He welcomed us with a smile every day and truly made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended! The floor in the room felt quite dirty, so walking barefoot wasn’t very nice. The shower also had a lot of limescale, and the water pressure was just so-so because of it, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use.

Hjelpsom og dyktige personell som gjorde oppholdet ekstra bra! Må trekke ut Umut som skilte seg ut ekstra med sin serviceinnstilling! Hyggelig, blid og imøtekommende mann som gjorde alt for at vi skulle få et bra opphold! Rommet var også utrolig flott. Vi bodde i en superior cave suite som var utrolig stort og gjennomført. Behagelige senger og kul vibe! Eneste minuset under oppholdet var at det føltes litt fuktig på rommet, og da spesielt på badet. Det var ingen ventilasjon der, så der må nok noe gjøres snart!

Eva (7/5): Schön gelegenes Hotel - Sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Überblick auf die umliegenden Täler. Teilweise in den Fels gebaute Zimmer, diese sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schöne sonnige Terrassen, dort kann man auch Essen. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgiebig und schön angerichtet Das Personal ist etwas nachlässig was die pflege/ Instandhaltung des Areals betrifft. Die Gartenmöbel waren mit Planen überdeckt, es wurde der Schmutz nicht weggeputzt. Die sitzpolster waren teilweise dreckig. Es hat in unser Zimmer herein geregnet, weswegen wir in ein anderes Zimmer ziehen mussten. Obwohl wir Angaben dass unser Zimmer gereinigt werden soll, ist die nicht geschehen

As it was located on an underground level, the signal was quite weak and there was limited connectivity.

Yuto (6/5): 残念な思い出 - ウチヒサール城の目の前で景色が圧倒的に素晴らしい。ギョレメとはまた違った価値がある。ハネムーンの旅であることを伝えたら、ベッドにデコレーションもしてくれて感動した！ガラス張りのバスルームのタイプに泊まったが、景色を眺めながらの入浴体験が最高に気持ちいい！スタッフのホスピタリティが低いと感じた。受付で帰りの空港行きバスを予約したが、スタッフに言われた集合時間にホテルに戻ると、バスは1時間前に来てもう出発してしまったと告げられた。どうやらバス会社が間違えた時間を伝えていたらしい。バス会社の原因とはいえ、ホテル側からも謝罪がなく、代わりのタクシーが用意されており、隣町で待っているバスまでの移動手段だと言われた。当然、ホテル側で一旦タクシー代を負担してくれるのかと思いきや、当初のバス料金に加え、タクシー代は自費で払ってくださいと言われた。タクシーは高いのでバス予約を選んだが、結局余分に支払うことになった。時間に余裕があれば、交渉できたと思うがフライトの時間もあるのでそれは難しい状況。この一件でカッパドキアが悲しい思い出に変わってしまったのは非常に残念だ。また、チェックインや朝食の際も、スタッフの表情があまりもてなす態度ではないのも気になった。目の前の受付や席で平気でメイクをしたり、携帯を触ったり、タバコを吸ったり、、ホテルマンとしてどうかと思った。部屋のデコレーションは嬉しかったが、照明の電球切れでチカチカしていたり、トイレのハンドルが取れたままになっているなど施設管理の問題も感じた。

We stayed in a luxury cave with a jacuzzi and stunning views from the terrace. We could watch the balloons fly past in the morning from our balcony.

Some of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Required cash payments for pre-booked excursions - cash cost us 10% surcharge to withdraw in the town. Aircon was not working (very important in a cave house).

