Super wenn man mal das Auto stehen lassen will. Übernachtungstaxe wurde in bar kassiert, obwohl bereits bei booking abgezogen. Etwas hellhörig!

Le personnel est très agréable, la chambre super, le jacuzzi est un havre de paix, et la visite de la plantation une expérience enrichissante. Mention spéciale pour le petit déj qui est incroyable! - Lisa (8/5): Séjour reposant au milieu d'une plantation d'ananas. - L'établissement est situé dans une plantation d'Ananas ce qui fait son originalité. La bâtisse principale est décorée avec goût et la salle de réception avec la terrasse sont très agréables. Le jacuzzi au milieu des ananas est génial. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le restaurant vaut vraiment le détour, le meilleur que j ai fait sur l'île. La situation géographique de l'établissement, nous avions une chambre qui donnait vraiment sur la rue et au dessus des cuisines.

- Maria João (7/5): Caro para o serviço. - A localização e o facto de ter parque no alojamento gratuito. O pequeno almoço era bastante agradável e o Sr. Edgar é um colaborador excelente do espaço, muito prestativo e sempre sorridente. O quarto era o primeiro do primeiro andar, ficava perto do hall que encaminhava para as escadas do segundo andar…o barulho era imenso, acordamos várias vezes durante a noite e as 7h da manhã já estávamos a ouvir barulhos, não deu para descansar devidamente. Ouvíamos também o portão do estacionamento. O cheiro a comida que vinha do pequeno-almoço era muito enjoativo, tínhamos de abrir as janelas logo de manhã para não ficar mal dispostos…acontecia o mesmo ao jantar.

- ALEXANDRA (10/5): Magical, would love to visit again🍍💫 - Wonderful family-owned and run pineapple farm. We stayed here for my husband’s 50th and it was perfect. The staff prepared a lovely birthday card and surprise desert for my husband. The kids loved the small pool outside our room, as well as the pineapple jacuzzi. It was a treat to take the pineapple tour and enjoy the pineapple wine. Everything is done with care for the guests and for nature. The grounds, greenhouses, and lemon and orange trees are beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant was also fantastic and the breakfast was hearty. Maria was very welcoming and took excellent care of us! We also appreciated that our luggage was brought to our room on the day of our arrival after we had gone out to town. The room was beautiful but there is no separate bedroom (just so that families are aware). Also, there is no heating in the room other than the small fireplace. But the beds were cozy and we slept very well!

Bedroom comfortable, modern bedrooms, with a lot of light, parking spot great, jacuzzi great and also the pineapple greenhouses. The breakfast is cute and cosy and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Edgar for the tour guide in the pineapple greenhouses. Such a funny and very nice person, 5* I would say. A big thanks also to the gentleman that worked at dinner in the restaurant, a very helpful person and super friendly. Nothing at all. Just a suggestion: in the suite with terrace a ventilator in the bathroom would be great but no big deal because there was a window.

- Chiara (6/5): - Es war ein gemütliches kleines Anwesen, eine Ananasplantage. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig, Parkplatz direkt neben dem Wohnhaus. Das Jacuzzi inmitten der Ananasplantage war ein tolles Erlebnis. Für den gezahlten Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr einfach gehalten. Das Frühstück ist frisch, jedoch sehr eintönig. Leider war es sehr kalt & feucht im Zimmer & man musste jeden Tag aufs Neue fragen, ob man die Heizung bitte einschalten könne, da man selbst nicht regeln konnte.

Luis led our tour of the pineapple greenhouses and also did several favors for us during our stay. The breakfasts are exceptional as is the staff. Our dinner was delicious too. We recommend this property for couples, solo travelers and older families. Hope we can return! Nothing

The pineapples are grown in greenhouses (for good reason, the tour was informative), and one of them has a jacuzzi, which was fun to take a dip in! Great selection, quality and portions for breakfast. Dinner at Rustico was good as well (mid price range meals). We did the pineapple wine tasting, which was great (split a full bottle of wine)! However, they forgot to charge us and now I have to reconcile payment from another country.

Adorámos a visita guiada à plantação de Ananás. Todo o staff é bastante simpático e profissional. Se voltar aos Açores vou querer ficar novamente neste alojamento.

- Stefanie (10/5): Herzliches Hotel für Ananasfreunde - Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten dieses im Hof abstellen. Das Hotel befindet sich etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum was uns nicht gestört hat. Es gibt ein Restaurant mit einer kleinen Karte und gutem Essen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, jedoch gab es kein buffet und wurde nach ein paar Tagen etwas eintönig. Die Führung durch die Plantage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

- Francisco (10/5): Excelente!!! - Estávamos apenas de passagem pela ilha e ficámos só uma noite, mas adorámos a experiência. O quarto era excelente, com a salamandra que tornou o ambiente muito acolhedor, e o jacuzzi no exterior foi simplesmente fantástico. Os miúdos assim que o viram já não quiseram voltar a sair. Também jantámos no restaurante e gostámos muito dos pratos que escolhemos. O pequeno-almoço foi excelente, com muita qualidade. Os funcionários foram extremamente prestáveis e simpáticos. Sem dúvida, uma relação qualidade preço muito boa e um sítio a repetir.
- Quinton (10/5): An amazing stay! - The staff was helpful and friendly. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and modern. The location was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. The breakfast was excellent, an assortment of local breads, cheeses, meats and fresh fruits!

- Arruda (10/5): Top, relaxante e acolhedor - O atendimento do homem no pequeno almoço, TOP tudo muito bom! A acústica de um apartamento para o outro deixa um pouco a desejar, haviam crianças no apartamento ao lado e ouvimos alguns barulhos desagradáveis.

- GiusSan (10/5): Personale stupendo ed esperienza ben oltre le iniziali aspettative. Più che consigliata per famiglie - La struttura è accogliente, le camere spaziose e comodissime. Eravamo due famiglie, 4 adulti e 5 bambini ed è stato tutto praticamente perfetto. Ci teniamo a evidenziare la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Il sorriso sempre presente. La gentilezza, mai scontata, ogni volta che chiedevamo qualcosa. Anche solo per le persone consigliamo di soggiornare in questa struttura. La colazione buonissima e abbondante, con frutta fresca e piatti caldi sempre disponibili. Su quattro notti passate in struttura abbiamo anche optato per cenare in struttura due volte. La prima per curiosità. La seconda per la qualità e per quanto vissuto la prima volta :) Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Le suite con piscina calda e idromassaggio privato...una chicca. Parcheggio comodo e la visita alle serre con le coltivazioni di ananas decisamente un plus. Sicuramente opteremo per questa struttura nel caso tornassimo a Sao Miguel. Nulla
