Agnès (1/5): Absolutely awful and far too expensive for what you got!!! - Location was great and very central the host was not at all helpful there were no kitchen amenities, and the kettle was not up to standard the bathrooms were not in good working order (shower head, toilet flush) there were bugs in the kitchen and on the patio

Biewenga (5/5): Passable - Location is great No 2 point plugs No plug for tv Could not use hair dryer because no plug to use it. Warm water takes forever to come out of tap- have to wait a few minutes before there is any water coming out of a tap actually It was not communicated that we need to pick up keys at a different location, so communication from propr is terrible. Nor any communication on precisely where the head office is, so for tourists not knowing CT and having to drive around without a pin it is very inconvenient, we also received no code to enter the lockbox to get the keys. We asked for early check in to drop bags for weeks without a reply, and they only came back to us a day before of which telling us we couldn’t. When we checked in at around 16:30 after struggling to get the key and searching for the propr head office they were still cleaning the place which is unacceptable since check in is from 15:00

Mlulami (8/5): I enjoyed my stay beside the terrible experience checking in Andile was terrible with communication lucky for us the wa - Everything was perfect and the Wi-Fi worked during loadshedding The tv was complicated to use
Inshaaf (4/5): Disappointing - The lounge,kitchen and bedtooms were very nice and comfy The tv wasn't working properly. The gad heater had no gad in it and it was extremely cold. The kitchen had very little glass and plastic ware in it. The outside area was extremely filthy and the plants were all dead and wilted. So i was very disappointed.

O (8/5): - Close walk to the waterfront and long Street. Clean and spacious. Fukky furnished apartment with everything you need. Only issue was there was no heating in the living room and was extremely cold and just 3 TV channels on TV.
