Personalet var super søde, hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Det eneste lillebitte minus var at vi selv måtte henvende os i receptionen for at få mere toiletpapir, men ellers var det helt fantastisk.
- Anh (8/5): - Clean and modern restroom, but the mainroom floor was no clean.

- Ann (8/5): - Only complain was bed bugs. My son & I got bitten so bad. Our legs were swollen and red.
- Bruce (8/5): - One of the cleaner hotels. You can smell the bleach pretty heavily upon initial entry to the room. Probably the only negative. I recommend checking into this hotel at precisely 2pm, because you’ll have to wait until then jo matter what. I’d use this hotel again for sure.

- jasmin (6/5): - Very good for what it is, it is not a 5 star hotel or anything. The room itself looks very modern but we had a lot of little bugs on our desk. Didn’t bother me too much as long as it wasn’t near the bed. But other than that, theres not much else.

I booked a family room for 4 people, a reasonable price. Overall is good, the hotel located near night market. It takes about 3 km to go there. More over, The room is clean and roomy. We had a great vacation with 3 nights there. The staff is helpful, friendly and enthusiatic. Special appreciation for reception desk. They are professional related to check in and check out process. I hired the motobike for 4 days to sightseeing Dalat. Motorbike is so convenience to visit anywhere Đalat. Breakfast was few dishes but quite good and taste. I think beakfast should be more various choices. I definitely will come back soon. Thank you so much for giving me a great experince. Love you all!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): 아주 좋습니다. - 중고생 2명이 있는 가족여행의 숙소였습니다. 3개의 침실과, 2개의 화장실이 있는 패밀리 룸입니다. 룸상태 아주 좋고 깨끗합니다. 주방에도 깨끗한 식기와 전자렌지가 있어 간단한 요리 가능합니다. 조식은 그럭저럭입니다. 코로나 19로 여행객이 줄어 쌀국수, 빵들만 있었습니다. 다른 날에는 몇가지 더 있는거 같습니다. 좀 아쉬운 점은 주위에 신축하는 건물들이 많아 시끄럽습니다. 엘리베이터 바로 앞에 있는 방이라 문 열릴때 띵동하는 소리가 초인종 소리인줄 알고 헛갈렸습니다. 주위에 간단히 맥주를 살수 있는 현지 마트가 있습니다. (구멍가게) 빅씨 마트까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다. (10분내 거리) 전반적으로 만족한 숙소 였습니다.
- sophiapt (4/5): Do not recommend - Do not let any hotel photos from online booking platforms misleading your choice. This hotel is run down even though only opened for over a year. Mold is badly in the room. We chose premiere family room which is very big, 60sqm, but empty space makes no sense. It has strong odor mold smell. If you open the windows, you wouldn’t stand for the noise because of the main road and giant electronic store next to it. I ended up checking out after 1 night even though booked for 2 nights. Staff was unfriendly, unattentive, make me feel unwelcome entire stay.

- OksanaA98 (8/5): Good location, spacious rooms and bathrooms - the location of the hotel is strategically good, the first hotel in the way of you decide to take free bus shuttle. along the road, which is not really good for rooms especially those located facing the side of the road. we booked for 2 bed suite which is super spacious, comfy with everything you need ( fridge, dining table, fridge) however since there r no ACs we kept windows opened which gets bit chilled during night as temperature goes down up to 12degrees the noise of cars, bikes, tracks and buses can be heard whole night long, due to which after 1st night we had to ask to relocate us into 2 separate rooms luckily they arranged that at the back side with no rad access and due to which we could sleep well staff is very polite and happy to assist anytime. I had a slight issue with wifi connection in new room for which staff straight away arranged the portable router. however may be better to fix the connection as wont be very comfy for all customers at the same time. good breakfast with noodle soup, variety of sweets and vegetarian options as well. in case you decided to go to the places of sightseeing you can grab any public taxi ( staff is very helpful to give a call and it will be there in 3 min) and price is very reasonable. weather is amazing with fresh air due to being surrounded by mountains. night market as well is good to visit. the most cheapest we think so far that we 've seen in Vietnam. another pick of the trip is that we fiubd an amazing local cafeteria called Seoul is right across the might market street with the best and cheapest Kimchi soup👏👏👏 Ps. good choice of TV channels in the hotel which compare to other cities if Vietnam is the best. bathrooms are very spacious. beds are very comfortable. we will be coming back for sure.
- phuocnguyen1410 (6/5): Meh - Room was acceptable,nice view, breakfast was excellent. In the other way, attitude of front desk was disappointed and they were not helpful at all. We asked for a pharmacy and the girl just showed us the wrong way. We had to walk under the heat for 30 minutes for nothing. Not sure if we will come back again.
- Tiffany (10/5): Great stay but disappointing parking. - There was an issue with clenliness when we first checked in but this was resolved quicly by the hotel staff. The only thing that left me quite annoyed was the parking issue at the hotel, we were constantly told to park across the road when there clearly was parking beneath the hotel. On many occasions we told staff that because we had young children it was too dangouros to cross the busy roads, this request was ignored until a fomal complaint was made to hotel management. Honestly i really like staying at this hotel ( i have stayed here many times before) but this experience has left me thinking twice about rebooking this hotel.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Stayed at the Luxe two nights. The hotel is very simple. The only good thing is that it is clean. The front desk was not very welcoming or helpful, the shower didn’t have hot or even warm water which was frustrating after doing a day tour to come back and have to take a cold shower, the buffet breakfast was also not very good - it was almost like the food was leftover from the day before. On the second morning I just opted for eggs and bread and the bread was completely stale we ended up just going elsewhere to eat
- THEN92 (6/5): Good location, new hotel - The hotel location is good, near from BigC. We got the problem when we arrived the hotel. First thing, the room is not ready for us because there are some water on the floor from ac. The floor is dirty and very tough, flush toilet is broken. We call staff for fix the problem and ask them to change the room but cannot because of fully booking in our room type. We was very dissapointed at all and got many apologised from the staff. The bathroom design is very nice. Youtube can playing on television. Breakfast is not much various to choose but tasty. We ask some staff for motercycle for rent and the staff was helping us to got our motercycle. The security guard was very good helping and friendly. We stayed here for only 1 night and when we leave here and ask the staff for call the taxi for us, they were very helping.

