• Pedro (10/5): Wonderful week in a fantastic apartment - Great location and beautiful apartment. The living room with the bow window is divine in the morning sun. Communication with the hosts very easy. Great neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Very happy with our stay I would change the glass pane on the bathtub for a regular curtain. (A lot a water splashed out)

• Bernard (7/5): Appartement agréable, très bien situé dans un quartier très animé; réserve pour la caution exigée ! - La situation géographique très proche du métro "Arc de Triomph" et du parking de l''hôtel NH Collection (30m) La literie confortable, et l'accès par application sur téléphone (seul risque : bien surveiller dans la journée votre consommation de batterie; car si au retour de votre journée extérieure vous arrivez devant la porte d'entrée sans batterie !! Aïe...) Le petit salon "bow window" Déjà signalé : une très mauvaise insonorisation côté rue (salon bow-window) ET chambre où l'on a l'impression de dormir fenêtres ouvertes alors qu'il y a bien un double vitrage ! Certainement réalisé à l'économie : seules les vitres ont été remplacées mais pas du tout la structure bois non étanche au bruit. Une grande réserve pour la caution exigée sans aucun état des lieux d'entrée ni de sortie. Toutefois celle-ci n'a pas été débitée puis a été annulée le jour de notre départ.

Die Wohnung war okay, nach den Fotos hätte ich etwas besonderes erwartet. Zugang zu Wohnung und Haus nur mit App möglich, link funktionierte erst nach 30-minütigem Telefonat. 2. Schlafzimmer ohne Stuhl für Kleidung, Bett unbequem. Bad war alt, Badewanne ungepflegt

Приехали на место в 2 часа ночи , не сразу поняли как зайти в апартаменты, но позвонив в службу поддержки, ответили сразу , дав понятные инструкции как зайти . Туалетная бумага , душ гель , полотенца , посуда, утюг, фен все было . Так же залог вернули через 4 рабочих дня.

They didnt send me the refund of 300€ after the ckeck out (after 16 days) and I contacted the booking’s customer service to get my money back and still waiting. This is unacceptable and very very unprofessional. We didn’t have hot water for two days.
• Monika (5/5): Lokalizacja na dobrym poziomie, jednak organizacja, komunikacja z obsługą wymagają poprawy. - Na plus należy zaliczyć czystość apartamentu oraz dobrą lokalizację. Pobyt w apartamencie był dla nas dużym rozczarowaniem. Komunikacja z obsługą w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów była bardzo słaba. W łazience od początku pobytu zapchana była umywalka – zgłosiliśmy usterkę, jednak nie doczekaliśmy się żadnej reakcji. Dodatkowo w apartamencie nie było nawet podstawowego zapasu papieru toaletowego, więc goście muszą zaopatrywać się we własnym zakresie. Dużym utrudnieniem jest fakt, że bez dostępu do Internetu nie ma możliwości wejścia do apartamentu – konieczne jest również zainstalowanie dodatkowej aplikacji, ponieważ system wejścia działa wyłącznie online. Kaucja była wysoka i nie została jasno wskazana w ofercie, co było dla nas nieprzyjemnym zaskoczeniem. Brakowało także informacji dotyczących zasad oraz terminu jej zwrotu. W ogłoszeniu nie było zdjęć konkretnego apartamentu, który został nam przydzielony, dlatego po przyjeździe spotkało nas spore rozczarowanie względem oczekiwań. Nie ma możliwości wejścia do apartamentu nawet 10 minut przed oficjalną godziną rozpoczęcia najmu, mimo że lokal był już przygotowany. Z kolei w dniu wyjazdu przedstawicielka pojawiła się znacznie wcześniej niż godzina 11:00, do której formalnie trwa doba najmu.

• Besiana (10/5): Worth it. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Barcelona, especially for families. - Apartment was clean and in good condition. Perfect location. Walking distance to all the places you would want to visit. And felt safe to be there. Food market is just in front of the building and just one block away you can find bigger ones with more options. A lot of bars around and cafeterias for breakfast. The second room was little two small and the bed was not the best. Other than that everything was good.

The door handle inside was a bit broken when we arrived but as soon as we reported that it was fixed straight away by the company who were extremely helpful.

It was a nice surprise that apart from preparing a baby crib a team prepared a kids chair as well. Apartment with windows facing patio was quiet and the view was climatic. The location is excellent!

Clean apartment with basic needs provided for toiletries and kitchen supplies. Spacious enough for 5 adults, having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Some people complained about the deposit being returned late, but we had it back in a few days. The living room and one bedroom face the street, so some noise from outside can penetrate through quite thin windows. the other two bedrooms are facing internal court - so much better for relaxed sleeping. Overall, the apartment is a little bit tired and worn out.