Bradley (1/5): Nightmare of Cappadocia - The location was the only redeeming feature. We had good coffee but bad greasy eggs with french fries for breakfast. The attitude of the staff was biased towards the Turkish clients who were allowed to smoke a hookah while we were dining so the smoke was overwhelming and quite frankly the food was terrible and over priced. The room was in a cave so it was dark, musty and little bits of grit and sand fell on everything. TBH, sleeping in a cave is a terrible idea for your health. There is dust everywhere. We had no hot water the first day and we really were concerned about how dirty we felt and how dirty the whole environment was. There were steep steps that were narrow and dangerous as the hotel on the side of a hill. The staff were not honest and our friends were told they owed money for a meal they didn't order and so they had to review the video footage which proved the staff were mistaken. The entire experience was one of financial exploitation.
Ursula (10/5): Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mit herzlicher Betreuung, aufmerksamer Gastfreundschaft, atemberaubender - Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum wunderbar. Gleich bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Eylem begrüsst. Sie hat uns während der ganzen Zeit bestens betreut und uns viele interessante Empfehlungen gegeben. Während unseres gesamten Türkeiaufenthalts war sie zudem eine der Türkinnen, die am besten Englisch sprach – das hat die Kommunikation sehr angenehm gemacht. Auch im Restaurant wurden wir von Ipek stets zuvorkommend und aufmerksam bedient – so stellen wir uns echte Gastfreundschaft vor. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Lage des Hotels: Die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend. Jeden Morgen genossen wir das Frühstück auf der Terrasse, begleitet von herrlichem Panorama. Auch sonst haben wir uns oft auf den verschiedenen Terrassen aufgehalten – morgens, um die Ballone zu beobachten, am Nachmittag bei Tee und einem guten Buch und am Abend beim stimmungsvollen Abendessen. Die Zimmer waren äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und trugen zum Wohlfühlambiente bei. Dieses Haus empfehlen wir zu 100 %.

Watching the sunrise and the hot air balloons in the sky is truly indescribable. They also provide an amazing breakfast to enjoy while taking it all in. Nur Sahirrah (10/5): - The view was amazing, and breakfast was a real treat! such a generous spread! The surrounding area was full of lovely gift shops and restaurants, all at good prices. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever approached, which made the stay pleasant. However, I was a little disappointed with the room’s cleanliness and comfort. There was a bit of buildup in the shower, and the rain-shower head was completely covered with it, so I only used the regular shower head. During summer, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the bedsheets felt slightly itchy. For a luxury boutique hotel, I was hoping for higher standards in terms of cleanliness and overall comfort. With a few improvements in these areas, this property could truly live up to its potential.

Thank you so much Dream of Cappadocia! <3 We booked this hotel last minute due to a cancellation of our previous hotel a day before we arrived in Cappadocia. I could not be happier this happened to us! The staff are some of the most friendly I have ever encountered travelling the world and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They also helped us book transfers, tours and taxis. The location is next to Uchisar Castle and walking distance to shops and restaurants. 8 min drive ($17 NZ to Goreme). The room was perfect. Very clean and comfortable.. and the spa! The breakfast is outstanding, so is the view. We stayed in the King Suite and had a view of the balloons everyday from either our room or one of the many terraces the hotel has to offer. We even got engaged on the rooftop and celebrated in style. On the last day we had breakfast and photo shoot on the terrace watching the balloons go up. Highly recommend! No aircon in the room so it was a little warm overnight even though it was a cave room.
Humeyra (8/5): - Ailecek 3 gece konakladık. Çalışan herkes rezervasyon aşamasından çıkışımıza kadar oldukça ilgili ve çok güleryüzlüydü. Terasının manzarası çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı da oldukça yeterliydi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık memnuniyetle tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir deneyim yaşadık teşekkür ederiz.
Mehmet Aykut (6/5): - Oda büyüklüğü iyidi fakat yarı mağara gibi olduğundan sürekli tavandan toprak ve küçük taş parçaları döküldü. Her uyanışta üstümüzde toprak vardı. Kahvaltı vasattı kahvaltıyı beğenmedik. Oda fiyatı bu nedenle bence pahalıydı 17 bin liralık değil yani.
Caterina (7/5): Soggiorno scarso con personale molto giovane, colazione assolutamente non continentale ma abbastanza abbondante - La posizione in alto su una terrazza abbastanza panoramica La camera era in un bunker quasi senza finestre dove l’aria che si respirava non era salutare! Intonaco dal soffitto caduto a terra nella camera da letto per l’umidità che si creava perché l’aria non circolava!
Hector (10/5): - The property is located a walking distance of the Uçhisar Castle. Furthermore, you can get up early in the morning to watch the balloons pass by, it is a unforgettable experience. The staff is amazing specially Eylem; she is very helpful and caring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Cappadocia Breakfast is tasteful and abundant.

