• Bruno (10/5): - Das ganze Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. "Italienische Lebensart" vom Feinsten. Das Hotel strahlt Charakter und Stil aus. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die verschiedenen Täler oder vor Ort sehr empfehlenswert.
• Itshak (9/5): סה"כ מלון במיקום מצויין, צוות עובדים מאד שירותי ונעים - המיקום ,ממש במרכז וראלו , מהווה יתרון עצום. השירות במלון מצויין . לקחתי חדר של 17 מ"ר לאדם יחיד וזה בסדר גמור. לזוג זה עשוי להיות קצת צפוף. ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית אבל בהחלט מספקת.

• Matteo Orilia (10/5): Piacevole soggiorno in stile liberty - L'albergo ha una posizione ottimale, in pieno centro di Varallo. Oltre alla posizione strategica, gli interni sono molto curati e in stile liberty, che è davvero affascinante. Un salone da vivere e uno staff gentilissimo e disponibile. La camera era molto profumata, oltre che di grandezza adeguata per due persone. Il letto era pulitissimo e comodo. il bagno spazioso e confortevole, con acqua calda perfettamente funzionante. Il risveglio al mattino con i candidi raggi del sole che spuntavano dalla tenda è davvero sublime. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Nulla da segnalare.

Odeur de cuisine dans la chambre pourtant au 3 eme étage. Choix limité pour le petit déjeuner. Hôtel cher mais restaurant très abordable.

• Alice (8/5): The best play to stay in Varallo - Elegant, comfortable, and located in an unbeatable spot in the center of town. Amazing view on the main shopping street and the Sacromonte. The restaurant is very affordable and truly delicious. There is only one room with facilities for disabled guests, and once that is booked out there is no shared or available toilet on any floor for disabled people.
