Well located nice facility They have bombed me with many emails about payment etc. There was 1 first attempt failed as an issue with my credit card which has been solved immediately, after they didn’t get i don’t know why still sending me email. To find out at the checkout the bill wasn’t settled (why they didn’t tell me at the checkout in) creating me a long waiting check out. One of the worst i ever had. It is a pitty everything was good, they mess out everything on the checkout as they don’t have any clue what they were doing

• Geert (7/5): A bit expensive for what you get. But great location. - Good location. Friendly staff. Colorful place. Easy check-in. The bed was too hard for me and the room was a bit noisy with all the sounds of the other rooms. In the end I think the price is too high for the overall quality.

There was no air-conditioning in the room nor a working ventilation fan in the bathroom. When we asked about this we were told that the fan was working and that the lack of air-conditioning was a seasonal requirement. It was hard to fathom this response given that we did not have any similar experiences in any other accommodation we stayed in in Italy.

Great place to observe Italian life, with many fewer tourists than the Cinque Terr - I loved the colorful decorating and inviting seating areas both in and out. The free bicycles and secure, parking garage were great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! It was not right next to the sea, but only a short bike ride away.

Just on outskirts of town centre, an easy 5 minute stroll. We liked that it was halfway between the seafront and the train station so day trips to Cinque Terre villages were easy. Really good selection for breakfast and could help yourself to filter coffee & cold water from machine at any time. Underground parking for car available. Lovely garden area too. Not much. It was just off the main road or up a back alley to get to the reception so a bit quiet if you were returning alone in the dark but seemed in a safe area.

I'd definitely recommend it. It was a bit uncomfortable not being able to use the AC. It was warm during the night.

There were selections of juices, breads, croissants, some cakes, one omelette cut into pieces. A good coffee served by the attendant barista with the word Coffee ‘printed’ on the top. Nothing disliked.

Bestil endelig morgenmad, den er super god, mindre udvalg, men med gode produkter og så bestiller man pandekager, æg osv. så det er frisklavet og det er inkl. i prisen, som er den nette sum af 8 €. Skal klart bo her igen. Der er også frisk vand som man bare kan tappe i sin flaske, uden beregning, virkelig god service. Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel.

• Tamsyn (9/5): Oasi is a fantastic little hotel in an amazing location, I would love to return again for longer. - The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English, making my attempts at Italian unnecessary! The incredible range of delicious foods on offer for breakfast were particularly enjoyed - thank you! The room letters on the doors are not clear to understand, a very minor point.

Good location within walking distance of the station, even with luggage and within the city centre close to restaurants. Great happy hour, cheap and with copious appetisers. The room was cooled for our arrival. It was great to get away from the towns of the Cinque Terre since they were so crowded and go back each afternoon to peaceful Levanto. Possibly the room air con will struggle if the outside temperatures get any higher. We were there in early July. The shower cubicle would be a little too tight for a large person.

Also the staff provided all the information regarding the trains and visiting Cinque Terre from the beginning. They ofer parking which was a big plus for us.

Walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants. A very safe area. All the staff were excellent. 8 euro for breakfast was well worth it. Rooms a were comfy and free Netflix which is great when you are an Australian in Italy who doesn’t speak the language. Would stay here again. Parking under the hotel is secure and there is a lift. It was a little hard to find. Getting into the driveway for the parking a little challenging

• Didi (8/5): Lovely stay - Very warm welcome, helpful and thoughtful host. I really liked the vibe of the hotel, up to date, colorful, cosy. I felt straight at home. Nice bathroom, and overall just very pleasant room itself. Enough space, you can control the temperature. Its close to the train station and a small supermarket. Which is convenient if you don't have a car. You can easily walk to the beach / center of the town. But don't have nightlife noise. I loved it so much and would've stayed longer if it weren't for bad acoustics I am really sensitive to sound, so maybe it bothers me more than average.

Very good breakfast. the hotel is 5 min walk to the train station, easy walk to the station. Hotel super close to the beach and restaurant. This hotel uses special artistic letters and not numbers to indicate the rooms, the letter of our room was flipped and we were not able to recognize the room,Patrizia was super nice to come to show us the room, if you arrive to the hotel out of the reception hours make sure you get the precise indication of your room. Be careful when you get out from the shower, to not hit your feet. It happened to me and it is painful.
