The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay, making us feel truly pampered. The food was simply delicious: we had dinner here for two consecutive nights because we loved it so much! The dishes were excellent, carefully prepared, and full of flavor. A special thank you to Ibrahim, who made my birthday even more special. We had simply asked for a candle to use the next day, but he surprised us with a real celebration: cake, candles, and even birthday music! It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture, and it will remain one of the most beautiful memories of our trip. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart! The room was very spacious, elegant, and absolutely beautiful. And then there was an irresistible little highlight of the Riad: an incredibly sweet cat that truly added something special to the atmosphere. The breakfast was also excellent: abundant, varied, and served with great kindness by the staff. A wonderful experience in every way. Highly recommended! Nothing

Es war eine der besten Unterkünfte unserer Rundreise, obwohl es die günstigste war. Sehr viel Atmosphäre, sehr sauber, sehr gute Betten, freundliches Personal, perfekte Lage. Alles top, top, top.

- tarik (10/5): Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique au Médina Social Club. Le cadre est superbe. - Le cadre est superbe. Les espaces communs sont nombreux, la décoration est soignée. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié au fil des jours, la cuisine du restaurant est une cuisine marocaine revisité très raffinée . La situation est idéale, en pleine médina, à proximité de Bab Boujloud.

Nos ayudaron con excursiones, guía, etc. La cena en la terraza fue confusa, el camarero no se explicó muy bien, no había nada con carne, pero estuvo rico. Ya sabemos que no se vende alcohol, pero un poco de vino o cerveza hubiera sido genial....

- Stephan (9/5): Délicieux, chaleureux et convivial. - Beauté et propreté des lieux. Déjeuner excellent et copieux. Personnel avenant et agréable. Excellente table le soir. Très belle terrasse. Stationnement à l'extérieur de la Médina fait en sorte que des personnes nous abordent de manière insistante pour nous guider vers la Riad. Ils offrent des tours guidés, sont insistants, peu respectueux et nous font sentir très inconfortables. Il est vrai que l'on nous suggére de ne pas les écouter ou utiliser leur service mais malgré cela C,est très désagreable. Il serait sage et judicieux que les hôtes de la Riad nous offrent de nous accompagner vers la Riad une fois arrivé au stationnement.

- Raissa (5/5): Viel helaas wat tegen - Prachtige Riad, mooie rooftop. We kregen een andere kamer in een Riad ernaast. Deze kamer was vochtig, geen afzuiging, badkamer zat vol zwarte schimmel en de afvoer stonk. Wastafel zat los, en was heel onlogisch ingedeeld. Je kon de deur niet opendoen als iemand voor de wastafel stond. Toen we aangaven dat de kamer stonk deden ze niets. Geen haakjes om iets op te hangen. Het brood bij het ontbijt was hard.
- Marieke (9/5): Fantastisch in Fez! - Midden in de medina, vlakbij een veilige en grote parkeerplaats (40 dirham /€4 per dag, vanaf daar 7 min lopen door soukh). Mooie kamer, fijne sfeer, leuk dakterras, prima ontbijt en heel aardig personeel ! Om de hoek heel lekker eten op mooi dakterras, Fondouk Bazaar. Via receptie een 4 uur durende rondleiding met gids Mohammed gedaan door de medina. Interessante weetjes afgewisseld met bezoek aan houtmuseum, veel commerciële bezoekjes aan leer , zijde, keramiek, pharmacie etc. Kopen kan je beter in de kleine winkeltjes in nauwe straatjes doen, zeker helft goedkoper . Gids is €50 voor 4 uur. De douchekop is plastic en zodra je de kraan aanzet valt deze uit z’n standaard. Dus je moet m zelf vasthouden of je hele badkamer is nat.

- Andrew (10/5): Wonderful stay in the heart of the medina - Friendly staff, beautiful courtyard, and very clean functional room. The room was a little tight for our family of four but very adequate for a two-night stay.

La doccia perché era fredda e anche la temperatura delle camere, caribe ben arredate ma umide forse per via del clima.

- Angela (7/5): Il riad è bellissimo, posizione ottima al centro della Medina e parcheggio a 7min a piedi terrazza con ottimo cibo, no a - Al centro della Medina un riad meraviglioso ottima la posizione vicino ad un parcheggio del governo quindi controllati e puliti Non mi è piaciuto la presenza di muffa in camera la presenza di un purificatore d’aria non ha risolto l’odore di chiuso e l’umidità la nostra camera era posta al piano sotterraneo solo una finestra sopra il letto ovviamente chiusa. Chiasso e schiamazzi tutta la notte

- Nele (6/5): Toplocatie, maar we hadden meer verwacht van deze Riad :) - De Riad heeft een zeer leuke locatie, waarbij het algemeen gedeelte prachtig is. We verbleven in een kamer in het gebouw langs het hoofdgebouw. Hierbij waren er enkele zaken die we minder leuk vonden: - Beneden was er een soort algemene ruimte, wat zorgde voor geluidshinder en dus een slechte nachtrust - We hadden geen warm water (enkel lauw) en er zaten kakkerlakken in de badkamer - Op voorhand was de communicatie moeilijk - Je kan enkel betalen met cash (ze zeggen dat hun apparaat toevallig niet werkt, maar in de reviews te lezen kan je altijd enkel met cash betalen).

- CRISTINA (9/5): Oasis en medio del bullicio - Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas y te invitan a relajarte. Dispone de un patio interior con vegetación y un ambiente íntimo. La terraza de la azotea está muy bien ambientada y tiene buenas vistas, además tienen un bar arriba donde puedes comer o cenar tranquilo tras el bullicio de los zocos. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación que nos tocó, la Andalous, es grande y con vistas al patio. El día que tuvimos excursión solicitamos el desayuno para llevar y era un poco escaso, pero hicieron el favor de prepararlo. El último día cuando entregamos las llaves nos comentaron que teníamos que pagar la estancia en efectivo y nos hicieron ir al cajero a sacar dinero, aunque habíamos hecho la reserva para pago con la tarjeta.

- Leslie (10/5): - Nuestra experiencia fue excelente, el riad es realmente precioso y tiene un ambiente muy acogedor. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, y el desayuno estaba delicioso. Además, la ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de la medina y a pocos pasos de restaurantes y de las principales atracciones.

- Zeynep Eda (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft! - Die Unterkunft hatte ein schönes Ambiente und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich! Es war etwas schwer die Unterkunft zu finden, jedoch liegt es daran das Fez sehr viele Gassen und Straßen hat.

Nosotros avisamos que hacíamos el check in tarde (1:00 am) y nos esperaron con la cena...una maravilla. El personal hace todo para que pases una estadía genial. Y en este sentido, Ibrahim ha sido excepcional, un anfitrión extraordinario. Altamente recomendable! Nada

The terrace allows for a beautiful view, and there is even a “chill” zone. Would highly recommend. Even though there is air conditioning, it can get a bit cold during the nights of January, so take a warm pyjama with you :-)
