Verified traveler (2/5): Unhygienic rooms, unprofessional staff - Highly unprofessional staff including General Manager Mr. Sinha. Unhygienic rooms, rooms are very dirty, not a secure location. DO NOT GO with family. We had an online booking but the front desk manager said they don't have the booking info even though I showed them all the details. I even talked to the General manager Mr. Sinha who denied to talk to me and said my booking is through the online company and I should speak to them instead. I was visiting with a family of 4 and an infant and sitting in the front desk for over an hour and was not sure if we will have a place to spend in the night. Finally, I had to pay Rs. 20,000, I felt like we were robbed on arrival. I almost wanted to escalate the matter on security ground but then decided to handle at my level so that we can enjoy our stay. But then Mr. Sinha misbehaved with my family in the night while we were having our dinner and I almost called the cops to resolve the matter.