Overall, we choose to stay at this hotel everytime we go to Dalat. The location is convenient to access to everywhere. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It’s definitely and value for money. There were flies that flew into the room when we opened the windows. Staff at reception did not really have a good command of English. Room was pretty huge. For the price you pay, it’s an alright stay. Don’t expect do be able to do much around this area. There is nothing to do. Need to take a grab to Da Lat Night Market. Not too expensive and easy to get one.

- siewkimy2014 (10/5): Recommended for out of city - Abit far off from the city center but the walks are enjoyable ( about 30 mins to the market). Initially was abit hard to find as its not obvious but once you find it, its hard to miss ( just beside a electrical store). Although there is nothing much to eat nearby, they have some pretty delicious places that requires a bit of walking/travelling to. Breakfast is good - love their noodles daily as its nice and warm after a cold night. Their buffet spread is not too bad, dont miss their banh mi roll. Otherwise, the staff were fantastic and the rooms were amazing. Spacious and clean (although there were a bit of water marks on the wall but there was no active leaking during showers). We liked that the room was cleaned everyday. Only thing would be great is if mosquito repellents since the weather is cold at night and the windows are open. Will consider coming back here to stay if we come back again.
- ChiefXL (6/5): Pleasant surprise - We stayed 4 nights at a 3-bedroom unit in this hotel. The hotel is a bit hidden but it is quite new and has a modern look. The unit was spacious and clean. It does NOT have A/C units (which you typically don't need in evenings when temperatures drop). They do have fans that you can use. The breakfast that was included was actually quite nice. Nothing to rave about but definitely gets the job done. The reasons why I don't give more stars: - the blow dryer was dangerously malfunctioning. It sparked when I plugged it in and I got an electric shock. Upon closer inspection, the cable was ruined close the the plug. Probably due to excessive pulling by other guests/staff. We got a replacement but it was outright dangerous - no dining option on site. There are eating stalls / local restaurants nearby but the hotel itself has no food options beside the breakfast buffet - front desk staff sitting there with a pretty uninterested and bored look.... The unit itself was really good value for money and if it wasn't for the above, I would go 4 or even 5 stars.
- Bhundid (6/5): Got relocated as the hotel fully booked - Actually i can only rate the service from staff as i didn’t stay in this hotel. The staff at the hotel contacted me at night before i arrived at Da lat that we can not stay as the hotel is fully booked out. Hotel.com should work closer or update the system to reflect the availability of the room. It not like hotel contacted the customer on the night before they arrived to say that we are fully booked and we need to relocated you to another hotel. The hotel they relocated us have only 2 bedrooms (we booked 3 bed rooms and pay for 3 bed room) I am happy with staff at the hotel try to help us but not happy with condition of the room in the hotel they relocated us and not happy with such a short notice to let us know. I am not happy with breakfast as i need to take taxi to have breakfast at the luxe as the hotel they relocated us doesn’t have breakfast (the luxe pay for taxi through but it not convenience as we have to travel 6 km for breakfast). I am also not happy as they do not compliment us anythings if we do not ask for it. We have to ask for one breakfast meal (we wouldn’t get anythings if we do not ask for it. Anyway the booking system need to be improve. The hotel need to be more sincere with client (at least let is know you are fully booked a week or a few day before we arrive, not like let us know on the night before)

