• Stefańska (1/5): CZYTAJCIE OPINIE NA GOOGLE - Tylko lokalizacja Mam nadzieję, że inni będą mądrzejsi ode mnie i sprawdzą opinie na Google, ponieważ te na bookingu nijak maja się do rzeczywistości, którą zastaniecie po przyjeździe. Na początku i po przeczytaniu informacji o obiekcie i kontakcie z osobą zarządzająca wszystko wydawało się okej. Niestety wzięliśmy nocleg na 3 noce. Mimo prośby o inny pokój lub dogadanie się , z racji iż rzeczywistość odbiega od zdjęć, ale nie udało sie dojść do porozumienia. Sam booking oddał za nieprzyjemnosci 8% wartości do wykorzystania przy następnym wyjeździe. Nie polecam miejsca. Rozumiem, że mają dużą ilość osób i moze maja w poważaniu nasze skargi, ale miejsca jak te powinny albo probowac naprawić to co trzeba, albo sie zamknąć bo jest to zwykle oszustwo. Plusem jest tylko lokalizacja.
• Ann Therese (9/5): Fantastisk beliggenhet! - Beliggenheten var fantastisk. Utrolig sentralt til det historiske sentrum og metroen. Samtidig lå det i ei stille og rolig gate. Nydelig at man kan være 3-400 meter unna Colosseum også er gata nesten fri for turister. Parken rett utenfor hotellet er fin! Ganske så fri for turister. Grei størrelse på rommet og badet. Senga var hard, veldig hard! Støvdotter under senga og noe svart mugg i dusjen.

• Colburn (2/5): Not a good experience at all. - Location Dirty with rust on anything that was metal due to humidity. Even toilet paper holder was rusty. Bathroom felt dirty. Walking across the floor made sock dirty and ants in bed. NO WIFI and told they would contact phone company but no code was ever given so no intention of providing it. Asked for 11:00 checkout and was yelled at by cleaning staff that we had to leave and then asked to see the text that said we could. He then proceeded to follow us to the door out.

La wifi n’a pas marché durant tout les séjour et on captait très mal la 5g

Bed and couch were very comfortable When I firstly went into my room there was an overwhelming smell of bleach, it was very strong but eventually calmed down

• Sosa (8/5): Perfecta para descansar a metros del Coliseo - Lo que más nos gustó y por lo que lo elegimos es por la ubicación, a 2 cuadras del coliseo, es insuperable a ese precio. Rodeado de restoranes, heladerías y un supermercado, mejor imposible. si bien muchos mencionan el tema del ruido a nosotros no nos pareció insoportable, se escucha mucho si pero deja descansar. Si te toca la habitación 4 tiene ventana a la calle pero tranquilo que tiene un efecto que hace que no se pueda ver para adentro. Lo que menos nos gustó fue que no nos dejaran agua y cada tanto se sentía un olor desagradable de la cañería del baño, nada que no se soportara pero bueno. Creo que si hubiésemos estado más tiempo en la habitación hubiese sido un problema para reportar.

• Ariel (7/5): EXCELENTE UBICACION, Muy buena relación costo beneficio. - La ubicacion es extraordinaria salis caminas 2 cuadras y te encontras con el Coliseo, La habitación es muy justita, tiene un pequeño frigobar y no le pidas más. El baño lo mismo muy justo y un día se corto por unos minutos a la noche y a la mañana siguiente no había agua caliente ... los reclamamos y solucionaron. Relación costo beneficio EXCELENTE para pasar unos días... Un día día se corto la luz a las 4 de la mañana y se prendió la luz de emergencia en la habitacion no había manera de apagarla. Y seguramente ese evento fue el que nos dejó sin agua caliente a la mañana siguiente.

• holidays in the sun (10/5): Great little place , excellent location - Was really very central to everything, the staff were very helpful, was great value , There's nothing i didnt like , but one thing I would suggest is that they do have a kettle to boil water for tea or coffee but they only have light plastic cups , I think the addition of 2 propper coffee cups or tea cups would be such a great addition

Not value for money at all! - The 2 only things that was good was the wifi speed not the signal the speed because on the bed there was not enough signal and the location nothing else The bathroom was very dirty there was mud in every corner and walls, the toilet paper stand very rusty, the shower small and the shower head was dirty with mud on it rusty screws in the cabin the towels was very old and cheap very thin the window couldn't be opened so all the steam and the smell from the toilet was coming inside the room so we had to open the 2 windows to get the smell out and the steam. the floor in the room was not even in some places it was going up and down. the closet was smelling very bad humidity like it never had be opened so we didn't use it. We had a small boiler with hairs on it and half inside probably from the previous owners. Soundproofing not even a little bit 3 walls was plasterboard so we could hear what the next room was doing also the windows was not soundproof and the window was next to a pavement and the road so everything was coming in our room and the wall behind our bed was a kitchen from a shop many noise from there too. tv control and ac control dirty never been cleaned. one wall socket next to the bed broken and the walls in every corner was ready to fall off. it was like an abandon room it had never been renovated or maintained in a long time and also it was not the room we booked. The owner neutral just a hello our ids and to pay the tax nothing else not even an introduction if the room was ok if we need anything else.

Ground floor didn't bother me, it wasn't too noisy. But I feel like a lick of paint is needed, and some tea coffee making facilities with biscuits would be nice. As that's pretty standard.
