- Max (9/5): Superb - Lovely staff, very kind and helpful. Nice food and coffee in the downstairs cafe reception area. Comfortable room with decent a/c. Building is a little old and in need of some care but positives far outweigh this

- Johan (1/5): One of the worst hotel experiences in Vietnam - The AC did not work, and the room was boiling hot. We where multiple people complaining but the staff where still being super ignorant to the situation. Had to find another place to stay, and the staff was really not kind or helpfull, in the situation. The day after they offered me a 50% refund, but since this Place is double price compared to others and the fact that I had to pay for another place to stay, that really didnt help. The manager also informed me that the receptionist had to pay my refund and not the hotel. Thats not a nice way to treat your workers!

The air conditioning in the room was abnormal, it was very hot and smelly, and the air in the room was not good. Without international plugs, adapters may not work. The neighbor next door has delicious Thai food (highly recommended)

- Southofnowhere (10/5): BEST LOCATION, CHEAPEST PRICE, PERFECT SPA SERVICES - BEST LOCATION in HUE, the hotel is located right at the heart of Hue Center, easy to walk to everywhere, and there are alot of foods around, the Hotel does have extremely good SPA SERVICES. I tried the 90mins Package with only 15USD. You can never find that price in the whole world. The SPA SERVICE was beyond my expectation. Even 100 times better than in my hometown Hochiminh City. HUE must be the BEST, CHEAPEST and FRIENDLIEST CITY in the world. I'm so in love with HUE and its people. HIGHLY recommend AMONA HOTEL for any solo travelers!!! I can not find anything to dislike!!!! ^^ Everything was perfect!!!

The Dorm beds were kinda like cubicles which offered more privacy. Very near to walking street. There could have been more parking space but staff helped so not really a big issue.

Bonus was the spa on the same floor with very cheap and good treatments Only 1 toilet and shower for a dorm room of 12 people. There was other people's hair and stains on my bed sheets and the whole place was quite dusty. Not seriously dirty but definitely not 10/10. I was in a top bunk on the side of the room the air-conditioning didn't reach so it was super hot. Staff were helpful in allowing me to change to a cooler location

- Sarah (6/5): Hue weekend stay - cheap and easy to find. good area for good food! fast service to repair the hot water that didn’t work when we arrived. try the hang me me restaurant very close by for delicious dumplings!! it was hard to make ourselves understood so although we got the hot water fixed the heating remained broken - it was raining heavily and we wanted heating to try and dry some clothes. the room felt damp. on our last day a staff member with some English arrived (perhaps back from tet) and the service improved so perhaps it was a temporary issue!

- Gabriella (8/5): Very good - The hotel is located in the center, near restaurants and bars. The staff is very friendly. There is a nice shared space in the lobby where you can sit and hang out or work on your compiter. The hotel is cleaned. The beds in the dorm have curtains for privacy. The room does not have a window so it is very dark. I think there is no proper ventilation in the dorm to renew the air.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good - The breakfast has a lot of variety. I really liked the convenience of an electric wristband to open my locker. The privacy shade is nice and thick. The outlet in my dorm bunk did not work and I was not allowed to switch to another one, but for the price, still a great value.
