massage service, and most important old lady with the best Thai ice coffee in the area :) Across the street and nearby there are few fantastic restaurants with great food and cheap prices. Karon beach is 8-10 minutes away by easy walk, Kata beach is 15-20 minutes away.

• Ryan (9/5): great place - Wynn house was great, the individual who checked us in was so friendly, and check-in was extremely quick. Room was simple but clean, location was great, all in all good. Occasional sewer smell from the drain behind wynn house, but it comes and goes. Other than that, i think it's alright. Oh, not really much ammenties, but it fits the budget.

• Olga (10/5): Уютно, как дома! - Очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал. Чисто и уютно в номере, есть всё необходимое. Заранее проинформировали отель о позднем заезде, встретили, ответили на письмо. Проводили и помогли с багажом. Лучше выбирать номер на втором этаже.

• BIN (8/5): house总体不错 - 这个house总体离沙滩位置很近很方便，步行沿主要公路10分钟多一点即可到达，附近也有711便利店，饭馆，购物商店，同时也可以步行至卡塔街区。和工作人员沟通也很快速有效，整体装修风格ins风清新简约，总体性价比很高。我们一共住了4晚，度过了愉快的一段时光。 小阳台的空调冷凝水会滴在地上，有时候会影响晾晒衣服。卫生间的洗手池排水管有渗水的情况，而且洗东西时排水声音很大，建议可以改造优化。

Only ten minutes walk from Karon Beach and 15 minutes walk from Kata street food market. It is on a main road but that wasn’t an issue as I had read that on another review so I was aware before hand. Nothing!

The closest beach karon is lovely but we walked 5 more minutes to kata beach no waves shallow and a lovely safe beach with lots of food trucks . We spent our days relaxing here. Perfect Balcony is tiny but we still managed to sit out on it

• YI SHENG (9/5): I thoroughly enjoyed my stayed here, Karon beach is such a beautiful and less crowded place - Walking distance to the beach. The place were nice and clean, the pipe in bathroom burst the first day I checked in but the staff was friendly and fixed it quickly. There are also balcony which can dry your clothes after a day at the beach. There are nice massage and restaurant close by, there are also fruit store which sells the best value coconut There isn’t a laundry but there are laundry shop just right at the corner, which clean and fold your clothes

• Amelia (10/5): Such lovey staff, spotless rooms, good value for money. - The property was so clean! Suprised at how spotless it was, nice big room, the bed was huge. The balcony was nice with a nice little jungle view outside! Staff were amazing, helping with our bags to and from the room. Location was great, 2 min walk from 7/11 and a 5 min walk from the beach. Lots of lovely restaurants around. Would deffo recommend, good value for money. Nothing to comment on.

• Simona (10/5): - Good location, nice and modern rooms, great communication and very lovely lady who waited for our check-in until midnight because of accident on the road. Our room was facing the road so it was a bit noisy during the night, but while I needed to use earplugs, my partner slept perfectly without needing any so it depends whether you’re a light or heavy sleeper.
• Katy (9/5): Amazing value for money! - Incredible value for money - a lovely, clean room which everything you could need: fridge, kettle, decent hairdryer! Powerful hot shower. Air con was amazing! Walking distance from Karon and Kata Beach. Bed was pretty hard - although some people like that! Plus, was quite noisy but didn’t bother us!

• Lorena (10/5): Ideal para estancias en Phuket - Las habitaciones eran grandes y estaban muy limpias. A pesar de estar en planta baja no se escuchaba apenas ruido de la calle. Muy cerca de Kata y Karon beach, por lo que se puede ir caminando a muchos sitios. El personal es muy agradable y nos ayudaron en todo lo necesario. El alojamiento no tiene nada negativo. A tener en cuenta que se trata de una isla muy grande, por lo que una moto o un vehículo es muy conveniente. Por otro lado, con la humedad de Phuket las cosas tardan en secarse (toallas, bikinis, etc), por lo que poner deshumidificadores en las habitaciones podría ser una buena idea.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Jedna noc - Byliśmy w hotelu tylko jedną noc, ale na docenienie zasługuje na pewno obsługa. Pani przyjęła nas serdecznie w hotelu mimo późnej godziny przyjazdu (1 w nocy) i zaoferowała napój oraz pokazała pokój. Lokalizacja 10 minut spacerem od plaży, zaraz obok 7 eleven, warto. :)

• Алексеев (10/5): - Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, у меня был поздний прилет и сотрудница отеля дождалась меня, пока я приеду и передала ключи от номера, все объяснила и показала. Номер чистый, техника новая, есть все необходимое: холодильник, кондиционер, сейф. Небольшой балкончик, где можно посидеть или посушить вещи. Есть небольшая кухня. До моря идти минут 7-10. Отель расположен рядом с дорогой, ночью машин мало, но их слышно. Мне это спать не мешало. Единственный минус это матрас - он был достаточно жесткий, поначалу спать было непривычно, потом освоился. Отличное соотношение цена/качество.
