• Charlonda (8/5): Great Stay and Location - Great location and a nice, quiet stay. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was continental, which was fine. We went down a bit late, so the eggs and bacon were already gone, but there was still a nice variety of pastries, bagels, and other items available. The coffee was well stocked and tasted great. We didn’t realize the room had a refrigerator since it wasn’t listed in the description. It would have been helpful to know that in advance. The ice machine and ice buckets are located on the first floor—we weren’t aware of that until the next day when we were leaving.

• Charisa (9/5): - Location was perfe t for our stay and this hotel is always clean and smells good. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and we will come back. I would prefer more towels and wash rags in the room, I like to take a shower in the morning and before bed so we had to request more towels for outer room each day.

So rude even my children commented on it(the next day) We where also trying to get snacks after checking in and the lady that literally was rude and mad about checking me in and giving me a rough time, logged out of her computer and the lady taken over couldn’t log in and wouldn’t help her. And instead we had to sit there and wait and just went up to our room, and 5 min later wanted us to come down so they could charge us it was late at night!! And an inconvenience!! And the room/bathroom smelled like musky mold smell.

• Austin (9/5): Clean, easy, comfy and fairly priced - The workers were nice, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable (pillows too), location was quite good, a hot sandwich for breakfast was super awesome, and the price was competitive with any of the other hotels within the area and I guarantee this was nicer. Both the AC and the mini fridge were a little noisy, I think they needed a some maintenance. There was a lot of street racing on the toll road next to the hotel, which isn’t the hotels fault. These are genuinely my only gripes and neither of them would prevent me from coming back.

• Krissy (3/5): - Location and uniqueness of the room design. I created the booking through Booking.com and have been charged, but then the hotel charged me for the room so I now have double charges and was told that would be taken care of yesterday morning and it still has not been resolved. This morning when I woke up and was cleaning the room before I left, I noticed on the opposite side of the bed there was dried blood on the sheets and it was not from me because I did not sleep on that side of the bed. The staff was nice, the girl who checked me in, it was her second day off training and kept having too text and call someone for help, which is why I am guessing I have an accidental double room charge. There was construction going on overnight so I kept hearing loud beeping from the trucks. The thermostat has an extremely bright light and I was unable to find a way to dim it, so I had to find something to cover it with in order to fall asleep. The all day open coffee bar was nice, I did not try breakfast. The elevators take FOREVER too.

• Heather (10/5): - The building has wear and the room is small but is extremely clean and has all of the necessities. The bed was very comfortable. There is no chair in the room. There are 2 USB ports on each side table, as well as an electric outlet. Coffee is only available in the lobby but it is available 24 hours and the beans are freshly ground with each cup. That was a win for us. I would highly recommend this hotel is you want a clean and comfortable room for less.

The clerk at check-in had no personality and we had to guess our room number, where the elevator was when breakfast was served etc.. The breakfast was typical with no surprises UNTIL they ran out of regular coffee beans!! We hoped that they would have them the next morning but they didn’t! It will be a long time before we stay at another Avid hotel.

We used a dolly to take our things into our room from our car and there wasn’t any sort of a ramp.

The young lady at the front desk when I checked in seemed to not want to be bothered at all, but eventually began to loosen up as I talked to her. The other hotel staff, young lady at the front desk when I checked out was nice. The staff who cleared away the breakfast was fair. But overall the customer service was fairt.

From the moment we walked in, Brenda made us feel genuinely welcomed. She was not only warm and professional, but also went above and beyond to ensure every guest had what they needed—whether it was recommending great local spots, helping with reservations, or simply checking in with a friendly smile. You could tell she truly cared. Her attention to detail and her commitment to creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere made our experience feel truly elevated. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and Brenda absolutely delivered.
