La entrada al edificio no estaba tan limpia y había mal olor pero al entrar a los departamentos estaba todo impecable Miriam es un amor no pudo recibirnos por el horario pero nos dejó las indicaciones muy claras El desayuno podría incluir alguna cosas saladas La ubicación es excelente! Lo recomiendo a pesar de las pequeñas cosas a mejor

• Benoit17 (9/5): Plein les mirettes, Matera un jour, Matera toujours. James Bond - Quand on y arrive, l'appartement parait hors du centre. Mais c'est tout faut. On est à deux pas de tout. Il se situe au deuxième étage avec une grande terrasse. Pour y arriver, Miriam vous fait parvenir un descriptif très claire par Whatsapp. Une fois vos valises posées, vous vous sentez directement chez vous. C'est vaste, lumineux et la salle de bain est grande. Le petit déjeuner se passe à l'étage inférieure. Les produits sont frais et délicieux. Il faut goûter le pain de Matera, une merveille. Et là c'est encore Miriam qui est au petit soin . Que dire de Matera.... époustouflant et plein de délicieux restaurants. J'y reviens demain. Rien à dire pour le logement. Il est au deuxième étage, mais même avec nos 60 ans. Aucun problème. Les parkings payants et surveillés sont onéreux. Mais c'est partout le cas

The location is excellent, the room is comfortable and well-maintained, and the host is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the entrance, which involves quite a few steep and slightly shaky stairs. This can be a bit challenging if you are traveling with large or heavy luggage.

The lady that looked after us for breakfast was great, with clear comms and friendly style steps up to the front door were a little steep but i think this is standard for this area overall this was a lovely place

• Bretton (9/5): Superb accomodation in Matera. - Our stay at Livingstone BnB was very memorable. Miriam was a wonderful host before and during our stay, giving us valuable recommendations for restaurants and tours to take. Our room was spacious, light and very clean with a lovely patio to rest in after a busy day. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious. The location was excellent, being close to a parking station if you have a car, with an easy walk to the accomodation and the main tourist sights. Nothing at all. Just note that there is a steep flight of stairs to enter the property.

There is a flight of stairs and she insisted on carrying my rather large bag. Wonderful base for our visit to Matera. It should be noted that there is one flight of stairs.

• Ros (10/5): Great place to stay when in Matera - Livingstone B&B was probably one of the best places we stayed at in Puglia!!! Room was spacious and very comfortable and beds comfy too. Miriam looked after us so well with instructions and photos of where the apartments were and also the parking down the road. Breakfast was amazing…. You even got eggs….. which is not so common … usually mostly pastries. However Miriam did bake fresh cakes every day so there was plenty of choice. We were also given great recommendations on where to eat. Perfect location too right outside the old town so easy walking distance. Overall loved staying here for two nights. Nothing we loved staying here….. highly recommended 🥰

Atentar somente que há uma escada de aproximadamente 20 degraus na entrada para o estabelecimento. Quem tiver dificuldade de locomoção, terá que ter auxílio. Recomendo muito o estabelecimento!

Ik hield van de coissants, lekkere voldoende koffie. Warme melk. Lekkere zelf gemaakt taart!!! Super ligging!, op 200-300 meter zit je in het centrum. Ruime badkamer met voldoende handdoeken. Goede krachtige douche, altijd warm water. Kaart van Matera beschikbaar!. Wij zij ouderen, dus volgende is persoonlijk... wij vonden de bedden te hard. Jammerlij geen kaas bij het ontbijt.

• Marta Lilith (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - Il B&B è in una posizione strategica per visitare i Sassi e l' intera città di Matera. La camera è accogliente, confortevole con letti comodi, bagno grande e dotato di tutto il necessario (compresi phon e prodotti per l'igiene della persona), frigo bar ed è perfettamente climatizzata e insonorizzata. La colazione è ricca e varia. A pochi passi è possibile parcheggiare l'auto sia a pagamento che gratuitamente. Miriam è una padrona di casa gentile e attenta! Assolutamente consigliato!! Davanti al B&B è possibile solo il carico-scarico dei bagagli.

She let us know there was a huge celebration happening when we were there and gave us directions to a parking garage which was super close. It was about 24 euros per day to park. The location was perfect for walking around and we ended up having a front row view for the firework celebration which we could see from our balcony. It was all great.