iris (10/5): Amazing!!! Do it - OK, let me start by saying Sezer and Furkon were amazing! I hope I spelt them both right. Helped us from everything from the second me came in. We had an issue with our room and they wasted no time moving us and it was no issue at all. Very tentative to our needs and the views. They are worth it. If you are debating between this and another hotel do this! We did the imperial and it was great. The tub was amazing and in the morning watching the balloons was great. They have a easy airport shuttle you can arrange with them and it was hassle free!

Lea (3/5): - Sehr schöne Aussicht Wir haben in diesem Hotel eingecheckt, da der Whirlpool im Zimmer für uns das ausschlaggebende Kriterium bei der Buchung war. Leider war dieser während des gesamten Aufenthalts defekt. Trotz mehrfacher Meldungen an der Rezeption konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden ein Techniker war zwar vor Ort, jedoch ohne Ergebnis. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht den Erwartungen, da es überwiegend aus aufgebackenen Semmeln bestand und wenig Frische bot. Hinzu kam ein gravierender Mangel an Sicherheit: Die Terrassentüren ließen sich nicht vollständig schließen, wodurch jederzeit Zugang zum Zimmer über den Balkon möglich war. Zudem konnte auch die Zwischentür von außen geöffnet werden – ein unzumutbares Risiko. Uns wurde ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten, dieses entsprach jedoch nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Infolge der erheblichen Mängel sahen wir uns gezwungen, unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig zu beenden. Besonders negativ hervorzuheben ist der unprofessionelle Umgang an der Rezeption. Die Mitarbeiterin zeigte sich unkooperativ, versuchte die Situation zu verdrehen und verweigerte uns die Kontaktdaten der Hotelleitung. Lediglich Herr Sezer erwies sich als kompetent, freundlich und lösungsorientiert – er war der einzige positive Aspekt unseres Aufenthaltes. Fazit: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angesichts der erheblichen Mängel in Ausstattung, Sicherheit und Service in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt. Leider keine Empfehlung.

Shun (8/5): 絶景に乾杯！ - 朝食が良かったです！スタッフも良かったです！ホテル経由でレッドツアーを予約していましたが、チェックイン時に支払いがなかったため、キャンセルされたと言われました。確認しなかった私にも落ち度がありましたが、チェックイン時にスタッフの方から伝えていただければ良かったと思います。しかしそのおかげで、より安く他のレッドツアーに参加できたため結果的には良かったですが…。
NICOLA (10/5): - Comfortable, clean, great views and fantastic breakfast with friendly staff. Lost a point for not arranging our hotel to airport transfer - tried to check it was all sorted the night before and told it was booked and not to worry. It wasn’t! Ended up paying for a private taxi. Our room did seem to have bits of sand dropping onto the bed and side tables from a vent above but aside from this it’s a great place to stay and would recommend.
Hiba (8/5): - Tres bel hotel avec une belle vue. Offre un bon dejeuner varié. Il y avait un jeune homme au bar jai pas apprécié tres rude et apres avoir attendu 35min pour preparer nos besoins (car il avait oublié notre commande) il nous appel en criant pour venir les chercher. Tout le reste etait parfait.
Jonathan Zeb (10/5): - The staff made our stay even better during our time at Dream of Cappadocia. The view from the hotel is absolutely spectacular, especially while watching dozens of hot air balloons fly overhead at sunrise. But it was the DoC team that made our stay even more welcoming. In addition, the breakfast is incredible and the rooms are beautiful and unique. I will definitely recommend DoC to all of my friends.
Josh (10/5): - Amazing. We had an incredible family stay with our two kids. Our suite had a perfect view, large patio, and plenty of space. Can’t say enough good things regarding staff- they made our kids feel so welcome, our daughter teared up leaving today because she says she will miss everyone. They coordinated our balloon ride, and excursions, and provided excellent hospitality.
