- Anirban (9/5): A Great Place to Stay in Sorrento - We had a wonderful stay at Casa de l ‘Orologio and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento. Pros Excellent Location The biggest advantage of this apartment is its unbeatable location right in Piazza Tasso, just behind the famous clock tower. You are in the heart of everything, restaurants, shopping, cafés, markets, and all the lively energy of Sorrento. Some may find the square busy, but we absolutely loved the atmosphere. Spacious and Comfortable Apartment This is not a traditional hotel, but a charming apartment with two separate rooms: a comfortable bedroom and a living room with TV and seating space. It felt much more spacious than a standard hotel room. Bright and Airy Two large French windows let in plenty of natural light, making the apartment feel cheerful and welcoming. Comfortable Bed & Good Bathroom The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size with everything we needed. Helpful and Kind Hosts Once we connected with the hosts, they were extremely kind and helpful. They provided lots of useful recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and local markets, which really enhanced our stay. Secure Access System They provide one card that opens all three doors sequentially—the main building entrance, the apartment complex door, and the apartment itself. Once inside, the system works smoothly and feels secure. Cons Check-in Can Be Stressful at First The only real downside is the arrival/check-in process. Since there is no front desk or onsite reception, getting in initially can feel a bit confusing. Sometimes the bell system may not work, and you may need to call the manager for assistance. Final Verdict Despite the slightly tricky first entry, this was a minor issue compared with all the benefits. The superb location, spacious layout, comfort, and helpful hosts made this a fantastic place to stay in Sorrento. The first time you enter the apartment it may be tricky after that it is smooth sailing.

AC in room did not work, had to sleep with windows open to achieve a cool enough sleeping temp. The beds also had a rubber mattress protector which is understandable but it is loud when moving in the bed and with AC not working only exacerbated the heat and sweating in bed.

Room was excellently appointed and super comfortable including the king bed. FYI, the hotel occupies only one of the upper floors of the building, so there was not a traditional downstairs lobby, but that wasn't an issue other than for the first few minutes of finding the location. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Occasionally there was a whirring sound upstairs that we later determined to be the building's computerized control system for the solar panel system. Woke me up once but overall not an issue.

- 梁永政 (9/5): 一共住了三天，蘇連多是很棒的小城市，房務人員很親切 - 房間陽台清晨會有陽光照射進來 陽台外就是街區非常漂亮，很喜歡這樣的樣台窗景 住宿地點離鬧區很近非常方便，距離超市跟洗衣店都不遠 房間是古典設計很舒適，雖然是古老造型但浴室很乾淨舒適 房間稍微小了一點 另外比較不方便房間內飲食，若能附上咖啡機會更好 另外浴室排水比較慢 但這些都不是太大的問題

- April (10/5): Amazing place to stay! - This stay was an amazing choice! The room was beautiful and spacious. You open your balcony doors to spectacular views of the main square and beyond! You can sit there and watch all of the action without leaving your room. When you do leave your room however, you are close to everything!! Sorrento is a gem and staying here made it even more fantastic. Front desk and cleaning staff are so sweet and helpful. We used their shuttle service to the airport and our driver arrived on time at 6:00 AM and was also friendly and wonderful. If we can ever get back to Sorrento, which we hope to do, this will be where we stay. Everything was perfect!!

It is in front of Piazza Tasso, close to everything that makes Sorrento a great place to visit. Restaurants, shopping, walking, everything. The “admin” part could not be easier, from booking to check in to check out everything was seamless. The facilities are great. Beautifully renovated, however retaining the charm of the original construction. Highly recommend.

- Rochele (9/5): Excellent, would stay again! - Great location! It’s it the heart of Sorrento, so there is definitely a noise factor, as the main square, bars and restaurants are outside the windows.

- Helen (9/5): Our first time in Sorrento (or anywhere in Italy) and we immediately felt right at home! - The location was perfect - walking distance to everything in town! The owner was responsive to questions asked in advance and they were able to accommodate our early arrival. We liked that there were only a small number of rooms and everything looked to be recently renovated and very modern!

- Jenna (10/5): - Hotel is in a wonderful location. The room was very neat and clean and staff was wonderful! We drove to Sorrento and the property provides valet parking for a fee which was very convenient and we were able to avoid the ZTL

Loved having a balcony that looked out over the city and could see the sun setting over the ocean - beautiful! Would highly recommend and would gladly stay there again!

- Bree (10/5): Great room in a a great location - Absolutely outstanding location, right in the centre of town so lots of fab views. Was super convenient for shopping and places to eat. Only a short walk down to the beach as well. Guilia was so helpful and even accommodated us for another night when we wanted to extend our stay. Rooms were lovely and spacious and we had heaps of room even with 2 XL bags. Would absolutely visit again and highly recommend. Nothing

For early morning sightseeing and pickups needed planning for a breakfast as we found everything closed. I found the bed hard and I’d wake during the night. It needs a topper. There was only one chair inside.

They held our luggage which was especially helpful after checkout. The size of room was a bit small, more like a hotel room with 3 beds.
