- Lovebreeze (9/5): 地點方便、性價比高 - 住宿地點方便，100公尺內有全家和7-11，甚至有在地小雜貨店（可掃QR code用paypay）；押上站B1和B2出口皆有往上之電扶梯，惟獨B1有往下的電扶梯。離晴空塔和其共構的mall走路約8分鐘，押上站往成田或羽田機場都方便。 洗衣機故障為美中不足之處。

Supermarkt en andere faciliteiten volop in de buurt en zeer gemakkelijk beloopbaar. ruimte was smaller /kleiner dan verwacht. foto's tonen een ruimere accommodatie; zijn ietwat misleidend. Het 2-persoonsbed was zo zacht dat je erin verdween. Het 'stapelbed' lag zo hoog dat je je hoofd stootte tegen het plafond. Voelde claustrofobisch aan. In 'woon' gedeelte lag vloerbedekking wat deze ruimte zeer stoffig maakte.

- Marek (9/5): - Very helpful staff, the hotel is very close to the convenience stores and metro station. The hotel has a vine bar in the afternoons. All necessary amenities are available. It gets quite cold in there but there are aircons/heaters. Bath could use a refresh and was in general not very convenient. Narrow corridors due to the building type.

Walking distance to Tokyo Skytree. The most spacious accommodation for our Japan trip. The smart floor plan offers privacy for 2 separate sleeping spaces, one double bed in the shared living area and two single bed in another room. Good water pressure. The lift was handy. Quiet. Washing machine with English labels. Four chairs and a table! Good water pressure, hot water. Tokyo guides in English, housekeeping instructions for guests in English. We arrived before 3pm and the gentleman we met spoke English and was very helpful. He offered to keep our luggage then they were moved to the apartment when we checked in later. Self checkin process was straightforward with lots of email communication beforehand. Good wi-fi. The bathroom floor was damp after shower and stayed that way. There could be more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes. The double mattress on the floor was a bit too soft. Would have preferred it be on a bed frame. More reception presence would be great but not a deal breaker.

- Lepeka (8/5): - We were so close to Sky Tree, which made it very convenient for shopping, restaurants and train access. Check in and check out was super easy. The hosts communicated well. I also needed a very last minute late check out which they accommodated for a small fee. I was so grateful. I loved the chordless iron! The premises itself is fit for purpose, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Drying washing took some creativity…but with four adults we kept on top of it.

- Andre (5/5): Excellent hotel, not all rooms are equally good - The big bedroom of room 302 had a strong and persistent smell, as if someone smoked in it a long time ago and the smell soaked into the carpet and walls.

- Senyk (9/5): - Great location to explore Sumida and the Tokyo Skytree subway station was close enough that it was very easy to get around Tokyo. Very comfortable beds. It was nice having a separate room for our kids for a bit of privacy. Industrial style with lots of plywood and concrete was different and pretty cool. The only real downside was that there was a long hallway connecting the two rooms which sometimes got crowded to access the bathroom or shower or to pass each other - this was a necessary trade-off for having two rooms though. We really wanted to tray the cafe/bar that was part of the hotel but it was never open when we were around in the mornings or evenings.

- Anhua (7/5): Overall it is worth the price. We loved where it was located and used it to our advantage! I would definitely recommend - Very convenient location and very quiet. Plenty of towels. The hallways were kind of narrow and opening the main door you would have to make sure that the room next to you doesn’t open at the same time. However understandable given this is how Japan is in terms of housing. The bathroom sink faucet and toilet seats were loose at the start of our visit, but we didn’t think it was too big of a deal since it wasn’t broken or anything; however I’m sure it would be beneficial for the owners to be inspecting the facilities for any loose ends before renting out the room :)

But the walkway is pretty squeezy, and we didnt had space to put our luggages, so mine was in the walkway, my bro one was in the room (with kitchen). Have a suggestion to install handrail for the shower area, would be good to hold onto something as we climb out of the bathtub. But overall i had a good sleep, aircon and heater works well too. Thank you!

Had everything we needed for our family of 5. Great location near Skytree and shops, transport.Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in is very easy. The kitchen is easy to use & complete with dining table. The neighbourhood is peaceful so convenient very close to the train station & food options. The bathroom would be a bit hazardous for the elderly or young children. Having said that it was good value for money.

- Suzanne (10/5): - Location is great near the Tokyo Skytree/Solamachi and the train station. The host is friendly and can speak English. There is a small elevator to get to the upper floors. The rooms are somewhat small especially maneuvering with large luggage for five adults but manageable. There is only one bathroom but the toilet is separate and there is an extra sink in the kitchen area. With five adults, we made it work so we did not mind. We enjoyed the dining area and lightly used the kitchen for the six nights we stayed. The table comfortably seated all five of us and the kitchen included all of the necessary equipment such as microwave, stove, pans, mini fridge and eating utensils. AC works great and beds are comfortable as well. There is a washer/dryer in unit but the dryer is not powerful enough to dry a load of clothes. We ended up hanging our clothes after washing. Great positive experience.
- Emanoela (4/5): Disappointing - It’s only minutes from the subway station and around 10-15min to the skytree. It’s not a hotel! The ‘reception’ is at a bar that does not open until 5pm and close at 11pm. The room was ok but with a noisy fan that you are not allowed to turn off in the bathrooms. The pillow is super hard. There’s not much around the accommodation, including food-wise. It is far from main touristic attractions. I ended up not staying for the whole period.

- junghee (8/5): - - 기본사항 : 5인가족이 이용하였습니다. 기본적으로 집주인은 한국어를 못하며, 대신 구글번역기로 안내해줍니다. - 위치 및 주변사항 : 오시아게역은 나리타 공항에서 스카이액세스타면 한방에 오는곳입니다. 그리고 숙소는 오시아게역 B2출구에서 1~2분이면 가능합니다. 그리고 그 1~2분 거리 선상에 패밀리마트가 있어 좋습니다. 숙소 근처에 패밀리마트, 세븐일레븐 2곳, 로손스토어 100이 있습니다. 소라마치상가 근처에는 대형 LIVE 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 숙소에서 스카이트리, 소라마치상가는 도보로 5~8분이면 도착합니다. 오시아게역 기준으로 볼때는 숙소의 위치는 매우 훌륭합니다. 다만 숙소 위치가 동부쪽에 있어 서쪽으로 가려면 지하철로 30분이상 걸립니다. 관광 목적, 위치에 따라 숙소를 잡으시기 바랍니다. - 장점 : 지하철 출구와 매우 가까움, 매우 조용함, 편의점 주변에 많음. 소라마치상가, LIVE슈퍼마켓 있음. - 단점 : 숙소내부에 계단이 있음. 도쿄 동쪽에 있음.
- Sofia (10/5): Lovely apartment style hotel next to popular attractions - Wonderful location! Very close to Oshiage Station which can connect you to many popular tourist spots, including Skytree which you will have right next door to you. At night, it’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, so your sleep won’t be disturbed. The room is great for families and provides a kitchen with cookware. There are 3 or 4 convenience stores nearby, one of which serves more as a grocery store so you can buy some ingredients for breakfast in the morning. Staff is very communicative, helpful, and speaks some English. I’d love to stay here again! The two steps to the living area/kitchen are very steep. Not a problem for my family, but if you have kids or older company, be aware for their safety!
