Guest Reviews
- Xiao Yun (10/5): - Staff and service Bed not comfortable , pool water is dirty
- April (9/5): -
- Susan (7/5): - The hotel facility and room size were good. The room was not cleaned adequately .Several family members had places in their rooms that were not cleaned. My dog found a cheese ball under the bed.
- Joan (9/5): - Everything N/A
- Bradley (9/5): Nice accomadations convenient to Foxboro Stadium. We actually walked from Hotel to Revolution game - Bedding was a little subpar. It appeared to be a mattress pad being used as a blanket
- Ashley (10/5): -
- Taylor (6/5): -
- kevin (3/5): Disappointing, not what we expected. - The noise! We asked for a quiet room. What we got was noise; from above, from next door, from children playing in the corridor, from people returning at 3 am.
The pool area smelt badly.
We were staying for 4 nights, but checked out a day early. The hotel's only concern was that we understood there would be no refund.
- Angela (9/5): The property and room were nice but the guest service GREAT. - Property was nice and in an easily accessible location to major attractions plus its pet friendly. Nothing
- KELLY (10/5): -
- Vickie (6/5): Overall it wasn’t bad but the Home2 I stayed at in Florida in January was much better - Good location and staff was nice Not much breakfast selection. Room not stocked with handsoap(bottle was completely empty). No salt and 1 pepper

- Mary Ann (6/5): - The staff was very nice and helpful.
No complaints on them. Constantly trying to keep the main foyers clean. The heated pool temps have been pretty chilly the past couple of years.
The breakfast choices were not very good.
- Amy (10/5): -
- Kara (7/5): It does the job - Good location for our needs and not too far from Boston. The staff was nice and they also let us check out an hour late with no charge. Room wasn’t completely clean, hair all over the bathroom, food in the fridge, dishes unwashed in the dishwasher and the toilet paper was the thinnest I’ve ever had. Also the linen was clean but stained and the bed was pretty uncomfortable.

- Frank (10/5): - Very nice set up. Good breakfast options.
- ejehi (4/5): - Hotel was good. Staff was polite. But residents in the hotel seems very racist and don't care about kids. We had to check out early. I also forgot stiff in my room but nobody seems to care if i find it or not
- Ryan (10/5): - The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.
- Israel (10/5): - Good
- susan (10/5): Loved the room - Super clean. Staff was very pleasant Nothing
- Maria G (2/5): - The room I stay had bed bugs and they would not give me another room till the 3rd day. I will never go back. I do not recommend to anyone.
- Dianne (8/5): - Room was very spacious, breakfast was amazing. My only disappointments were: 1) some of the staff were very friendly (front desk staff), some were quite distant, not necessarily rude but definitely not friendly (primarily cleaning staff); 2) the bed seemed to slope down on both sides, very uncomfortable for someone with back issues. However, the choice of pillow softness/firmness was great.
- Sharon (8/5): - Accommodating and clean. Staff were professional and courteous
- Jose (10/5): - Helpful personal and gym open
- Robert (10/5): - was good
- Jessica (10/5): - Very clean, spacious room, seems new
- John (6/5): - Nothing special
- Melany Morrison (8/5): Good enough and we would return. - I like the helpful receptionist at check-in.
The room was adequate and clean. The shower floor could use a good whitening.
I think the breakfast space could be cleaner between guests. It was a busy weekend but tables were not being wiped down between guests as they came and went.
king bed was great! Pillows could use a refresh.
Expensive due to the Pats game being on so I do not think it was fair price for value. Price was high due to game day.
I think ponchos should be readily available for guests at any time during their stay given the proximity to Patriots Place and the tendency for rainy weather.
We did not go into the indoor pool as the water looked greyish. No train or shuttle service options to hotel. You must taxi or Uber so plan for that additional expense.
