• Vanessa (9/5): Hidden Gem! - What a hidden gem! Close to Sarasin Bridge if you are coming to and from Phuket. Lovely, huge rooms and very lovely facilities. Water pressure in the shower could be stronger.

• Manuela (7/5): - Gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit Hygineartikeln, tägliches Auffüllen von Wasserflaschen sowie Kaffee und Tee. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Bei dieser Unterkunft sollte man auf jeden Fall motorisiert sein !!! Fussläufig sind weder Restaurants noch Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreichbar. Derzeit finden in der Anlage Bauarbeiten statt, aber auch hier wurde Rücksicht auf die Gäste genommen.

• Robert (9/5): Empfehlenswert und guter Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Grosse Zimmer mit allem was braucht und einen hübschen kleinen Pool zum abkühlen. Das Autos vor dem Zimmer geparkt wurden. Roller ok, aber Autos - no go. Es hatte genügend freien Platz hinter den Zimmern.
• Julien (10/5): - le personnel est extrêmement parfait vraiment de la réception femme de ménage jardinier chauffeur tout le monde est vraiment au top et c'est très calme on est un petit peu loin de tout si on a pas de scooter c'est compliqué mais la réception ils nous ont dirigé vers un loueur qui était très sympathique et très arrangeant

• Paul (6/5): - Les chambres sont tres jolies et la piscine aussi Nous n'avons pas pu prendre de douche l'eau sentait la rouille meme pour se laver les dents nous avons pris notre douche a la piscine (dommage car tres belle salle de bain) je pense qu'il y a un souci avec tous les bungalows vue piscine car ils ont voulue nous changer de chambre mais problème idem, l'hotel se situe au bord de la nationale et loin de tout il faut imperativement un vehicule ou scooter, de la piscine ils ont mis des plots car il y a une route qui mene a un parking alos qu'ils auraient pu mettre de beaux arbres pour necpas voir la route, le restaurant de l'hotel n'est pas bon, et le vehicule des femmes de menage fait enormement de bruit car il passe juste devant les chambres Nous avions reserver 9 nuits et sommes rester que 4 nuirs tres peu de restaurants et quasimment pas de massage tous les commerces ferment tres tot pratiquement aucun touristes Par contre les chambres sont tres jolies.... V

• DebbyGng (9/5): Prachtig hotel voor een fantastische prijs. - Het was een mooie grote kamer, superschoon en modern ingericht. Een heel fijn groot zwembad en in de avond kon je er heerlijk zitten, muziekje erbij en mooie lichtjes aan. Het was ook dichtbij de luchthaven. De locatie, het is er niet toeristisch wat wij niet erg vonden, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

• Andy 1958 (8/5): Good for birdwatchers. - Pool is good and there is a garden park to explore with lots of birds. Poolside room is spacious and modern with a small sitting area outside. No breakfast available. Society Bar being refurbished. 7/11 a short walk away. It's a long way from the beach and a bit soulless. Staff were not very cheerful or helpful.

Le ménage des chambres n’est pas parfait,wc ,lavabo non nettoyé,énormément de poussière sous les lits.

• Jacky (9/5): Rapport qualité / prix de la chambre exceptionnel - Les chambres sont exceptionnelles (surface, conception, éclairage) et valent un 5 étoiles. Si possible réservez avec vue sur piscine. 26m2 au lieu de 24m2 et un peu mieux conçues. Belle piscine, mais avec du carrelage vert. L'eau apparaît verte, alors qu'elle est très claire. Pour la location de scooter, sortez de l'hôtel. Le prestataire avec qui l'hôtel a un accord fournit des scooters trop usagés, à 400 baths au lieu de 300 baths à l'extérieur (et pas de choix de casque...). Le terrain de l'hôtel est vaste. Un agrandissement important est en fin de travaux. Il y a un grand terrain vide entre les divers bâtiments des chambres, peu engageant. Mais une fois dans la chambre c'est le luxe !

• Olivia (7/5): Bon séjour dans l'ensemble - Personnel très gentil, serviable et souriant, super literie, bon rapport qualité-prix, la chambre est neuve mais a deja besoin de quelques petites rénovations, piscine super top, mais idem elle commence a avoir besoin de raffraichissement (morceaux du décor qui tombent) : Vous êtes au bon endroit si vous voulez faire une étape avant Khao Lak au calme loin des touristes! L'hotel est en construction et ce n'est noté nulle part, donc parfois vous entendez du materiel electrique ce qui dérange la détente. Avant de réserver c'est une information que nous aurions aimer savoir. L'eau sent la rouille Le petit déjeuner occidental à 199 bahts nous n'avons du tout aimé et l'avons trouvé très pauvre en qualité. L'hôtel est à 10 min à pieds de la ville mais vous pouvez louer un scooter!

• Lucy (8/5): Nice hotel, lovely staff - Good hotel with a nice pool and wonderful team. The location is a little out of the town / 45 min walk to the beach, so transport is needed. We cycled and walked mostly, which was lovely, but if you want to explore further, definitely have a scooter or car.
• Debrabandere (6/5): Aangenaam maar spijtig van de slechte communicatie. - Ruime en nette kamers. Vriendelijk poets personeel. Leuk zwembad. Het erg gebrekkige Engels aan de receptie. Dit kan leiden tot misverstanden die stress geven. Als je in het toerisme werkt aan de receptie is Engelse een must. Douchekraan werkt heel ermbarmelijk. Enkel koud water. Slechte scooter service zonder degelijke afspraken. Geen aanrader om te huren, beter kijken verderop in de straat, daar heb je nieuwe aan goedkopere prijs.

