- Sylvie (9/5): J’ai adoré. - Tellement bien situé. La salle de bain privée, la terrasse et la laveuse à linge. Les autres locataires étaient très respectueux. Beaucoup de bons restos tout près. Près du métro, une gare et autobus. Le matelas était mou. J’aurais aimé deux grandes serviettes de plus, ou du moins des moyennes pour mes cheveux. Oui, on entend les autres mais c’est ça partager un espace. Pas de bruits tôt ou tard. Vraiment pas un problème.

Am apreciat faptul ca mi s -a oferit un fier de călcat pentru nevoie. Am apreciat totul însă patul a fost putin neconfortabil( de fapt salteaua cam lasata). Dra cred ca e ceva ce se poate rezolva.

Wspanialem wyposażony apartament, gdzie dba sie zarowno o części wspólne jak I prywatne. Dojscie do apartamentu od strony Avenida da Liberdade jest pod gore i po schodach. Moze to byc problem dla mniej moblilnych osob.

- Angelique (1/5): Aufgrund des Schimmels und des respektlosen Umgangs können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, auch wenn die Lage okay - Die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung. Leider war in unserem Zimmer (Silver Room) Schimmel vorhanden, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Als wir das angesprochen haben, reagierte der Chef sehr unfreundlich und meinte, wir sollten uns „nicht so anstellen“, außerdem hätten vor uns auch schon andere Gäste dort gewohnt. Das hat die Situation leider noch verschlimmert, da man sich nicht ernst genommen gefühlt hat. Der Chef wollte uns nichtmal 5 min geben um ein anderes Hotel zu buchen und wollte das wir die Unterkunft sofort verlassen!

- Celia (9/5): Muy buen sitio - La habitación está super bien, es amplia y el baño genial. La ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo, y la anfitriona super simpatía y amable. Un plus las zonas comunes para poder tomarte un cafelito. Lo único la altura de las camas, que están a ras del suelo y eso no se aprecia en las fotos.

- Kerem (7/5): Very central location, adequate for a quick stay - The staff (Jose) was great. Incredibly helpful, always smiling. The location is very central. The room was clean. The bed is so uncomfortable. Both sides of the mattress were sagging (a "dip" in the mattress where one would usually sleep, usually a consistent rotation and flipping would help when done from the start) and trying to sleep in the middle was as uncomfortable because of the sagging. The bathroom could use towel racks and the water was not draining fast enough. Also, the information given suggests there is balcony. That balcony is shared, and not for a single room. My room's window was directly on the walking level of the street, not possible to open the curtains as I would look like a fish in an aquarium. Also, a car just parked next to it, so it wasn't pleasant anyways.
- Stefan (7/5): Licht und Schatten - Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wir durften früher einchecken (danke!), gute zentrale Lage, wenn man eine Küche benötigt, ist diese gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist unglaublich unbequem und durchgelegen gewesen. Wegen der Lage im Erdgeschoss, kann das Fenster höchstens gekippt werden.
- Lucia (7/5): Non male - A due passi dal centro, camera spaziosa, ben illuminata, comoda e con condizionatore. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile, ottimo questo aspetto. Ben organizzati gli spazi comuni, io sono stata fortunata e ho trovato sempre tutto pulito (dipende molto dagli ospiti). In camera non c'è la tv, non è essenziale ma secondo me poteva essere un punto a favore. Pochissima privacy, porte non insonorizzate (farebbe la differenza per riposare meglio invece di mettere i tappi per le orecchie!) non si chiudeva bene quindi entrava luce la notte. La finestra del bagno da sull'area comune, per quanto mi riguarda ho abbassato le tapparelle e non mi ha creato del disagio. Prezzo un po' alto per il complesso e quello che offre, siamo stati benissimo ma sicuramente ci sono cose da migliorare per creare un maggiore comfort per l'ospite.

- Francesca (5/5): Passabile, senza pretese! - La Posizione molto centrale ed in quartiere piuttosto tranquillo. Staffa gentile e disponibile. Si tratta di un appartamento con 4 camere da letto e cucina in comune e questo comporta che, non essendoci insonorizzaIone, si sente ogni cosa e la mattina si viene svegliati dai vicini di stanza che fanno colazione (stessa cosa la notte se hai la sfortuna di avere gente maleducata in casa). La camera nostra era la “gold” ma di gold non aveva nulla! Non è per nulla come la si vede nelle foto di Booking; la camera è abbastanza fatiscente, letto basso tipo futon, finestra che dà sul balconcino comune (annesse tapparelle sporche) ed una cabina armadio. La camera era stata pulita malissimo: all’arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli ovunque, piatto doccia sporca, tavoletta del water non utilizzabile. La cosa positiva è la posizione ed il fatto che puoi fare il check in da solo anche a notte fonda e la cordialità dell’host che è rimasto a disposizione anche a distanza. In conclusione, il prezzo credo sia davvero esagerato per una struttura così, e non capisco come sia possibile questo punteggio (cosa che inganna insieme alle foto facendoti avere un’idea molto diversa dalla realtà). Per questa ragione allego le foto della nostra camera in cui, letto disfatto a parte, i dettagli di sporcizia li abbiamo trovati così al nostro arrivo!