- Vanessa (10/5): - We were on the 3rd floor the hotel was quiet all day. Enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean. Breakfast is a little disorganized and all over the place as far as finding plates and getting what you want but it was good! Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also very close to Gillette stadium.
- Patrick (8/5): - Everything was good and enjoyable except for breakfast, that was a messy disaster.
- Nonso (10/5): - Great staff
- Francisco Javier (10/5): -
- JoAnn (10/5): Very satisfied in every way - Accommodating in every way Nothing
- Takisha (10/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful The beds were uncomfortable
- Joyce (10/5): Clean & comfy stay near Gillette Stadium - It was perfect- good location a mile from Gillette Stadium, nice breakfast, comfy bed, functional kitchenette, big fridge, quiet, kind staff.
- Byung K (10/5): - Family friendly. Clean.
- Tabbiche (10/5): -
- Arunachalam (2/5): - The room was not sound proof at all - we could hear a dog barking next door all the time. Although the staff was helpful they could not trace the occupants (looks like they left it in the room and had gone out). After that around 2 AM someone was dancing and singing, a big group was talking loudly and it was all audible. Would not recommend to stay here as the room and walls are just cookie cutter designed to just have someone park themselves, not "stay"
- Elizabeth (10/5): Will stay again. - Great spot close to stores and food
- Elizabeth (10/5): Will stay again - Great spot and close to food and stores
- Elizabeth (10/5): Will stay again - Great spot with close by stores and food
- Presley (8/5): Very good -
- Alex (10/5): - Traveled with my family of seven. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very hospitable. About a 30 minute drive to Boston this was the perfect place to stay outside of the city.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent option in Foxborough/Walpole, MA - This was our second time at Home2Suites Walpole.we love it there, only complaint was one of the staff members was not as friendly and eager to help out as the rest. I asked for something and she wouldn’t make an effort to find a way to help or at least make a suggestion for a solution. I remember her from last year and it was the same attitude. The entire staff but her are super nice and willing to make the guests feel at home.
- Valerie (10/5): - Room was very spacious and close proximity to Gillette Stadium for concert.
- Alexis (8/5): - Solid option, friendly staff.
- Amy (10/5): - well maintained and clean; nice staff; pool area well maintained
- Larissa (8/5): Very good -
- Chanelle (10/5): - First time in this hotel. Great, clean, and spacious.
- Shlomi (2/5): - It was terrible. We came back late from the Coldplay concert to find out that we did not have a room with two beds even though this is what we reserved. We paid over 1,000 for this room due to the concert and lack of availability and out experience was terrible as my daughter needed to sleep on the sofa and could not get any sleep. It was very disappointing.
- Ali (10/5): We LOVE these suites - This is my go to Hotel, my family and I love it
- Toby (10/5): - Was great for event at Gillette, easy walk , breakfast included
- Amanda (10/5): - Close to the venue, walkable clean, and new.
- Matthew (7/5): Good -
- Sanchise (6/5): Pleasant -
- kimberly (10/5): - We had a wonderful experience and stay. Will definitely be back.
- chris (10/5): - Great hotel
- Donna (10/5): Comfortable inconvenient - Camilla at the front desk was excellent… I had booked to come in early after working the night shift in the middle of a heat wave and despite they’re not being a room available even though I prepaid, she was able to identify one for me so that I could sleep comfortably and I really appreciated that
- Kylee (10/5): - Hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was good. However they kept running out of food and not replenishing quickly.
- Patrick (10/5): Excellent!! - My apartment is being renovated and I’ve been bouncing around friends houses and hotel and this is by far my best and cheapest one I’ve been to. My check in date was spur of the moment and had to go to work for 3 check in wasn’t til 4 so I called and asked for an earlier check in and it given to me no hesitation with the best service followed behind. Thank you guys.
- Richard (10/5): - We booked this hotel for a concert at Gillette and it was perfect place. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- Thomas (10/5): Clean rooms and friendly staff. - Great Staff Nothing. It was great. A bit pricey
