Il risultato è che alle 7 del mattino c'è un gran via vai di gente che fa rumore ed un forte odore di cucinato tipo uova cotte o non so cosa inondava la camera.

Ho preferito la cena della colazione, apprezzato la possibilità di scegliere il latte vegetale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera moderne e ben pulite. La colazione poco varia e di qualità modesta in rapporto al costo della struttura, sala un pó caotica. Parcheggio piccolo e insufficiente rispetto al numero di camere, il che costringe a lasciare l’auto in strada.

Ottima posizione Quello che non ho apprezzato è il dover fare colazione all’aperto ( per la presenza del cane di piccola taglia) nonostante il tempo non caldissimo. Visto che gli animali sono ammessi in struttura bisognerebbe adibire una delle sale al chiuso con accesso anche agli animali

- Karin (8/5): Gute Lage und solide Ausstattung- mit einigen Abstrichen - Das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen freundlich, höflich und angenehm ruhig - man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Auch das übrige Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Parkplätze kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Rund um das Hotel gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Natürlich könnte es bei voller Auslastung etwas enger werden, aber während unseres Aufenthalts war genügend Platz vorhanden und das Parken war problemlos möglich. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt: Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die schöne Dachterrasse. Von dort aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, den Strand sowie die umliegenden Berge - insgesamt eine wirklich beeindruckende Aussicht. Das Frühstück war gut, und das Personal im Frühstücksbereich sehr bemüht und aufmerksam. Auch hier war ausreichend Personal vorhanden, sodass alles reibungslos ablief. Das Badezimmer hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen - es ist modern gestaltet und mit schönen Fliesen ausgestattet. Positive war außerdem das Bett: Es war ausgesprochen bequem, und im Gegensatz zu dem, was man in Italien manchmal gewohnt ist, gab es nicht nur ein Leintuch, sondern eine richtige Decke, die auch bei etwas kühleren Temperaturen angenehm gewärmt hat. Insgesamt überzeugt das Hotel vor allem durch seine tolle Lage, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein negativer Punkt war der Geruch im Zimmer. Dieser war beim Betreten jedes Mal deutlich wahrnehmbar und leider sehr unangenehm - eine Mischung, die etwas an Abfluss/Kanal sowie an Tiergeruch erinnerte. Durch Lüften ließ sich die Situation zwar vorübergehend verbessern, dennoch blieb der Geruch insgesamt störend, besonders für geruchsempfindliche Personen. Zudem waren einige Abnutzungserscheinungen im Zimmer sichtbar. So hatten sich stellenweise die Fußbodenleisten von der Wand gelöst, was den Gesamteindruck etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt würden kleinere Renovierungs-bzw. Instandhaltungsarbeiten das Erscheinungsbild der Zimmer deutlich aufwerten und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Zudem befanden sich am Bett kleine, dunkle Krümel bzw. Partikel, deren Herkunft nicht eindeutig erkennbar war. Es handelte sich zwar nicht um etwas Lebendiges, dennoch wirkte es unhygienisch und hat den Gesamteindruck der Sauberkeit beeinträchtigt.

Dostaliśmy super pokój z tarasem i pięknym widokiem na morze i góry. Widok na morze jest też z basenu, który jest na 2 piętrze i z tarasu na dachu. Odpowiadał mam klimat hotelu - bez hałasów, z dyskretną obsługą i muzyką w tle. Śniadania przeciętne. Pyszna kawa z ekspresu, serwowana na życzenie. W pokoju nie było czajnika. Większość plaż niestety prywatna, hotel nie ma swojej plaży, ale blisko jest plaża publiczna.

- Evelyn (7/5): Leider nur für kurzem Aufenthalt geeignet - Der Ausblick vom Balkon und die Nähe zum Meer. Der Fahrradverleih und der kostenlose Parkplatz. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl und die Speisen wurden immer sehr ansprechend dargeboten. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und abgewohnt. Es gab keinen Schrank und wir mussten die ganze Urlaubszeit aus dem Koffer wohnen. Dann gab es nur Platz für einen offenen Koffer.

- Davide (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Personale gentile e accogliente. La cena e la colazione ottime. I tavoli sono assegnati perciò non si forma confusione. Le camere sono pulite e abbastanza spaziose. L'ingresso nell'edificio principale non ha una rampa per accendere con i passeggini o carrozzine alla sala comune o all'ascensore.

Struttura comoda a due passi dal mare e a 5 min di camminata dal centro, colazione varia dolce e salata, presente anche una piscina e una piccola palestra, consiglio aperitivo sulla terrazza dell’hotel che gode di una meravigliosa vista al tramonto! Non è una nota negativa ma più un parere, la stanza e in particolare il bagno dove avevamo alloggiato avrebbero bisogno di essere rimodernati. Sarebbe stato comodo avere uno stendino sul balconcino.
- Stefano (9/5): 7 giorni di assoluto relax - La struttura nel complesso si presenta bene e ha diversi servizi, ha anche una posizione molto centrale se si vuole girare la Versilia. Stupenda la vista al tramonto dalla terrazza al quinto piano, con anche servizio bar. Abbiamo scelto la soluzione con mezza pensione, la mia compagna è celiaca e sulle alternative senza glutine nulla da dire, tutto lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e attento. Tutto questo ha reso davvero rilassante la nostra vacanza. Abbiamo anche una cagnolina e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Un plauso al personale di sala, davvero eccezionale! Il miscelatore della doccia ha dato qualche problemino.
