Room was large (we were provided with a free room upgrade, and an early checkin). Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Very minor points- shower water temperature fluctuated widely, and pillows were a bit overstuffed/large for our preferences.

The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages — the hotel is directly across from the entrance to Galataport, making it very convenient for walking, shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. The only small inconvenience was that cars had to stop on the main road to pick up or drop off guests, which could sometimes be a bit uncomfortable. The room was smaller than expected, although that may have been due to the room type I booked. Despite that, the stay was still comfortable and enjoyable overall. We especially liked the breakfast — there was a wide variety of food, and the beautiful view made the mornings even more enjoyable.

The location is absolutely perfect — right near Galataport, Karaköy, the Bosphorus, tram stations, ferries, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring Istanbul extremely easy and comfortable. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel atmosphere feels elegant but still cozy. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. Special thanks to the reception team for their hospitality and excellent service. One of the best parts of the hotel is the incredible Bosphorus view. Waking up and seeing Istanbul from the window was unforgettable. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of fresh food and drinks. This hotel is a perfect choice for families, couples, or anyone visiting Istanbul for tourism or business. Safe area, great service, beautiful location, and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Port Bosphorus Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

At first, I was worried about the soundproofing quality, but it turned out to be excellent. The tram noise is very light and barely noticeable. The room was clean, and the bedding was also very clean. Room service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The location is perfect for tourism, the furniture is well arranged and in good condition, and the room size is very good. لا شيء يذكر . Nothing.

The location is excellent - being in the Galataport area makes you feel very safe and there’s a lot to explore nearby. It’s also close to the main attractions, but without feeling crowded or overwhelming. Our room was good and very quiet, as it was located on an alley, which we really appreciated. While it could feel a bit cozier with different decoration - especially to offset the fact that the immediate surroundings (as it was on an alley) aren’t the most attractive - it was still very comfortable and peaceful overall. Breakfast was great, and the view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Special thanks to guest relations (Ayça Kolukisa) and all the reception and restaurant staff for their excellent service. While our overall stay was very enjoyable, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The room, although quiet and comfortable, could benefit from a cozier and more inviting decoration to enhance the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the immediate surroundings of the room (facing an alley) were not the most appealing, so some visual improvements or design touches could help offset that.

- Eduard (10/5): - Отель в отличном месте. Напротив вход в Галапорт. А Галапорт этот прекрасное место для прогулок. Также напротив музей современного искусства и музей живописи и скульптуры. Супермаркет. Остановка трамвая рядом. Персонал приветливый. Номер у нас был большой и с видом на порт. На последнем этаже завтрак с видом на море и мечеть. Очень прекрасный вид. Это же и ресторан на вечер. Особое внимание уделили в день моего рождения- в номере сервировали фруктовую тарелку, бисквит, пару свечей и бутылку вина. Поздравительная открытка. Это была приятная неожиданность. Детскую кроватку предоставили бесплатно по просьбе. Любителям СПА на минус первый этаж. Также по предложению Букинга мы воспользовались трансфером из аэропорта и обратно по очень гуманной цене. Минивэн Мерседес по цене порядка 30 €, что прилично ниже обычного такси. А аэропорт в 48 км от центра.