- NgaP96 (10/5): Good place to stay in Da Lat - We spent 5 nites at the Luxe hotel. This brand new hotel, there are so many Western people there. The room was big and clean. We have room near by the lift and staircase but it's really good due to soundproofing is perfect, I slept very well. My room has valley & garden view. The bed was comfy, bath room was so big and pressure water was great. Amenities not too much but i don't care because i used my own stuff. Breakfast is awesome! Buffet not too much choice but for me & my friend is enough, and you can order noodle which were changed everyday and other nice things. Designed of restaurant was very impressed - with big void at the middle :)) The only downside- internet speed and connection, unstable or even lost. It take 10 minutes to go to the town but that's fine because i'm fan of walking. You can easyto get see off & drop off front of the hotel from Airport shuttle bus. The reception & Bell need to improvement about service & smile. Will definitely return & highly recommend !!!!!

However they didn't reply event i called them several times to asked for booking confirmation. Ridiculous that they ignore my booking without inform. - PiMa2909 (6/5): The Reception desk could be a bit more awake. - Well, the hotel it's self is fine. It's new with new furniture and stuff but the location is funny as it's next to the Electric Appliances Shop. So that, the front of the hotel always looks like it's packed with scooters. As the tittle shows you, i honestly think they need to give a bit more attention to the guests who are staying, all the girls are quite helpful but there's one guy during our stay, we're just not too sure if he knew how to be smiley or friendly to us, all the guests? By the way, the good sides are: - Restaurant is quite good, they've got both Asian and Western choices of breakfast and food is great. - Waiters and waitresses are helpful - They look after the room quite well, everything looks great in and outside. Furniture works all well. Big window gives a lot of light and a nice view. - They got a rooftop so, you can easily go up there for some pretty old air or pretty amazing view to the city and the valley, hill. - Also, the hotel is not too far away from the center of the city. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes for a walk to the lake, the night market.... and only 5 minutes on a scooter if you hire one.

We had a great view if the valley & surrounding hillside. The breakfast buffet was excellent! I tried lots of new & interesting food. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was beautiful, very modern, spacious, clean and great temperature despite no AC. We had a wonderful view of the mountains from the second floor. The bed was very comfy. We rented motor bikes from the hotel as well. The shower was the best I’ve used so far, comparable to mine at home! They let us hangout at the hotel while we waited for our bus, and we also checked in during the middle of the night, in which they were very accommodating with! Thanks for a great stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dalat.

The only downside- internet speed and connection. Unstable or even lost.

We was very excited to stay here but What We received is a large room with bad smell sometime from the toilet. The staff is not really nice and friendly as other reviewers say from the front desk to the waitress or cooker at the restaurant. The breakfast is not many choices and not good. The cleaners make up our room is never change our sheet during we stayed and forgot to fill more complimentary water or tea for us on the second night. Not recommend to stay here.

Very disappointed with the view from the bedroom- you essentially overlook dilapidated homes and a rubbish bush. Rooms were paper thin. We could not sleep with all the noise in the lobby area and corridors. The breakfast was poor for veggie choices. I asked for a boiled egg and was told frankly no. The hotel is quite far on a hill from the market area. Staff have no clue about what to see in the town.

We checked in at around 7-8 pm on Saturday and stayed for two nights. The hotel is about 5-min drive from the night market. Although there are many hotels in the city, I think staying at the Luxe is the right choice for us. It is quiet and suitable for relaxing after visiting the busy market or touring around the city. We got around mostly by taxi. Grab (like Uber) is not available here. You can ask the hotel staff to call for a ride for you. In fact, we asked the lady in glasses to book a ride for a whole day for us. She's nice to enough to call both taxi and private car to compare price for us. She also recommended places to visit too. Though we asked lots and I mean LOTS of question, she's happy to help. At the end we enjoyed a day tour in the city very much. The breakfast is pretty good too. Besides the buffet line, you can also order special of the day at the kitchen window. I don't really know what I ordered on those two days as both staff in the kitchen and dining area don't really speak English. The food tasted pretty good though. If you're coming from the airport (where nobody speaks English at all), you can take the shuttle bus - costs VND40,000 per person. Then, show the driver the name and address of this hotel asking him for a drop-off. The route passes right in front of the hotel. Oh, and all the room doesn't have air con. Average temperature in Da Lat is pretty low at about 15-20 something all year. But there's a fan though. The bed is comfy. There's rain shower. Both hot and cold water runs well. It was a nice stay.
