- Allan (9/5): Hanoi Old Quarter - The main thing for me was the location right in heart of the old quarter so great for walking to and from the major tourist attractions. The hotel is a bit dated but the rooms were clean and the breakfast for me was fine.

- Bryce (7/5): Good place located in the midst of the main attractions - I liked that they gave us another room when we went into the initial room which smelt stale. The second room was great definetely was an upgrade to the initial room and there was no smell. The location was in the middle of old quarter which is great. Near a number of rooftop bars and the night markets. Generally an ok stay if it wasnt for them upgrading the room my review would be a 6 out of 10. The first room smelt stale and you can tell the bathroom finishes were getting tired. Its not bougy but will do the job. Dont expect high end.

- Louise (2/5): Very poor service and sad staff - Good location. Bed comfortable. Air con was good The staff were very unfriendly. We didn’t feel welcomed. We weren’t shown to room. Early morning breakfast- we literally sat in the dark with no help from staff until it opened. Breakfast was less than average and serving area was dirty. The place is poorly kept with dirty silicone in bathroom, dirt marks on wall. If staff were friendly and welcoming we could have overlooked some of the concerns. The staff were miserable which left us leaving feeling sad. The photos are nothing like reality now. Should be hostel prices.

- J O N E S Y (1/5): - The location was ideal for exploring the old quarter. The staff were not helpful. The doorman was usually too busy on his phone to notice people coming g to the door. The doorman wasn't about when we checked in, so we never had any assistance with our baggage. The room was not well portrayed in the photos. The bathroom roof was filthy and in need of a decent repair and paint. The mirror is delaminating. The person on the reception during the day was rude and unhelpful. When our room was serviced, we were left with no towels.when I saw the reception to ask for towels, I was told we had been given towels. I had to be quite insistent and told him we hadn't, and he was welcome to come and check there was infact no towels in the room. The room was the most expensive we stayed in during our time in Vietnam but was one of the worst we stayed in, for both service and the facilities. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

No sauna or anything. The gym is not as showed in pictures. The only treadmill they have is broken, so forget the gym competely. And for all these faults/reasons it’s not even close to worth it We left early, so lost a lot of money sadly

The communication as we were not informed immediately that they will not be able to give the reserved room I have paid for. And we have arrived so early in the morning 2:30am and the lady in the reception did not quite explained the reason to us.

The hotel is placed in old quarter from which is walking distance to many beautiful places The breakfast was very bad. No choice for vegetarians. In the restaurant smell was bad. We didn’t enjoy food there at all. I don’t recommend this place for any eating. We had a very small room for three people. The hotel need refreshment, definitely not what expected

- Alon (4/5): - I arrived at the hotel late at night after a long flight and came to check in for a reservation that specifically included a balcony room. At reception, I was informed that the room was still being prepared and was kindly asked to go out for something to eat while they finished preparing it. We did so based on the understanding that the reserved balcony room would be ready upon our return. However, when we came back from dinner, we were told that no balcony room was available after all, despite this being the room type we had reserved and already checked in for earlier that night. This was disappointing, as the change was only communicated after we had waited and left the hotel at the staff’s request, and no alternative or prior notice was provided

- MARINA (9/5): Для знакомства с городом и проживания на 2-3 дня отличное место - Расположение, прям отличное до всего пешком, озеро, ночной рынок, кафедральный собор, до улицы с поездом 10 минут, до французского квартала тоже. Хорошие завтраки, скромные, но голодным не уйдешь. Очень приветливый персонал, помогли с трансфером в аэропорт. В нашем номере не работал wi-fi, совсем… только в коридоре у входной двери, не очень качественно сделан ремонт в ванной, кое-где есть плесень, но для нас это было не очень критично, но не приятно.

Then, without me knowing, they used my phone to give their hotel a 10/10 review. They ten returned it saying "price is correct". I only found out about the review later. It's really deceitful behavior and definitely not ok.

- Richard (10/5): - I stayed here 3 times over my 3 weeks in Vietnam. Fantastic staff, very very helpful and knowledgeable about Hanoi, Vietnam and trips off from Hanoi. Great rooms, lovely breakfast, relaxed atmosphere, baggage storage available.
