• kristie (6/5): - I was disappointed with the location. Not walking distance from downtown, nothing close by. Also disappointed the couch was not a pull out bed, no blankets provided. Two people sleeping on a couch was uncomfortable.

I was told this was a closer room to my stay in Toronto and I asked if everything was the same and was told yes. Pull out couch really was uncomfortable for people pushing 60. Not sure how I can avoid this next time we are heading to the Royal.
• Meres (8/5): - Nicely located near attractions but not in the a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - The only thing good was the location and it “appeared” nice. Beyond that everything else was a nightmare and only was refund $80 of my $260 charge, which also includes a hidden fee of an additional $60 above the advertised price.

• michael (6/5): a bed is my MINIMUM requirement! - Check in and out a bit confusing but overall efficient. The fact that the place has 2 entrances and each entrance has 2 street addresses is baffling. BUT a sofa (the bed?) that is not made and without linens etc. is downright inhospitable! In addition a kitchen window was broken and the bathroom didn't close.
