Guest (9/5): Great value, perfect location - The location is perfect, 30 seconds from the station and so close to the centre. The room is very clean and had a lovely view over the ancient ship and the V & A Museum Shame there is no restaurant which obviously costs the place a star. It is certainly good enough to be a 4 star

Secure feeling hotel as room key required to operate lifts and open main entrance outwith normal hours. No onsite parking albeit multi-storey carparks nearby. There is a couple of spaces used for a bag drop.

Michael (10/5): The most convenient gem of a hotel - The hotel´s location is unbeatable - steps away from the Dundee Train Station and all major bus lines. Downtown with many pubs and shops is only a few minutes on foot, and The Dundee Science Center, the V&A, The Museum of Contemporary Arts as well as the newly developed Dundee Waterfront are merely across the street. Great breakfast buffet, I liked the modern style of the rooms. Nothing to complain.

They were really helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Convenient location. Though Dundee is a small city, this hotel is placed so conveniently that it still makes a difference. You’re right above the railway station. Clean, safe, comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay while in Dundee, especially if you wanna go on day trips to nearby cities. The only thing that wasn’t up to par was the hairdryer but the staff swapped ours with another one which worked better so no big deal.

Staff are really lovely and helpful, particularly check in staff (Isak I think their name was?) . 12pm check out is great. Loved having a bath in the room. Fridge in room would be nice. Not the best entrance coming from shandwick Road side. Very (overly) expensive at weekends. Spa no longer included the Club rooms.
