Andreas (8/5): Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir werden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen. - Das Essen war spitzenmäßig. Es gab keine offenen Wünsche. Die Hotelleitung hat alternativ eine bessere Lage eines Zimmers angeboten als wir gebucht hatten. Das Angebot haben wir gerne angenommen. Die Ausrichtung des Zimmers zum Tal ist phänomenal, toller Blick und ruhige Lage. Der Fernseher hatte eine schlechte Tonqualität. Vom Nachbarzimmer war der Fernseher beim Einschlafen zu hören.

Thomas (9/5): Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt! - Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Vor allem das 5-Gänge Menü am Abend war außergewöhnlich und von hervorragender Qualität. An der Stelle ein großes Lob an Küche und den Service! Die Lage des Hotels, oberhalb von Schloss und Ortszentrum von Schenna, ist ideal für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Von hier aus bestehen gute Verbindungen nach Meran (Bahnhof, ZOB) und die umliegenden Orte. Mit der Gästekarte ist die Nutzung des ÖPNV inclusive. Weiterhin hat man durch die Gästekarte viele Vergünstigungen bei der Nutzung von Bergbahnen und weiteren Einrichtungen. Besonders haben wir den gigantischen Ausblick auf die Berge und das Passeier Tal von der Terrasse, dem Balkon im Zimmer und Wellnessbereich genossen. Der Blick reicht weit bis in den Talkessel von Meran, das Vinschgau sowie der Ortel-Gruppe 🤩

Jutta (9/5): - Personal, Lage und Ausstattung waren super. Man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber super ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Whirlpool ist ein Traum. Das Abendessen ist hervorragend. Wir werden noch öfters im Erzherzog Johann unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Anita (7/5): Bilo je lijepo, ali je moglo biti extra da se nismo osjećali kao građani drugog reda jer ne govorimo talijanski i njemač - Lokacija, bazen, hrana. Osoblje hotela (osim sobarica koje su bile jako ugodne) koje ne zna govoriti engleski niti se trudi razumjeti goste. Usluga jako spora te se diskriminiraju gosti koji ne govore talijanski ili njemački jezik. To nam je jako utjecalo na cijelokupni dojam hotela jer je bilo jako očito. Hotel nema klimu u sobama te ne zaslužuje 4 zvjedice.

Joerg_A (8/5): Neben Positivem leider doch etwas enttäuscht - Gute Lage mit toller Aussicht. Hervorragende Küche mit vielen lokalen Produkten, stets mit Fantasie jedoch unter Verzicht auf unnötig abgehobenen Firlefanz zubereitet und präsentiert. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelleitung, wobei wir an dieser Stelle der Juniorchefin des Hauses ein besonderes Kränzchen winden möchten. Aber auch das Personal auf allen Stufen machte den Aufenthalt durch Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit zu einem angenehmen und geschätzten Erlebnis. Bestätigt wurde uns ein bestelltes Zimmer mit Möglichkeit für getrennte Schlafmöglichkeiten und in Begleitung eines Hundes (Dackel). Diese Zusage wurde kurzfristig vor Anreise storniert mit der lapidaren Begründung, das gehe einfach nicht und zudem würden wir ja mit einem Hund anreisen. Das uns zugewiesene und in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer erfüllte den 4Sterne Standard nicht. Besonders ärgerlich war das Bett, welches bei der kleinsten Bewegung ächzte und krachte, was unsere sowieso eingeschränkte Schlafqualität zusätzlich erheblich beeinträchtigte.

Verified traveler (10/5): - Abbiamo passato un fine settimana in quest'hotel con mia moglie e figlio e siamo stati ben accolti, la stanza era pulita e spaziosa ed il cibo.... il cibo sembrava quello fatto in casa!!! Direi che siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. Se si vuole si possono noleggiare bici elettriche con seggiolino per bambini. Inoltre sono stati disponibili per quanto rigurada la preparazione della pappa per nostro figlio.