• Andreea Tudora (10/5): - The room was amazing, very big, very clean and neat, felt premium. Check in was easy and staff was very helpful and polite, even though not many spoke english. The pool is also amazing, water was clean and warm during January. You also have bathrobes in the room and towels. Locatiin is not very offering. Only a 7 eleven at 4-6 minutes by car and some not very appealing restaurants. There is a Micheline guide restaurant at 2 minutes by car which saved us for lunch, tho.

• Nadia (2/5): Plus jamais!!!! - Le papi qui travaille à cet hôtel est charmant autrement digne d’un film d’horreur, Accueil misérable, comme si nous n’étions pas les bienvenus, nous avons dormi 3 nuits, la chambre n’a pas été faite une seule fois! Obligé de quémander des serviettes propres, on aurait dit que nous demandions la lune! Restauration mauvaise aussi bien le petit déjeuner, où l’on devait attendre 45 min 2 œufs sur le plats et des toasts servis froids, quant au repas, mis à part du piment, cela ressemblait à du riz à l’eau , sans intérêt, quand à la ville , hormis la plage qui est incroyable il n’y a rien pour les touristes Plus jamais!!!! Voir dans ce que j’ai aimé….

• Philip (5/5): Fair hotel but out in the sticks. Book some where in Khao Lak instead - The rooms were clean and relatively modern. The staff are friendly and attentive. They responded to issues quickly. You’ll need a car to get anywhere. The hotel is having building work done and the restaurant wasn’t open. The beds are too hard for me and my wife.

• Chanelle (6/5): Disappointing - This place barely qualifies as a resort. The only positive is the comfortable beds, which allowed us to rest, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The sheets were torn, the bathroom was filthy, and there were stains on the cushions. Cleanliness is clearly an issue. It feels like a ghost hotel – empty and lifeless. We ate at the hotel restaurant once, and I ended up spending the night vomiting after having the Pad Thai. The staff were mostly kind, especially the man who drives the little car to your room. However, one of the receptionist girl was incredibly rude. When we tried to add a night due to my illness from the restaurant, I asked to pay in cash at the same price as the previous nights via Booking. I was met with a cold, “This is not my price. Take it or leave it.” Also, the location is isolated. You need to walk 10 minutes along the main road to reach the 7/11 if you don’t have a car. There are no taxis around, and even Grab won’t pick you up.

• Maya (8/5): Nice enough hotel in an underwhelming location - Facilities were better than expected for the price. The room was big and comfortable. The pool was also nice. We weren’t allowed to leave our bags for more than a few hours, which was disappointing. We had rented a motorbike and wanted to leave our larger backpacks for a couple of days so we could bike around the area. This is the first time we weren’t allowed to do that so was unexpected and we had to change our plans.

• Wes (10/5): Nice budget hotel with the most comfortable beds and pillows - The rooms are very nice for the price and the beds and pillows are out of this world comfortable, so much so I took the pillow case off to find the brand so I can order some! Pool was great too and the society bar was good for an experience and The food was good and cheap and the noise didn’t interfere with the bedroom locations. It’s a little remote we thought, but we didn’t really explore as we were there to play golf 20 minutes down the road.
• Leon (6/5): Good for short stay if traveling to or from Phuket - Staff were great. Check in / check out was fast and friendly. Clean rooms and quiet at night. Kids liked the pool. No delivery apps we could find locally, so unless you have transport, eating options are limited. We had 2 rooms and only 1 had working wi-fi so as it was only 1 night we survived :) Batteries in tv remote were dead, luckily we had own spare AA's. Also TV was unplugged from wall and a bit tricky to get switched on. Also air-con was tricky to adjust so took as while to get cool in room. Apart from that it was pretty good and would stay again if in the area.

• Finbarr (8/5): Great location, good value butl bland - Pongsatorn who was on duty when I checked in and was extraordinarily obliging. I am averse to all-in resort type hotrks. They are a new form of imperialism. However, this one is located less than a kilometer from the town, so it's basically a town hotel. and everything was within walking distance. This was my main reason for choosing it. No safety deposit box in the room. Was given a voucher for two non-alcoholic drinks, but the restaurant was closed, so I couldn't use them. I couldn't put anything in the freezer as it had a thick coating of ice. This is something that should be checked before any guest check in
• Wes (9/5): Very pleasant, staff friendly, rooms excellent and comfy for the price it’s a non brainer. Pool nice - The rooms versus value for money is exceptional, spacious and the beds are SOOO comfy and the pool is near by Do not bother with breakfast, 199 baht and it’s basic, and the staff get overwhelmed with more than one order! Eggs and bacon were cold! We drove 16 minutes and ate at the aquella golf resort and for 160 bhat had amazing breakfast. She

• Tracy (5/5): Barely mediocre - Nice large bed and comfortable pillows. Dreadful location at the side of a dual carriageway. Very difficult to get a taxi and quite dangerous to walk. Takes an hour to talk to the beach. Nowhere close by that’s appealing to eat or drink. You really need to spend 800 baht for a return journey to go anywhere.
