• Baumann (8/5): Es war ein gelungenes Wochenende in einem Charmanten älteren aber sauberen Appartment mit guter Lage - Die Lage war wirklich Ideal und die Räumlichkeiten waren im alten Style aber sauber und grosszügig vom Platz.
• Muriel (6/5): Idéalement placé mais pas conviviale - L'emplacement formidable, et les lits très confortables. l'appartement tres spacieux Pas de parking contrairement a ce qui est signalé sinon un public à 200 m hors de prix. Une clé pour 6 alors que la porte ne ferme pas du tout manque de liberté totale. plusieurs coupures d'électricité. 2 appareils ne peuvent fonctionner en même temps . La notice indique le compteur dans l'appartement alors qu'il est au rez-de-chaussée. Impossible de lire une seule lampe de chevet que l'on doit condamner pour recharger les portables.

• Ivan (1/5): Bad experience. - Although the property is good in size the rooms are not comfortable, poor accommodation, worn out furniture, giving the property a dirty aspect. The bathrooms are very uncomfortable, no space to place personal items, the shower’s sewage gets returned. Rooms have air conditioning but it does not cool on neither of the three rooms. No AC at the main room. Price point is way over priced. On top of all the disadvantages, there was an electric outage early in the morning, we advise the customer service team, however there was no extra room to get ready. The cleaning crew started to clean sharp 10:00AM, basically got kicked out.

• Nigel (9/5): Great position no lift to 3rd floor offered by Booking.com, not mentioned in the booking details - Central, oldy worldy. Spiral staircase all the way to 3rd floor. Horrendous with cases. Impossible for older people or young women. No lift.
• Markus (1/5): Horrible experience! - The location is great. However, keep in mind that downtown Como is not accessible by car. The nearest parking lot is a 6-minute walk and costs $75 per day. There is a parking lot that costs only $24 per day, but it's a 15-minute walk. Just be prepared for this. 👍 This property was in horrible shape: - The light in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t work. You need to use your phone flashlight. - The doors have no handles and no locks! We asked the managament company about that, and they said "it's for security reasons". Wait... what?!? - Even the bathroom downstairs doesn’t shut or lock, - There's only 1 key to the property and the main. So if you are there with friends or family, you always need to coordinate when you're heading back to the apartment. - The roof is leaking in the upstairs bathroom - There was a lot of dog hair on the couch, and the whole couch smelled like wet dog. For €400 per night, I would expect these things to work.

Do central! Close to where we parked the car as well so getting to and leaving the apartment was great! It was perfect for us!
• Caroline (7/5): Je recommande cet appartement mais attention, il manque quelques petites choses pour un séjour plus agréable. - - l’appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre de Côme entre le lac, les lieux historiques, les boutiques et les restaurants. C’est vraiment extrêmement appréciable. - L’appartement est vraiment beau (encore mieux que sur les photos), propre, spacieux et climatisé. La literie est de bonne qualité selon moi. - Le service de conciergerie est réactif et sympathique - le nécessaire de cuisine est à déplorer : pas d’huile, pas de poivre, pas d’essuie-tout et seulement 3 casseroles qui fonctionnent parmi toute une batterie qui n’est pas adaptée pour une plaque à indication. - Le manque de luminosité de l’appartement. Il y fait très vite sombre et l’éclairage est insuffisant (quand on arrive à trouver les interrupteurs qui fonctionnent parmi tous ceux qui ne servent à rien) - La salle du bain du haut est équipée d’une baignoire mais attention, difficile de s’y doucher pour un adulte. Elle porte bien son nom : c’est pour y prendre un bain (ou éventuellement y laver des enfants - pratique tout de même) - Un seul jeu de clé pour une location pouvant accueillir aisément 3 couples : ça demande à s’organiser.

However, the room with the 2 twin beds facing the back is very quiet

• Christopher (8/5): Delightful historic duplex apartment in the heart of the old city. - This apartment has a lot of character! It’s in an old building with exposed wooden beams and ancient walls, nestled in a very old part of the city. It’s a comfortable place and we really enjoyed our stay. No major complaints. We had trouble with the washer and dryer but the management company was very responsive in making repairs the same day. The downstairs shower is quite small and the upstairs bathroom has only a tub with hand shower. All pictures on the booking site were accurate.

• Amanda (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful historic apartment with wonderful views of the courtyard below. - The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, and the perfect location. Just a few minute walk from the lake and the church and right in the center of the historic city with all the shops and restaurants. The layout was perfect with the shared space being downstairs, so people could get up and have coffee and use the kitchen at their leisure in the morning without disturbing each other. Definitely recommend this apartment, instructions for check-in were clear, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and an added bonus we were able to do laundry!

The place is a little dated and some of the construction was falling apart. The railings for the stairs were missing and one night one of the wooden boards on the wall fell down (luckily no one was hurt).

• Mikko (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely lovely old building in the very heart of Como. Three bedrooms and a shared kitchen and living room suited our party of 6 people brilliantly. All went well. No issues. Perhaps small even-better-if: it would have been nice if there were two sets of keys to the apartment.

• Ekaterina (10/5): my next coming to Como I'l be defenetely looking for spare dates in this welcoming home - appartment appeared to be super cute and convinient, we just adored antique doors and ceelings. kitchen equipment is beyond every need. There are even beautiful not-only-wine glasses to enjoy evening gathering around table big enough for a family. Bed lining is crisp white. And location is right in the heart of historical district of Come, beautiful. It was one perfect stay! I just want to thank our hosts to be very welcoming, we were provided with every bit of information we needed including local stores to buy fruits and other stuff for dinner or breakfast. We faced a couple household issues while staying and the host helped us super quick via messages. it was a bit cold inside but I'm blaming the weather :)
