• Frank (5/5): Nice location, but the appartment was a bit of a let down - Location is absolute top, loads of places for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner nearby and essentially on the beach. There is enough space for a family. The welcome and key hand over was managed well. The appartment is not 170sqm, there is no front desk, no pool and no private beach. So the description is relatively far off from what it says on booking.com. There were also facilities that did not work (wifi, television, window blinds). The bathrooms could do with a thorough clean.

El elevado precio no se corresponde con la escasa calidad y servicios que ofrece. Considerable falta de limpieza en general, fundamentalmente en toallas, baño, etc.

This was during peak season, leaving me in an extremely stressful situation with very limited options. To make things worse, the host offered a low-standard alternative accommodation, far from the original location I had chosen. It was not comparable in quality, comfort, or convenience, and completely unacceptable. There was no real apology, no proper support, and no accountability. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. Avoid this property and host at all costs if you don’t want your travel plans ruined at the last minute. • ANISSA (6/5): Appartement bien situé, mais plusieurs équipements essentiels ne correspondaient pas à l’annonce. - L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la mer et des commodités. L’appartement est bien décoré, confortable et correspond aux photos. Driss a été très disponible et accueillant tout au long du séjour. La troisième chambre, qui se trouve dans la cuisine, n’est pas adaptée pour dormir : elle est exposée au bruit de la climatisation et à une forte chaleur, ce qui l’a rendue inutilisable. La majorité des volets roulants ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui a nui au confort général. Enfin, la piscine mentionnée dans l’annonce n’existe pas, ce qui a beaucoup déçu les enfants.

• S (1/5): Horrendous - Nothing! We arrived at our apartment (Anfa Place, Boulevard de la Corniche Apartment 7. Etage 1. Residence est. entree 3, Anfa, Casablanca) and called the host to complain about the property: 1. The host lied on their booking.com listing and said it has 3 bedrooms but the third was being used as storage space and had no mattress, pillows or blanket 2.The A/C & heating was broken and did not 3.Dirty stained blankets 4.The host instructed me to open the electrical fuse-board and when i did the power and lights went off and the apartment was in darkness 5.The sofa-bed was filthy 6.The kitchen chairs are completely soiled and stained, and the host covered them with towels to hide it 7.Every surface inside the microwave is spattered and encrusted in old decayed food 8.Two plastic dining chairs with very sharp dangerous 10cm splits that can cut our children’s legs 9.I called the host and told him because of the awful conditions inside the apartment we want to cancel our booking and find another hotel 10.I then had to pay for two rooms in a different hotel (Kyriad Hotel) for my 2 adult daughters who could not both sleep on one filthy sofa-bed 11.When i called the host later to say we’d found another hotel he would not answer 12.When i told the host we are going to report him to booking.com and complain about the uninhabitable condition of his property, he offered us 900MAD discount for first day, but we want 100% refund for all the stress and upset we suffered on the first day. 13.On the second day he gave us a different apartment which was very acceptable.

• Darlis (10/5): Great and amazing apartment with a host that goes above and beyond! - The host was truly fantastic! He had great restaurant recommendations and was super helpful making reservations - truly going above and beyond. The apartment was a great location, close to the beach, the lighthouse, and not to mention the mall. It was a perfect stay and wonderful apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Casablanca!
• Nushina (1/5): Beautiful, but Unfortunate event!! - Location was excellent and nice size rooms My sistera wedding was stolen from the room while we were sleeping. I have read a few reviews about people coming into the hotel rooms whilst sleeping but didn't think it would happen to us. Ring was left on the dressing table before sleeping. When we woke up, it was not there.and owner said it was someone from our group that me as a sister and daughter would steal from. my sister ...ridiculous!!!
• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - The location is its own security patrolled controlled access bubble, enabling a peaceful refuge amongst the bustle of Casablanca. Perfect for families. Beach access was restricted sometimes.
• Akkas (8/5): Great stay at Anfa Place - Great location, easy to find, secure area and parking, next to beach and mall, plenty of shops nearby, host is very responsive, professional, and attentive. Overall great stay! The toilet seats need to be replaced as they are stained, shower drainage needs attention as the water accumulates. Bedroom linen and duvet covers little stained, passable.
