From facilitating an early check-in to accommodating my late check-out to align with my flight schedule, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. Furthermore, I was impressed by the level of attention given to my special meal requirements by the restaurant staff. They made every effort to accommodate my dietary needs, ensuring that I could enjoy my meals comfortably throughout my stay. In addition to the outstanding service, the Wifi connection was reliable and fast, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly during my time at the accommodation. Overall, my experience at Tete Ferry Sun was satisfactory, thanks to the dedicated and attentive staff who made every effort to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Tete, and I look forward to returning in the future. While the service was exemplary, I must note that the breakfast options left something to be desired. Although sufficient, the variety of choices could be improved to cater to a wider range of tastes and preferences.

In case, you have a vehicle, would suggest this hotel even though its not in the city centre Can improve on the food menus and propose some local dish. Also for the price, maybe to get slippers in the room and bigger bottle of water

- Robert (10/5): We have tried several other hotels in Tete but Tete Ferry Sun is the only one we stay in now. - The breakfast was very good. There were several pastries, cereals, fruit and yogurt. Then you could order eggs cooked the way you liked plus bacon, sausage and potatoes with white or wheat toast. All meals we ordered in the evening were excellent. There is purified water available for free. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily. The A/C worked great. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed for a week and the only problem we had was when there was some one staying in the next room we could hear their television.

They have a nice view to the Zambeze. I loved that. However, i really didnt like the room service. The restaurant should have a proper room service, you can't bring people unplatted food, i.e., take aways to the room. There is a need to equip the kitchen with enough appliances to get plated food at the room. This was the thing I disliked the most. It as nice place to get some rest after a long trip, get to breath the Zambeze but you need a proper room service in case you don't feel like going to the restaurant which is distant to some rooms. I am a room eater and that counts the most for me. The second thing is the absence of mosquito nets in the rooms considered the location of the hotel. However, in general terms it was good experience. My son loved it
