• Clarice (8/5): Nice hotel - The hotel room was clean and cosy. It’s in a good location. Staff were welcoming. They only have one socket to charge your phone. I even had to boil water next to my bed. Breakfast is basic. More catered to Asian tourists.

• Liz Nina (8/5): Gut! - Die Lage war der Hammer, alles war fußläufig. Das Hotel war auch richtig sauber und komfortabel. Würde wiederkommen. Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Alles etwas ältere Einrichtung, Bett war unbequem und man hört die Flugzeuge. Aber aushaltbar. Die Punkte sind fast in jedem Hotel in Thailand so.
• Joyce (9/5): - Great location, just in the heart of all restaurants and markets, few minutes by car to see all the temples( doable as well by walking around 45min). Super friendly staff. It’s close to the airport and might be a bit noisy at night for light sleepers with all the airplanes taking off and landing.

They only give one room key, so it is tough for families that may want to come and go at different times or have a child napping and not want to wake them up , returning with no key. Staff not helpful and overpriced

• Wichaya (9/5): Good for the price, perfect for new Chiang Mai Travelers. - Good location in the center of Nimman, can walk around to famous shopping places and restaurants, cafes which is perfect for tourists. Pricing is excellent. Room is clean and facilities are sufficient and in good condition. And there is dedicated hotel's parking lot! The hotel aged and started to show with minor spots of aging room here and there which is mostly acceptable. The parking area is available but need a bit of luck to be able to park before it is full.

• SUTHINEE (8/5): - ทำเลดี มีที่จอดรถ ห้องพักโดยรวมโอเค สภาพดีไม่เก่าไม่ยม ห้องน้ำดี น้ำแรง มีฉากสไลด์กั้นโซนอาบน้ำทำให้แยกส่วนเปียกส่วนแห้งได้ดีมากๆ และที่ชอบมากๆ อีกอย่างคือ***นโยบายการเติมของที่แฟร์กับลูกค้าแบบไร้ที่ติจริงๆ*** คือลูกค้าพัก 2 คืน จ่ายค่าห้อง x 2 คืน การเติมของใช้น้ำดื่มใดๆ ก็เติมให้เต็มที่ 100% เหมือนเป็นการรีเซ็ทห้องใหม่โดยไม่ต้องยึกยักว่าอันนั้นอันนี้ยังมีอยู่ ไม่เติม เพราะบางโรงแรมชอบตุกติกเวลาลูกค้าอยู่มากกว่า 1 คืนแล้วลักไก่ไม่เติมของทั้งๆ ที่ลูกค้าก็จ่ายราคาเต็ม x จำนวนคืนที่พัก ไม่ได้จ่ายราคาเหมาๆ ลดๆ แบบคืนละพัน สองคืนพันห้าอะไรงี้ ดังนั้นเมื่อโรงแรมขายห้องแบบราคาปกติ x จำนวนคืนที่พัก การทำห้องในแต่ละวันก็ควรจะทำแบบเต็มที่ประหนึ่งการรีเซ็ทห้องรับลูกค้าใหม่ พนักงานเกือบดีแล้ว จริงๆ ก็ไม่มีอะไรแย่นะ แค่รู้สึกว่าพนักงานสามารถดีกว่านี้ได้อีกแบบไม่ยากเลย เติมน้ำใจอีกนิด เติมมนุษยสัมพันธ์อีกหน่อยจะ perfect มาก บางคนก็น่ารัก มีความใส่ใจลูกค้า แต่บางคนก็ควรปรับปรุง (ย้ำว่าไม่ถึงกับแย่ แค่เฉยๆ)

However, this time the hot food was not very nice. Fried eggs overcooked - and the hot food selection very average. Its not luxury - the rooms serve the purpose - nice and simple - clean and friendly staff. Thank you

• Jeanie (9/5): We would like to return next year! - Nice hotel for the price, with helpful staff. We enjoyed the complimentary refreshing Bael drink and snack in the lobby. The convenience of checking out various eateries, cafes, money changers and massage shops. Spoilt for choices even if you stay for a few nights. Mattresses are rather sunken. We (total 7 rooms) were there when the Earthquake happened on 28Mar25 n departed the next day. Tiles popped, cracked and fell off, cracked lines along many walls. Am concerned if the hotel gets professionals to ensure the structure is ok or get them strengthened and fixed.

Although the breakfast buffet is not wide spread, the menus are different every day which let us taste the various food that Chiang Mai offers. Overall had a pleasant stay and will be back. • V (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, spacious parking, and lots of nice places around - Planes flying to/from CNX are very loud from early morning till 1 am every day - The hotel looks way more rundown comparing to photos - Despite high cleaning standards everywhere, the bathroom kept smelling like sewage throughout our stay

Did not receive a very warm welcome from the staff on duty at the time of check in. had booked 5 nights, but stayed one night and moved to another property, did not request a refund, hopefully they will use the extra money to perform some upgrades.
