The place was very clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the space was well kept, and everything worked perfectly. It felt easy and relaxed staying there. Franco was a fantastic host. He welcomed us warmly on arrival and immediately made us feel at ease. He was friendly, genuine, and always ready to help if we had questions or needed anything. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and wants them to have a good experience. His kindness and hospitality really stood out and made our stay that much better. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it ❤️☀️ -

- Ute (8/5): Zum Wohlfühlen - Wir waren mit neun Personen dort und hatten drei Appartements. Diese waren großzügig, sehr sauber und liebevoll charmant eingerichtet. Man muss keinen Luxus erwarten, haben wir aber auch nicht. Der Vermieter hat uns mit Wasser, Milch und Wein im Kühlschrank überrascht. Die Betten waren gut. Der gemeinsame Außenbereich war wirklich Heimelig, aber wir haben ihn nicht genutzt, weil wir viel unterwegs waren, es dort viele Mücken gab und wir auch relativ viel Regen hatten. Der Pool war sehr sauber, war natürlich aber auch zu kalt, weil das Wetter generell uns nicht sehr mit Sonne verwöhnt hat. Wir hatten für unsere beiden Autos einen guten gesicherten Parkplatz. Die Lage ist angenehm zentral im Ort. Fußläufig zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Also im. Fazit wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement raggiola lag zur Straße, die viel befahren und es dadurch sehr laut war, besonders am Wochenende in der Nacht.

Un angoletto di verde super riservato anche se centrale al residence. Il mio cagnolino è stato accolto benissimo. Il signor Franco è una persona gentilissima e super ospitale... Ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli per rendere la vacanza ottimale. Ringrazio Elena per la sua gentilezza e simpatia. Da ritornarci assolutamente Tra le case vacanza migliori che ho trovato, ma si può sempre migliorare, a trovare un neo sarebbe da rivedere un po' i letti, cigolano e non sono molto comodi ma per il resto tutto eccellente

Owners are kind and friendly and had left a few supplies in the kitchen eg milk, water. Pool looked lovely although I didn't use it. Excellent location as small supermarket round the corner, marina and old town 5 minutes walk away. Bars, cafes etc in the immediate vicinity. Felt very safe there as a solo female.

But the best asset this property has was Franco, he was very welcoming, lots of information and even made a Drs appointment for me when I was ill with an ear infection. - Mariia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The owners, Prof. Franco and his wife, were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even left us two bottles of wine as a welcome and farewell gift. We were traveling with a small child, and when we couldn't get a taxi, they generously offered to drive us to the railway station themselves.

- Sarah (10/5): The perfect stay! - Super accommodation, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The gated garden was beautiful and kept clean and tidy with beautiful planting & seating areas. Lovely to have the pool which was clean with shower and comfortable loungers. 5 min walk into a large town with supermarkets, restaurants, shops and up the steps a beautiful old town with fantastic views along the Cilentan coast. We arrived to a bottle of wine and carton of milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch. The accommodation had everything we needed and the hosts were very welcoming. A 15/20 minute walk to a small pretty cove or larger beach with lido’s. The town is on the train line for visits to Sapri, Salerno & Naples. The walk from the station to the accommodation was around 20-25 minutes No taxi’s at station so I’d recommend booking in advance if you didn’t want the walk. Nothing negative about the property or facilities-all was perfect!
- Carolyn (10/5): An oasis in the heart of Agropoli. - An oasis in the heart of Agropoli. Less than 2 mins to the centre of town and less than 10 mins walk to the old town. Such a wonderful host. Franco took time to get to know our family and called the children by name. The pool was our saviour as the weather was quite warm and the kids loved it too. Comfortable beds, great cooking facilities too. We were originally only staying 4 nights, but decided to extend our stay. Grazie mille Franco. Nothing.

- Elena (10/5): A beautiful stay in Agropoli - The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, and very well maintained and is sparkling clean. There is a beautiful garden with cozy chairs where you can relax, enjoy the shade, admire the flowers, and listen to the birds singing. There is also a big beautiful swimming pool. Signor Franco warmly greeted us and explained everything. There was a gift from the hosts: a bottle of white wine and some groceries. In this apartment, you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. All the appliances worked well. The location is great: it is near the square with shops and cafes, to the medieval castle and the marina. It was a wonderful stay, one of our best, and it exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to the amazing hosts! We loved everything.

The apartment is near the city centre, between two big beaches in Agropoli (approx. 1 km to each one). The pool was a great option for the afternoon. - Katharina (10/5): Exceptional - Nice terasse, atmospheric garden, right in the centre of agropoli, very close to great restaurants and supermarkets, amazing city.

- Jane (9/5): Lovely flat, excellent location, friendly helpful host. - Excellent location - walking distance from the old town, shops, restaurants and a small beach (San Francesco). Pretty decor French ‘country style’ well equipped kitchen. Clean. Lovely welcome from owner Franco. Wine, milk water in fridge. Little private garden and bigger shared one. Lovely big pool and parking. ( you need a car to explore the area - limited public transport). Quiet at night. Insulation between flats not great. Could hear the conversations of the holiday makers above. A coffee machine, better lighting (current lighting very old and dim) and blackout curtains/blinds for bedrooms would be good ? These small improvements would make a big difference to an otherwise lovely flat.

The pool area was lovely and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We loved the location (between the marina and shops/restaurants) and would be very happy to return in the future.

- Katie (9/5): Superb - Great location close to town centre. Quirky and quaint. Secure.lovely pool area. Very helpful owner. Great terrace in top floor apartment. Pretty courtyard to sit in evenings. No air con in appartment so got very hot. Beds not very comfortable quite hard. Lack of cupboard space in ground floor apartment for storing food. Steps not ideal for elderly ir if mobility issues.