Very complicated check in after working hours and mandatory deposit, that is only partially refundable, furnitures and appliances are outdated. Not worth it, I don’t recommend it.

It is extremely dirty, my socks were already black after a few hours, it is extremely cold because there is no heating, it is EXTREMELY LOUD because it is very noisy and you can hear EVERYTHING... even the toilet flushing of the neighbors and that every time!!!! Look for a hotel because this apartment is definitely not worth it!!! Stay away if you want to have a good time in Barcelona.

• Rita (10/5): Nice place, great location. - The apartment was very nice and clean, just like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent, everything was within walking distance and the metro and bus station was also nearby. We didn't find a cutting board, that would have been helpful, but it's not a big deal.

It had a lift & access & instructions easy. It was nice to have some cleaning items & tea/coffee etc to get us started. Dogs bed cushions are prone to slip… but great if you have a group of 5 of course.

• Goga (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect, and you have everything you may need in the apartment. I went with 3 kids and my mother that is 70 years old, and we all had great time. Staff was replying on my emails very quickly and was helpful with suggestions and recommendations (Luggage storage and gave us discount). We missed some small things in kitchen, like salt, sugar, bigger dishwashing detergent, but really nothing important.
• Pablo (8/5): We had a great time in Barcelona, and having a fantastic location helped much. Good Value property. - The location was exceptional. Literally one block away from Arc de Trionf / Parc Ciutadella and only a few blocks away from City Centre. The apartment was spacious (except kitchen) and comfortable beds as advertised. The access code app Nuki works very well once you get used to it. The furniture in the apartment is very basic and there is no decoration or artwork at all. The towels were very low quality and very small, very basic toiletries. Two of the night lamps didn't work. Kitchen is very small and basic. In addition, be aware that host will require a 300 Euro security deposit to grant you the access code... and is not a card block only, but an actual charge; and host will take a few days to return it after checking out.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was great having all the amenities of a full kitchen and washing machine. More toiletries and toilet paper would have been good since there was no regular housekeeping service during the stay. I assume the host could have been contacted for extras but it was easier to just get additional items from the store across the street.

They forcefully came in and sat. When we asked the previous day for an extra hour to check out they dint even reply or give us time. Very disgusting and pathetic experience. They refunded the deposit 10 days after check out.

Because it faced the courtyard and not the street it was mostly very quiet. It said sleeps five. There was one double bed, a single and one couch that supposedly opened up as futon but didn’t. My son slept on the couch and he described it as extremely “ uncomfortable.”

• Christina (9/5): Superb - The location was great, the apartment was big. The kitchen was great. We loved staying at this large property and the view/room looking out is really nice. One of the rooms has a queen bed and the other room has a full bed. The description says that they are both Queen beds, but they are not. It would've been helpful to have extra cleaning supplies like paper towels. There is some wear and tear around the house, broken tiles, the wood floor delaminating in places, also we were unable to get the washer and dryer to turn on to dry.

• Sofía (9/5): Great location in Barcelona - Perfect location. It is just a few steps from Arc de Triomf and easy access to the metro. It was not really a problem for me, but be aware that once you book they will ask for a deposit of €300 to cover any damages. It is a charge, not a hold.

• Tiffany (5/5): Practical 'no thrills' apartment in convenient location - The apartment was in a great location with a great selection of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was in a quiet building and had all the basic amenities needed. The staff were responsive to our requests. We were assigned an apartment different to what we were expecting as the booking ad includes photos of many of their different properties. We were provided with bedding on only two of the beds for three friends staying in a five-person apartment, two water bottles, two coffee capsules and only three toilet rolls for a five day stay - none of their math seemed to add up! Upon request, we did receive an additional flat sheet (yet no duvet or pillow) so we were able to use the sofa bed. Also, we were surprised by a 'hidden cost' of a 300€ deposit which was only noted in the small print when booking; this was refunded in full shortly after the stay.

• Lucia (5/5): Good but stressful with the security key. The system needs to reissue codes or send to mobile - The Front door security code was not working. The security system used does not allow reissuing the Nuki code without a different email and this was problematic. The system can't send to a mobile or via chat. If an actual key is needed then only one is issued for security reasons. Thia also does not allow individuals to leave and come as they please if there is more than one person. Once the Nuki codes work it is ok. You can also not get into the apartment before 3:00pm even if it's clean and no one is there.

• Andrea (7/5): Good - Apartment was clean. Good location. Easy walk to numerous sites. Security app worked fine but we disliked not having a key that would open the apartment door. Had a key for the exterior door but not the apartment. My phone battery was running low and we had to go back to be sure we could get in. Get a key! Fix the shower head mount. Otherwise a great place to stay.
