- Isabelle (8/5): Trés bon emplacement ! - Super emplacement ! Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de chose à pied et nous avions toutes les commodités à portée de main. Le petit déjeuner nous a paru un peu cher au départ, mais finalement justifié, car gargantuesque, de très bonne qualité et personnel au petit soin. De plus, nous avions une vue imprenable sur un des palais ! Chambre un peu exigu.

- Jonathan (9/5): A great hotel with a hugely convenient location for a visit to Seoul. - The room had a great view of Seoul. The location was exceptionally convenient, allowing easy access to a large amount of shopping areas and tourist sites. The convenient store included next to the hotel was also fantastic. The only complaint we had was related to the television setup in the room. Part of it wasn't functioning correctly as we couldn't get Netflix to work. With that having been said this was likely due to past users as opposed to the hotel itself, but we unfortunately couldn't get the issue resolved prior to our departure. To be fair we also didn't notice the issue until the evening prior to our departure, so that isn't really the staff's fault.

A lot of different restaurants on a street next to the hotel, good options for dinner, also small grocery stores nearby. Breakfast is average, but has enough choice to choose from. Service is very friendly and helpful. We had a nice city view from the room window.

Das Doppelzimmer ist eine Zumutung: Kein Platz (10 cm!!) zwischen Fenster und Bett, Nachtisch und Nachtlampe nur auf einer Seite des Bettes. Unmöglich. Beim Frühstück wird keinen Grüntee angeboten, nur Tisanen und einen sehr "gewöhnlichen" English Breakfast Tee. Um 2 Teebeutel grünen Tee zu bekommen, müsste ich jeden Tag bitten und betteln. Der Tee lag versteck in einem abgeschlossenen Unterschranck.

Gần cung điện, bảo tàng lịch sử. Nói chun tiện lợi Bữa sáng nghèo nàn. Ở 5 ngày thì các bữa sáng giống nhau và k ngon.

Und gerade deswegen habe ich meinen Unterkunft gewählt. Großes Plus: Es gibt einen Raucherbereich, was in Seoul eher eine Seltenheit ist. Es hat alles gepasst.

Walking distance dos principais pontos turísticos, metro e comboio também muito perto. Os quartos eram espaçosos, com bons acabamentos, confortáveis. O meu, especificamente, tinha uma vista deslumbrante, no 19º andar. Pequeno-almoço bom, com opções continentais e orientais. Staff muito simpático e prestativo. Todos os dias recebia 2 novos conjuntos de eye masks no quarto, uma excelente introdução à skin care coreana. Achei um gesto simpático! Senti falta da existência de uma cabine de duche própria ou proteção na zona da banheira. É subentedido que o espaço do duche é a divisão toda (visto que a sanita está noutra divisão). Mas não achei nada fraturante. Ficaria neste Hotel novamente sem pensar duas vezes!

- Aleksandra (10/5): Highly recommended - Excellent location and very comfortable rooms. I especially liked the Korean-style bathroom setup with both a shower and a bathtub separated properly — very convenient and pleasant to use. The room was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Communication was easy because the staff spoke foreign languages very well. There was also a very nice welcome set for guests, which made the stay feel even more thoughtful and comfortable. Another big advantage was how quiet the rooms were. Even though the hotel is located very close to Myeongdong, one of the busiest and most touristy areas in Seoul, I slept perfectly. The windows blocked both light and noise very well, so I could not hear any nightlife sounds from outside or noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, almost everything about this hotel was great. The only downside was that the hotel is extremely focused on environmental policies and eco-rules. While I absolutely understand and respect the idea behind it, in practice it became a bit overwhelming during a vacation stay. There were many instructions and stickers regarding housekeeping, towel replacement, recycling, trash separation, and whether you wanted the room cleaned or not. Normally, when arriving at a hotel, guests expect things to be simpler and more intuitive. I personally did not choose the hotel because of its environmental values, so having to constantly pay attention to different eco-related rules and stickers felt a bit inconvenient and unnecessary during a holiday. Other than that, the experience was excellent.

Clean, daily waters and towels, money atm downstairs and one across the street, allowed early check-in for no cost, very friendly, etc. Rooms were a little small but located in a really good area and had the best view from our room so it balanced out.

- Jaquelinne (10/5): Muy buen hotel - la ubicación es muy buena, a unos 15 minutos caminando de la zona de myeongdong y a menos de 5 minutos en taxi de la estación de Seúl, y con muchos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cerca. El desayuno era bueno pero poco variado. La habitación era cómoda y el baño de buen tamaño. Vale mucho la pena por el precio, sin duda volvería a alojarme solo no incluiría el desayuno.

- Emma (8/5): - Det var ett bra fint hotell i ett bra centralt område, hjälpsam personal och allt man behövde fanns. Det var lite kö till frukost första dagen, så räkna inte med att komma in direkt - vi hann knappt ätna innan de stängde för att vi behövde vänta 10 min och vi var sena från start. Så tipset är att ta tidig frukost.

Kein Breakfast Box am letzten Tag der frühen Abreise. Wir wissen aus anderen Hotels und aus anderen Ländern wie Zypern, Tanzanien, Indonesien usw., dass Take Away Box sehr wohl möglich ist. Schade, da wir immerhin für das Frühstück zahlen.

- Su Kee (7/5): Enjoyable. - Location location location! Near to everywhere & lots of food choices nearby. Starbucks just below. Was told check in at 3pm. We went back about 2:30pm hoping to be able to have a room. Some hotels can allowed us to check in if there are rooms available but not this hotel. Was told to join membership in order to have 1 hour early check in. Not useful for us since it was already 2:40pm by then. In the end, we managed to get a room about 10 mins before 3pm. The size & bed placement in the room. Also for today’s standard, no charging points next to the bed is quite disappointing.