- Klim (9/5): A shared holiday apartment that works - -Excellent hosts who always communicated very responsively and gave a lot of tips about Lisbon. They do their best to give you a well-organized stay - and it works! -Excellent location: close to Liberdade and the historical center - everything can be reached on foot within 20 minutes -Big, clean apartment with shared zones (big kitchen, balcony) to socialize with other guests -Most importantly: cookie jar in the kitchen :D I cannot really mention anything major. The window was in the private bathroom instead of being in the room directly, which was rather unusual, but it didn't bother me at all - it still worked!

En primer lugar, la silver room da directamente a la calle, no pudimos abrir casi las ventanas porque pasaba la gente directamente a nuestra altura. La cama era muy baja y el colchón estaba completamente hundido. Dormimos muy mal, y hemos visto opiniones quejándose de esto desde hace años.

Es handelt sich um einzelne Zimmer in einer größeren Wohnung. Die Türen sind nicht so abschließend wie in einem Hotel und die Nachtruhe hängt stark von den Mitbewohnern ab, was Lautstärke und Licht im Gang angeht.

We had a fantastic room that was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both the kitchen and the bathroom were modern, clean, and very convenient to use. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the place, as well as the surrounding neighborhood, was very pleasant and welcoming! A special thanks goes to Julia, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us great advice and support, and even stepped in at the last minute to make sure we caught our connection to the next city. Her helpfulness and thoughtful attitude truly made a difference. We felt extremely welcome and completely satisfied with our stay,everything exceeded our expectations!

Silvia was very lovely and she helped a lot in scheduling our program. The accommodation is located right next to the boulevard, but there is a steep road leading up to it, so you should be mindful of that. The bathroom is very small and there is a leak in the shower panel. There is also a humidity problem in the bathroom. Even though we ventilated the room, the humidity never went away. The bed is not comfortable. It would be nice to have a small desk in the room. (We stayed in the Silver Room, and I believe there was plenty of space for one.)

All was great, but small things like: - only one window for the room, which is in the bathroom, - just one to highlight - it is the room (with the walk-in wardrobe and bathroom within) that is part of the whole flat. So other rooms in the apartment are booked by other tourists visiting the city. The kitchen is shared area for all rooms.

The staff is incredibly caring, making the stay even more enjoyable. This place has everything you need for a great stay. If I visit Lisbon again, I will definitely choose these apartments!

As well apartment has additional things, like umbrellas and raincoats 😁 Julia was very nice, guided through everything and very responsive. Recommend!

- Yannick (4/5): Central place with moldy windows - Great Location and good shared kitchen Mold on the windows next to the bed and no solution provided by the host besides a dehumidifier that doesn’t help for already present mold. My girlfriend even got sick because of the mold.

- Valerio (10/5): Exceptional - Julia is a very welcoming and helpful hostess, able to advise you on the main activities and the more mainstream less tourist and satisfy all our requests. There are 4 rooms in the house, ours was the gold room with a private bathroom. Very welcoming house, clean, well cared for and located a few metres from points of interest such as metro, tram, bus and shops. The house also offers a large balcony with chairs, sofa and coffee table for those who smoke like me to have a space like this is essential. At the disposal in the house there is a magnificent kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board. The essentials for breakfast are available: coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas and chamomiles. The whole house including the rooms, is equipped with air conditioning with heat pump. Tourist tax in our case of €24 to be paid on site. What can I say, if you come to Lisbon, Hola Lisbon Suites is really recommended for us. 5 stars.

Such a pleasant young woman. - I was welcomed warmly by Julia who was most helpful taking much time to offer recommendations about touring Lisbon for a short three days. The location is fantastic with many attractions within walking distance.

- LisaMarie (6/5): - I want to emphasize that this property is not a hotel. It's actually an apartment and when you rent a room, you'll be sharing the kitchen and possibly the bathroom with other residents. Although the apartment was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, I was surprised to learn that it wasn't a hotel and that I'd have to share a bathroom. This was quite a letdown for me.
