• Beata (7/5): Główną zaletą apartamentu jest jego lokalizacja.Osoby które nie mają problemu z chodzeniem po schodach i słabym dostępem - Lokalizacja obiektu jest jego największym atutem. Położony pobliżu atrakcji turystycznych - wszędzie można dojść na piechotę - i restauracji, barów i pizzeri. Atutem jest przyjazny gospodarz - chętnie spełnił nasze życzenie o dodatkową kołdrę. Największą niedogodnością apartamentu były strome schody - dla słabych , drobnych kobiet wniesienie dwóch 20 kg walizek bylo ogromnym kłopotem. W apartamencie było bardzo ciemno ( mimo 2 okien )i od rana trzeba było włączyć oświetlenie żeby można było się ubrać itp. Mimo ładnie urządzonej łazienki brakowało w niej miejsca na rozłożenie jakichkolwiek kosmetyków.

• Nikolaos (9/5): Convenient & enjoyable accommodation - The room was very bright and welcoming, which made our stay especially pleasant. Its location is excellent, as it is very close to several beautiful squares in Rome Trastevere areas and other sights making it easy to explore the city on foot. It is also located right across from the Galleria Spada, which is a great advantage for art lovers. There are plenty of great dining options nearby, with many restaurants and cafés and bakeries. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out, which was extremely convenient. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay. The Bathroom needs some renovation/upgrade

Desweiteren war es nicht sauber, sehr veraltet alles und die Küchen-Nischenausstattung die reinste Katastrophe. Nicht mal genug Besteck für das Apartment welches wir gebucht haben für alle Personen. Es war auch tatsächlich wirklich dreckig.

• Carlota (10/5): El mejor alojamiento en el que he estado - Creo que puedo decir que es el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado en todo mi tiempo en Booking. La estética, la ubicación INCREÍBLE, la minuciosidad, la limpieza. Pero paso por paso. El contexto: viaje de 4 noches con mi madre en Roma. Queríamos un sitio que nos quedara cerca de todo para poder ir caminando a todas partes. Y retomamos conseguido. Podríamos haber utilizado el transporte público, pero hacía sol, era marzo y queríamos poder caminar y ver la ciudad mientras llegábamos a los sitios. La ubicación del alojamiento nos permitió hacer eso. Además está en una zona muy recogida, así que no hay problemas de ruidos por las noches. Al quedarnos 4 noches, nos ofrecieron una limpieza a mitad de estancia, donde nos pusieron nuevas toallas y dejaron todo como el primer día de entrada. Puntazo a favor. El apartamento es precioso, no le falta detalle, el baño es amplio, cómodo. Por parte del personal, majisimo. Han sido súper atentos con nosotras desde el primer momento que contratamos el alojamiento. Realmente si queréis pasar unos días en Roma, da igual si es contratamos tu pareja, amigos, o familia, recomiendo encarecidamente este alojamiento. Muchas gracias por todo🩵🇮🇹
• martha (10/5): Perfect stay! - The property was very clean and spacious. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room for us to coexist. Loqman kept in touch at all times and we were grateful for that. He gave us recommendations which were nice to have, tried a few of them and they were all delicious. I would a thousand percent stay here again. It’s close to everything, we walked to all the different sites. Thank you Loqman, we had a great stay!

A few minutes to Trastevere which has so many fab restaurants. Our host was so helpful, made us feel so welcome. Apartment is just like photos. It’s so nice.

Bed was too hard for our liking but obviously a personal preference. The door was quite difficult to open but expected in an old building, luckily my partner got the knack of it.

Limited cooking facilities but everything g you need for a short break inc fridge, hob and a couple of pots. Had a coffee machine but no kettle however one was delivered to the room the next day so not an issue.

The toilet & bathroom for downstairs bedroom are separate & across the hall from room The upstairs bedroom has no door on it.. The bedding was super annoying, sheet/duvet/sheet! This apartment had the potential to be lovely but it just feels tired & not so loved!

La personne en contact donne les informations très claires et précises. Si besoin est présente ! Bon échange C'est vraiment un plus mais cela dépend des personnes : il manque un four micro ondes pour réchauffer les plats si vous souhaitez grignoter à l'appart.
• Simon (7/5): We loved Rome and will be back, maybe not to Residenza Spada, but definitely to Campo Di Fiori - The location is fantastic and Loqman couldn’t have been more helpful. There is no mention of the 3 flights of stairs to get to it (with no lift and 20kg suitcases, it’s a hike!). The photos suggest it’s a lot bigger than it actually is. The duvet wasn’t warm enough for winter. There was no hot water on our arrival.

• DaSilva (9/5): Wonderful week - We spent a very enjoyable week at Residenza Spaza. The location is really excellent, within walking distance (depending on your ability) to pretty much everything. It was very close to the river which enjoyed lovely views, both during the day and at night. The square which the apartment looks out on is quiet, but just around the corner are many restaurants and bars, so it is perfect to enjoy night-life and then relax in peace. Our favourite restaurant was just on the other side of the square - Osteria La Quercia - the food was authentically Italian and 10 steps above the food found at the touristic places on the main square. We stayed in apartment 4, which is spacious and beautifully decorated with views over the square and Palazzo opposite. We had a couple of teething problems upon arrival, but our host Loqman was exceptional in his response and attentiveness. He really went out of his way to ensure that everything was taken care of and that we were comfortable and happy. It was one of the best host experiences I have had in my years of travelling. I don't want to highlight any negatives, but rather point out things for other travellers. Our particular apartment had rather noisy neighbours above for two days - the noise caused predominantly by chairs being scraped across the floor. The architecture of the apartment (and in much of Rome), made the noise rather disruptive. However, Loqman came to the rescue by contacting the neighbours and further to look at fitting padding to the furniture. Otherwise it was very quiet. One last thing is that the bed mattress is extra firm. I prefer a softer mattress, but in the end I still slept very well and it made no difference to my experience! Although we had some small teething problems, everything was taken care of quickly and with great care and attention by our host Loqman. I cannot sing his praises enough!
• Anna (5/5): Gute Lage - ABER Zimmer sind heruntergekommen - Tolle Lage für unsere Ausflugsziele Ich war hier 2021 und war alles toll. Aber jetzt ist es total heruntergekommen. Möbel sind kaputt, die Heizung hat nicht ordentlich funktioniert, es ist schmutzig. Es ist nicht ordentlich geputzt, aber auch die Teppiche haben Flecken und die Matratzen ebenso. Wer hat noch nicht immer warmes Wasser.

• Maria (8/5): Un rincón romano íntimo y genuino, frente a la belleza del Palazzo Spada. - La ubicacion es excelente, el silencio del interior y la cortesía de los cafés etc. Lamenté que no me recibieran como el año anterior con una botella de prosecco, pero todo muy bien. También me gustó mucho la flexibilidad horaria del servicio de limpieza y la pronta respuesta. Lo repetiré sin dudarlo. Un solo pequeño consejo: corregir la apertura de la habitación (la cerradura y llave defectuosa).
