• Ray (8/5): Great location, nice views, and friendly staff. - Lovely location easy walking distance to the river and cafe. Close to the ski slopes via 1 stop on the bus or very short drive. Beautiful views of the slopes. Very friendly staff. Toaster for breakfast and another hot item would have made it perfect. no Do not disturb signs for rooms, did not need daily turn-down service.

• Lina Kesting (7/5): - Super liebe Gastbegerin. Tolles Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Säften und Eier der eigenen Hühner. Liebvoll hergerichtete Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Lage ist super. Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig. Auch bei Ankunft hatten wir schon ein paar Spinnenweben im Zimmer.

• Köppen (8/5): - Sauber und angenehm, große Zimmer Absolut freundliches Personal und sehr netter Empfang Man konnte alles aus der Gemeinschaftsküche verwenden FRÜHSTÜCK war ausreichend und lecker Im Sommer kann man auf der Terrasse sogar den Grill benutzen Parkplatz direkt am Haus Mit Hund ein schöner Besuch gewesen Direkt hintern Haus gehts zur Seilbahn Wir hatten den BLICK direkt auf eine gut befahre Straße Ansonsten aber eine tolle Lage

• Anastasia (8/5): Wonderful stay at a rustic place with a pleasant landlady 😊 - I can definitely recommend this place for people, who want to enjoy a quiet rustic atmosphere with a wonderful service. The landlady treated us exceptionally well and offered a lot of help, whenever we needed it. We asked for a larger room with a place for our dogs to let them enjoy this place in comfort. Our bed was hard enough for a decent sleep. We liked the breakfast menu and the selection of drinks. There are some vegan options along with regional dairy and meet products. The location is convenient for a long hikes or one-day lake trips. There is a place to enjoy evening sunsets with some local drinks. This is a good value for its price, so we have only positive opinion after our one-week stay ☺️ It could be great to clean some unpleasant mould in the bath room. There was no any conditioner or a fan for hot weather. It would be awesome to include the exact price for breakfast and dogs to the booking description to help with calculation in advance 🙌🏻

• Dosmildreams (10/5): Exceptional - Kaiserwinkl is one of the gems of the "holiday regions" in Tirol and this place is the gem of the gem. Unpretentious, just everything right and well done with all care by Johanna (she's fantastic). We'll be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Small kitchen for guests to use which was really handy. Some amenities in the room could have been provided? A kettle (although the use of the kitchen was very useful/easy) and basic toiletries (handsoap etc?)

• Peter (7/5): Good - The breakfast was fine, the location of the guesthouse is fine, very pleasant staff. Negative in the summer with the window open, a busy road and very soft and thick mattresses.
• Rowan (10/5): Super helpful host at nice hotel. - This is a nice hotel with a good breakfast close to the paragliding landing field. BUT Johanna, the lovely woman that runs the hotel was extremely helpful in many ways. I had some friends arrive unexpectedly and despite being full Johanna managed to fit them in for one night and then find them a room with a friend of hers after that. I cannot recommend her, and the hotel highly enough. All great.
